My mother & I decided to go for manicures ahead of a wedding we are to attend and the experience was delightful! We will come back.

Love pacific Nails !! My nails are perfect every time. Lou Ann and Tia are the best ! I always leave feeling relaxed !

I had both a manicure and pedicure at Pacific Nails and Spa this week. They did a great job and it was a very relaxing experience. The owner is very involved and will make sure that you leave feeling great! read more

Had a terrible experience. I usually see Tia, she was off and is awesome. I popped in New Year's Eve Day n was put with a man that works there (has glasses not the owner) Unbeknownst to me they were trying to close early (this was about 2:30) n he butchered my nails (they are my natural nails w/acrylic on top and they weee to the point they were perfect) First he cut them way too short, I told him this (he kept telling me they would grow back) didn't listen to me when I showed him a pic n told him how to shape them (finally took nail file n did them myself) he was rude he kept looking at the clock complaining he was still there. The right thing to do was to have told me they were closing and wait til next week. There is more but I can't put into 85 words how bad my experience was. If you go know who you're seeing. Not sure I'll return read more

I went there one day after work as a walk in and was told to go pick a color, and 5 minutes later a worker came up to me and just assumed the color I wanted. I wanted just a simple full set of acrylics and she made almost every nail somewhat crooked, every nail was a different length, and I tried to catch her before she started the polish because my nail was obviously crooked. I made her fix it twice and she just kept putting it in the same spot as it was. Her coworker even came over too look but they blamed it on my "crooked nail bed" very nice lady, don't get me wrong but was just very rushed job and was not happy with the outcome. read more

Stopped by at 4 pm on a Friday. They got me in for a great pedicure. Hot stone massage. Very relaxing and nice.

The only good thing about this salon is that it is somewhat clean. I have gone here twice now, the first I got gelx French top toes with gelx fingernails. The nail polish coat was applied so heavy & the finish was lumpy on all of my nails due to uneven application. The nail tech had cut my toe nails too short that one of them wasn't even a French tip she had literally just painted the whole nail white. This time all I asked for was my nail polish be taken off & a clear coat applied. A basic manicure package, nothing fancy. If I am paying for a service I expect it to be done well. I left with my nails filed unevenly & they were not fully cleaned. I expect to have my cuticles trimmed & a good cleaning underneath. Not that my nails are extremely dirty underneath, I make sure to wash vigorously under but this nail salon just doesn't take the time to do a complete job. They cut corners & try to get the service done as soon as possible. You can tell there is no pride in their work & they try to get by with the bare minimum. I don't recommend. read more

After trying multiple places, I think I've finally found my new nail place!! It's been so tough to find somewhere I love after moving here this summer. This was my second visit and it was another great experience. I've gone on both weekday and weekend and was able to be seen with little to no wait as a walk-in. Charlie, who did my nails this time, was friendly and gentle. The last time I was in, I overheard some ladies saying that they travel over an hour to get to the salon to get their nails done here every other week. To me, that speaks volumes!! Will definitely be back for my next set! read more

They are great there. Every one there is friendly and they do a great job especially Lo Ann:) I highly recommend

I hardly ever go to nail salons because I have 3 daughters who usually accompany me and it always adds up. That said, we wanted to treat them to some mani/pedis before the first day of school and so shortly after dinner on a Monday night, we drove to Pacific Nails and Spa. Mind you I noticed that it closed at 7 PM and we arrived shortly after 6:30 not knowing that it took so long. They debated for a second if they could serve us, but agreed willingly after a quick team discussion. The last time we went here, it was the original owner who opened it up. I learned during this visit that the current owner is also the third owner. I cannot tell you how satisifed me and my girls were with the whole experience. Here's why: 1. They made concessions to stay open later for us- they certainly didn't have to but they did so happily and willingly. 2. The staff was ultra friendly and accomodating- even for my chatty 5 year old who formed a new friendship by the end of her pedi. 3. The owner was gracious and conversational but not invasive. He engaged with the kids asking about what grades they were going to, if they were excited about school, etc. We arrived shortly before 6:45 and didn't finish until closer to 8 so our dang family made them stay almost an hour later than normal. We apologized, left a good tip, and make a mental note to always return here for future nail work. If you haven't been here recently, I recommend giving these new owners a try! read more

I have given them SO many chances... today, I was getting a pedicure and they stopped halfway through to service someone who they clearly know who was obviously very wealthy. never, NEVER again. and I'll tell all MY rich friends!!! read more

Typically I don't leave a review, nice people, but I got an infected toe from my pedicure that is still giving me issues a month later.

First time here as a recommendation from a friend. I was able to get in without an appointment with no trouble. It's very easy to find and there's a decent amount of parking. The salon is large and has lots of seats for both manicures and pedicures. It's was clean, tidy and free from toxic odors. Ahn did my nails. She did a great job! Looking forward to my next time. read more

Extremely Overpriced & Very Rude! The Place Looks Like A Run Down Dump! I Got Screamed At Because I Temporarily Put A Coca ColaCan On A Chair! They Started Late! I Wasn't Even Offered The Correct Pedicure Fragrance Type& They Had The Audacity To Tell Me The Gratuity Wasn't Enough! Their Pedicure People Aren't Licensed, They Have No Website! Third Set Of Proprietors Since They Opened The Establishment In 2017 ! Go Screaming Into The Night! Trust Me On This One! I made an appointment with Nina today as my normal technician is out (Lucy) and I was very happy with Nina's work! She probably gave the best pedicure massage I've ever had!! Not to mention my acrylics look fantastic too! The salon is very clean, Nina communicated everything as she went along and made sure I was comfortable. I'd highly recommend Nina or Lucy at Pacific Nails!! read more

The owner is beyond rude and disrespectful. A gentleman without asking cut my nails way to short. I oy wanted them file. I grew out my natural length quite long took me over 6-8 months to grow due to a medication (hair and nails do not grow) this man without asking ruined my nails. There fixed just do tips, no I do not use tips ever. Then the owner she said to do dip, no again I do not use dip. I do acrylic over my natural nail. A nice young woman took over the service she herself is phenomenal, she listened and really tried if it was just her 1,000 star rating but due to the owner and the gentleman 1 star. I initially walked in, knowing I would probably have to wait. They requested that I will come back in one hour for a 4:45 PM appointment I do I am not taking back in until 27 minutes later to start the service. And then after the gentleman royally destroyed my nails and the extremely nice lady took over they wanted to do my pedicure and nails together. I'm sorry I like my pedicures to be relaxing and not having to do two services at once so I declined and by this point it was now 7 PM by the time they finished my nails and I had to go home and take my dog out so I wanted to see about getting the pedicure scheduled for tomorrow and the owner went senile. She was gaslighting me into the fact that one of the nail techs stayed here and he lives all the way in Lincoln. Well, I couldn't use my phone and I don't wear a watch so I cannot tell what time it was until my service was done and I saw it was 7 PM and I needed to get home to take my dog out even through all of this I left that very nice woman $100 tip on a $60 service because she truly did phenomenal. read more

So disappointed.. I was a walk in and asked for a shellac pedicure. Got the $45 option with a shellac add on. The pedicure was ok.. But my feet still looked really dry at the end. Especially on the tips of my toes. The paint job was terrible though. And I paid $15 extra for the shellac so I wouldn't have to wait for it to dry. After I paid I let them know that she needed some more training. They looked at my toes and agreed it wasn't good. They offered to fix it by using cuticle clippers to remove the parts on my skin. That wasn't an option for me so I declined and asked if I could leave. I still paid and tipped her 20% but I'll never go back there. read more

Worst experience ever. I have bubbles on the paint on my toes and uneven bumps on my dip manicure. This was their second chance for me.... Thinking last time was a fluke. The first time I came here was to fix a broken nail when my manicurist from another shop was on vacation. Emily fixed my nail and didn't charge me anything although I wasn't even a regular customer! I've been going to my usual girl for 5 years and have never even gotten a discount! Needless to say, I switched and couldn't be happier. They do a great job every time. I always go to Emily, Ben, or Brian. Call ahead, they get busy read more

My friend and I went today and had wonderful pedicures. The full treatment of sugar scrub, lotion, massage, paraffin dip, heel treatment, etc. Great massage chairs! This spa was there before but has been under new management for about 2 months now. Go check them out! read more

So far so good! The salon was empty when I walked in and a few different people greeted me immediately. They were both very friendly and willing to help if I needed it! The pedicure I am currently getting was only $30 and it seems that they're doing more than what I would usually get at another salon. Depending on how this end result looks, I'll probably be making this my future pedicure spot. read more

Absolute worst nail place in Omaha! Really nice inside but their technicians don't know how to give a massage during a pedicure or paint your nails! They are absolutely horrible!!! What a waste of money because I have to go get my nails done again! This was awful! I am mad that I made a bad choice in trying to find a new nail salon! I will stick to legacy or Oma Nails! read more

Wouldn't recommend. Shellack peeled off within a week - they have a week guarantee but I was out of town when it expired. Heard from many they had a poor experience. With so many other good spots in town I wouldn't choose going here. Hopefully they step up their nail techs because the inside is nice! read more

I got the royal pedicure and a regular manicure. It was absolutely amazing 110% recommend!!

Unfortunately my first review of this salon is a negative one. I don't take this lightly. I have been a client of Pacific Nail Spa through 3 changes in ownership. Today I visited for a pedicure. After I was soaking for 5 minutes, the nail tech (owner, Tiffany) doing my pedi mentioned to me casually that in addition to the charge I would be paying for the pedi, I would also be charged for a "nail kit" that I would be responsible to take home and bring back with me each and every time I would come in for a pedi. Say WHAT? I asked her what she was talking about and why would I pay for the pedi and then pay another fee for supplies? Aren't supplies part of the pedi deal? She tried to explain it away as "Covid" changes blah blah blah....and I asked her why I would not have been advised about this new fee when I called for the appointment and/or when I walked in for my appt? I said I thought it was terrible that a business would spring this on a client after they were already soaking and in a vulnerable position - clearly not in a position to decline and walk out. She told me "no one" complained before and "all salons" are doing it....really? Because this is the first I've heard of it and I've been having pedis every month for 25 years. I told her I would absolutely not pay any "additional supply" fee. Well, here is where this went from ridiculous/unscrupulous-- to downright disgusting and I would think a health department violation....the owner told me that if I did not buy the kit, she would use "DIRTY" supplies on me. She got up and walked over to a desk area and pulled out used supplies to show me what she would be using to on me. I was in a state of disbelief and made a mental note that this absolutely must be reported to the health department. Within a few minutes I heard another client across the way from my pedi chair become agitated when given the exact same line by her tech - and she said loudly... "You are going to use dirty supplies on me if I don't pay your supply fee"? The tech told her "Yes"...and the client said she would pay the fee because she did not want to get an infection!! I could not believe my ears!! I told the owner that clearly I was not the only one having an issue with this obvious shakedown. She quickly got up and ran over to the tech working on that client and said something to her in a language I don't speak....they settled the client down and the owner returned to me and said she didn't think any of this should be a problem. She quickly finished up with me, but was obviously upset. Here is the bottom line - The previous owners of this salon (and all other nail salons I've frequented) autoclaved all supplies and when you sat down for your pedi, the supplies were in A sealed bag and opened in front of you....that did not occur today. I was before never charged a "supply fee" to ensure CLEAN supplies. I was NEVER before told that if I didn't pay the added fee, dirty supplies would be used me . Clearly, there is a problem with the new ownership if this is the state of affairs now. I should have immediately pulled my feet out of that tub, dried them off and got the hell out of that salon. I just couldn't believe this was actually happening, so I froze. I will be contacting the health department on Monday to report my experience and interactions today. read more

Bait and switch! Told me the pedicure was $30 and then handed me a ticket for $45 for horrible paint job on my toes. What an absolute rip off! $15 extra for shellac? Just tell people the correct price upfront!!! One star because the inside is nice. Also totally empty on a Saturday midday. That should have been the red flag. Go somewhere else. read more

I thought I should try this new place out just to explore other nail places in West Omaha. It looked very high end and nice, the atmosphere felt great, and everyone was very attentive. I got acrylic nails, and everything looked and felt great until 15 hours later when three nails fell off while I was doing nothing. I called the salon and they said they can fix them for free, so I headed there and got them fixed. Promptly 4 hours later, the fourth nail fell off. As a regular acrylic nail user, I was deeply disappointed. My usual acrylic nails last up to 6 weeks at my old place! I think I might just stick there. People are very friendly tho! read more

I have been searching for a new salon for awhile now. This is it! My nails are beautiful & this is the first time 8 have ever walked out of a nail salon & not had to pick crap off my nail edge to separate the skin or had a bump of some sort hanging under my nail to file off. Fantastic job & would highly recommend. read more

This place was very disappointing! It took almost 3 hours for my pedicure and manicure and I did not even have to wait for a chair. The staff was incredibly slow and did not seem to know what they were doing at all. The polish smeared within an hour after I left and the quality of my nails looks terrible. The inside is deceiving because it looks so nice and new but the staff by far ruined this by not having a clue on how nails should be done! I will definitely never go back! read more

I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience here. The location is awesome - which is why I went back 3x. My first mani/pedi experience took FOREVER. I was there for 2.5 hours. Which is fine, I didn't have anywhere to be, and the pedicure was absolutely outstanding. I've had better manicures - the work was pretty sloppy and it didn't last long. My second manicure was ok. The technician again took about 1.25 hours for a shellac manicure, but her edge work was amazing so I was fine with it. Unfortunately, the manicure only lasted 7 days before it started chipping. Shellac usually gets me 2 weeks at minimum, sometimes 3 weeks if it's a really good manicure. So I was pretty underwhelmed. Then, I called and made an appointment for a shellac manicure. On the phone, I said, "I need the manicure done in 45 minutes or less, is this possible and do you have an appointment today?" They said yes. When I got there, they told me they didn't have time. So I reminded them that when someone calls to make an appointment, they should be seen. Then, they shuffled me around several times and wasted about 10 minutes of my time. I reiterated to the nail technician "I absolutely have to be out of here by 12:10. I have another appointment, and then I need to return to work." He said "that's not possible." I recapped what had happened. He had zero interest in the fact that my time was wasted, and that they had essentially lied to me on the phone. The issue here isn't the length of time that they take, but it's with the quality of work and the quality of customer service. If you don't have time, just say no. But don't waste my time. I will not return after having not 1, not 2, but 3 mediocre or bad experiences. read more

Went in because I was looking for a nail salon that was around my house and I heard of this one. I went in with expectations that it would be a nice place and would have a positive experience. Although the place was nice, I have never had my nails done so bad in my life. I got acrylics that ended up so bad I had to go to a different salon and get them re-done. The guy at the new salon felt so bad for me because of how bad they looked he gave me $10 off. All the nails on my right had were longer than the ones on my left, they were all shaped differently, and one of them was falling off from the second she put it on because the glue had dried and made it impossible for them to adhere together. I'm sad that this was my experience because it was a nice salon and they were all very nice people but sadly I will not be returning. read more
