Quinn absolutely brought to life my vision for holiday nails. I had previously had red dip on, and took it off myself, taking some of my nail with it. I am an avid dipper, i have gotten dip for the last 5 years. She told me because my nails are damage at the moment it would be better do to acrylic. I've never done that, but she talked me through it, and it went just as quickly as dip. My design was FLAWLESS - so good, she had just finished up another design client and hers were beautiful too! The environment is very unprofessional, I felt like I was in the high school cafeteria. I called in for a specific service and then the nail tech was unaware and started using a different product....after she convinced me they didn't have the service I called in for and I agreed to let her continue the manager brought over the product I originally wanted and they argued in a different language. I've transitioned to doing my nails at home but it was nice to get out when my daughter asked for a manicure. Their online appointment system was a breeze and I always appreciate that, even gave the option to book multiple appointment types which is exactly what I needed. I reserved a $15 child's manicure...my daughter had some specific ideas in mind and we ended up with a $50 service but she loved the result and I am thankful for the 7 day warranty. I got a pedi from Amy with the braces today and let me tell you what...just don't. She cut my nails so short they hurt. It seems that she uses the same clippers and nippers on everyone. I was not paying attention because I was chatting with a friend. Then I see her put a rubber cap on the nippers and back on her cart. I know for a fact that doesn't follow state guideline's. She also put the wrong color on my toes. To make it worse she flooded my pinky toe with gel polish so much that the polish already came off. I paid 58$ for a pedicure it was a total waste of money. I was going on vacation and got my nails done at this salon right when it opened since I was supposed to leave in late morning. Man was it CROWDED. Every chair was taken and so many people were waiting. Because of the chaos i felt the nail tech was a little rushed and did not do the job as thoroughly. For example, my manicure package included cuticle care, but she only did one finger on one hand with the cuticle cutting tool, and I was hoping and paying for more than that. I visited Premier Nail Bar for the first time today. From the time I walked in it felt chaotic. The music was way too loud and a woman was walking around yelling orders at people louder than the music. it did not stop the entire time I was there, it was impossible to relax. I felt like my nails were rushed, the man did not pay attention to any details. I asked him to round my nail shape, he squared them off. on more than one occasion he either used his long nails or the nail file to jab my cuticles or under my nails, it was painful and he failed to put topcoat on 2 nails. Now, 7 1/2 hours later all of my cuticles are bright red and my nails are sore. Even the hand massage was rough, I want my experience in a salon to be relaxing, calm and quiet. My manicure was the most rushed shit show I've ever experienced. They made me move chairs 2 times and couldn't seem to figure out who would do my nails even though I had an appointment. I had dip on that needed to be removed and my tech didn't even remove all the old dip before rushing to add the new dip color. And filed each nail for maybe 1/2 second each so they were all jagged and uneven. Half way through my manicure my nail tech popped in an airpod and started talking on a phone call. Honestly the one star is generous. If you want to wait 3 and a half hours for your nails and toes too look average, u do u. Not to mention the part where I specifically said what color (83) I wanted and the 16 year old boy decided to go darker. Then proceeded to smudge my big toe and when I told him, he didn't redo them, just painted over it. So I was obviously upset and asked someone to redo them completely, and she did a good job. Meanwhile our appointment was at 5:45 it was now 7:30. My friends and I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and they let walk ins go before us, they didn't start us until 6:30. We didn't get out of the place until 9:30, their attempt to make us feel better was 10$ off. Place was clean, so much so that they were cleaning instead of doing our nails. Prices were a little much, They added 5$ for each nail that had sparkles on it. They kept switching nail techs half way through and randomly would just up and leave us. This is a very poorly run nail salon. I have always scheduled an appointment and many times have shown up for my appointment to be told its going to be awhile. Apparently they have no respect for loyal customers that make appointments. I have shown up for my appointments to find my tech just starting a walk-in. I didn't make an appointment to sit and wait 45 minutes to an hour. I discussed this with the manager and he apologized and said it would never happen again. I felt like they took every caution necessary to adhere to Covid guidelines and no shortcuts were made. Decently priced for exceptional work. Only drawback is their customer loyalty program, flipping through the old school contact box to find my name was inconvenient, especially when they couldn't find me. Tried this place because our normal place had a wait, so we figured we would give it a try. Sadly, we will most likely not be back. With three of us, we know it might be a wait, but amazingly, we got seated pretty quickly. The gentleman that did mine did a great job with the massaging of my feet and legs, and I thought on the polish until I got closer. My baby toe on one of my feet came off like it might not have received a top coat (mine was done almost 10 minutes before my sisters) and no reason for the polish to come off. Also, I found a ton of the wax still on my feet for a while afterward, which is not normally the case when getting my toes done. My sister was done almost 10 minutes after me, and the lady did her wax after her toes were completely done with polish... which I have never seen done that way. The guy doing my neice didn't even do her little toys with polish. She sounded sad when she said it, then bounced back and said she would paint her own when getting home (which defeats the reason we went). For $170 before tip, it was very disappointing, and I'm not sure if we would even want to go back. read more
