We got the "pomegranate pedicure" which was about $55 a person but honestly with how much it came with I thought the price was fair! There was hot towels, pomegranate scrub, paraffin wax treatment, callous scrub, hot stone massage, enzyme lotion and so much massage!! The products were good quality and really made a difference! I also got a gel pedicure with mine and my nail tech helped me find the perfect color and did a very good job with shaping and nail/cuticle care! They have nice massage chairs and offered us drinks when we sat down! We didn't have an appointment but called before hand to see if they had availability and were able to sit together as soon as we arrived! It was a weekday early morning when we went tho so I'm not sure how busy they are during off work hours. Overall very clean and professional will go back!

If I could give zero stars, that's what I would have rated this ridiculous place. I walked into a…read morefairly empty place (only two customers) and asked if they could take a walk-in, to which they replied yes. After waiting a few minutes, the lady called me over to start my nails. As soon as she started removing my nail color about three more customers entered; this was clearly overwhelming the technician. She stopped doing my nails at least a dozen times to try to call other technicians to come to work. She eventually removed all my nail polish, but in the middle of filing them, she had the audacity to tell me that she simply couldn't finish my nails at that time, because she had to attend to the people who just walked in. I asked if they had appointments, she said yes after a long pause. I wonder if that was true. She told me she will understand if I don't want to come back. How lovely she's so understanding....because it will be a cold day in you know where, before I set foot in that f***ing place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really hate having to update this review, I really do…read more This place is under a new owner, Mindy, who is seemingly overwhelmed and not organized. Let me try to arrange my thoughts in a fluid manner: The first time she did my nails, she did a wonderful job. The second time she did my nails, she did an okay job. The third time I went in, a guy did my nails, he was extremely slow and nervous. During this time, Mindy's appointment showed up and Mindy was gone to take her boys bowling. The nail tech had to call her, at which point her appointment sat there for over 25 minutes. When Mindy finally got to the shop, she laughed and said that she forgot. When he shellac'd my nails, the machine kept shorting out and I told him that, but he completely ignored me. The fourth time, the same guy did my nails and again, he seemed nervous, to the point I finally asked him how long he has been doing nails, to which he told me, "oh, I don't know. I've been doing them so long I lost track." Serious? HUGE flag went up for me. He then shellac'd my nails. Second day in to having shellac on my nails already the shellac has chipped. I go into get it fixed. Fourth day in to having shellac on my nails and gain, peeling. This time a different nail. Seven days into my nail fill and two nails have broken off and one shellac'd nail is peeled. I purchased nail removing acetone and have since removed all of the nails. What a waste of time and money. I should not have to go back over and over for nails that were not done correctly. This place will be defunct soon, unfortunately. Any suggestions for a new nail salon?

The tech who did my toes did a great job, and I was really happy with how they turned out. The work itself was solid, and I'd definitely want to book with her again. The only thing I didn't really care for was how loudly some things were communicated. When services were being recommended, it felt like it was announced pretty loudly, and when I paid, another employee called out my tip across the room to the tech. I wasn't embarrassed, but I do prefer a little more privacy when it comes to personal or financial details. Overall, I did appreciate the quality of the service, and I plan to give them another try -- especially with the same technician. If the volume thing happens again, I may just politely mention that I prefer things to be communicated more quietly. Other than that, good work and a positive experience overall.
