I understand it's cold today but it was so cold in this shop the tip of my nose was freezing, I asked if the heat was on she says yes it's set at 85 but says 67 I said then it's not working. As she is doing my dip nails she goes to file them but it's so cold in the shop the will not harden I suggest using the curing light so she does that doesn't even work i then suggest using the heater so she does that and then begins to file im looking at my other hand and notice no dip on my sides of my nails I proceed to say I'm not sure what you are charging but I would like my nails fixed please she stops what she was doing and says no I not fix you leave she says I have customers lie I say lie about what I just want my nails fixed she gets up goes to the sink I again ask her she tells me to get out. I let her know that is not how you run a business and terrible customer service I didn't want a discount or something for free just wanted them done correctly!! It was my first and last time!! Funny how a place that is good at glamorous nail applications isn't aesthetically pleasing inside or out. Aside from the unadorned structure, this place is actually a gem. They use SNS nails... Which are ALL natural. This is a plus to me because they don't use the liquid for the artificial nails. I am allergic to other nails... so this is a great alternative. Another no for me. Tools were not sterilized, they used a dremel to remove my old shellac (effectively filing off way too much nail, so they are now thin and weak), and filed the ends after they applied the polish so they lost part of the anti-chip edging. Also was delighted when the manicurist informed me that she was feeling under the weather after she had been working on my hands for some time. I am now quite sick. Not much good to say actually - the towel they had down was still wet from the last customer(s), and everything about this place made me feel creepy crawley. So much for all the good reviews! read more

Nancy's work is wonderful. She really works to design your nails how you want. A previous technician at another salon had left my solar nails less than ideal and Nancy took time to correct them without me asking. The salon is small, but her work is better than any of the big fancy salons that I've been to. read more

It's a cute and small little nail spa. The feeling was nice and the staff was nothing but kind to me. I came in an hour before closing time to get an acrylic fill and to get two nails fixed and they got it done in about 45 minutes. I'm not sure if it's because he was trying to get done with my nails quick or if this is really the job they do but I would give the actual nail job about at 70%. They have weird little holes in the acrylic and they acrylic itself is uneven in multiple places. It's not unwearable but for someone like me who pays attention to small details this is annoying. read more

Worst experience of my life!! Service is awful. The nail lady was rushing so fast she cut me. My nail continued to bleed for the rest of the time. She then thought it would be a good idea to put nail glue on it to stop the bleeding. After, she proceeded to do an even worse job of painting my nails. It was like she couldn't care less. I would advise you to never go here...unless you want an infection. I was also charged for this dreadful experience. read more

I went to get a pedicure at this location. A husband and wife own it. When I got home I relived that who ever did my pedicure filed my right big toe at a huge slant and I also smudged 2 nails. I went back explained what happened and the husband came running out of the back to tell me that once I leave the location it's on me and that it would be full price for another pedicure but they would do it for me once. The person filed and I noticed that still at a huge slant and again he came running out to say they r the professionals and if she says it's straight then it's straight, that's what I paid for. And proceeded to ask me if I wanted to file them. I replied that is what I paid for. He would not so much as look good see if what I was saying is correct or not just that they r the professionals and that if she said they were correct then they were. I will never return because of him and the wife would not even look up as he was rude and insulting. Unless u want to be called a liar basically, do not go there. All I wanted was smudges fixed and to be filed straight. Guess that was too much for this nail salon! read more

These ladies at this shop are by far the nicest! This is the only nail salon I keep going back to. A pedicure is only $22 a manicure $12 and Shellack manicure is $25. The pedicure nail polish stays on for at least two weeks. Shellack is by far my favorite because of how long it stays on. These ladies get you in and out but always with a great new look to your nails. read more

Fast but the nails lift at the corner. Also not consistent in pricing or their work. Uneven acrylic and they surprise you with the price while working in your nails. You will get cuts from the nail files. The cost of speed I guess. read more

I took my daughter to have her nails done before prom. I dropped her off and paid for the service thinking she could just walk home after her nails were done. I paid extra for the nail polish that does not chip. When we arrived there was NOT another person in the salon, they were NOT busy. Her nails were all different lengths, very thick and uneven. They looked like they had outgrowth of over a week. I called to report this the next day and they had every excuse about this including the pale pink color she picked out cause it. I brought her back to have them thinned out and re-painted and that was not much better. They still were awful!!! I NEVER would recommend this "chop shop" to anyone in the neighborhood. They have signs that say they are under "new management" near the store, I am convinced that they put that there just to get new clients. It is still as terrible as it has been in the past. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER would I spend any of my money there. When we returned there were still no clients in there.....I wonder why???? read more

I went to Nancy's nails for the first time today. I got a pedicure and they did an OK job on my toe nails, but the leg massage was fabulous. Prices were very reasonable. But they neglected to tell me that they DO NOT accept cards OR checks. They only accept cash. That was an extreme let down. The staff neglected to tell me that they only accept cash at the very end of the pedicure. They then told me to walk to the bank down the street to withdraw cash. They didn't seem to care whether it was my bank or not and showed no understanding. I was very disappointed. read more
