I never write reviews but felt like I needed to. Probably the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Took about an hour and a half too. I got them done on a Friday and by Saturday afternoon half of my nails were chipped/broken off. I've gotten a LOT of manicures in my life and I've never seen one done like this. Came in on Monday, it was slow day you know and I love that so I don't feel rushed. I was immediately greeted at the door and seated. Now ladies! This was my first time going here my friend I came with suggested. I'm a college student so I'm always looking to save some change! I got a full acrylic set for $33 with jewls and all! They don't even charge to change shape and that's rare to find nowadays! Now if you're looking for a nice relaxed environment with polite service, Lee's is your place! I will go back another time this summer since I got to school out of the city currently and update you on services. But for now they are my new go to I love my nails and everyone told us goodbye when we left and other customers seemed happy with them too! I am from out of town and wanted to get my nails done, I went with a white tip done by Lee and I was extremely happy. She was kind and did just what I asked if I wanted my nails shorter, rounder, more square or thinner. (I can be picky so that is exciting) $30 was a bit pricey than what I am use to but I'm not gonna knock them down for it. Ask for Lee she will be nice, courteous, and give you just what you want! I have went three times the first time they charged $40. The second time $50 and 3rd time $50. I was going to be a ride or die for this shop but the nails are always so hard to get off. Twice I had to take them off because they were starting to hurt. The 3rd and last time I went the guy did my nails. Did a really good job but they were so hard to get off. Two nails ended up bleeding when they came off. I'm not really used to get nails done at the shop, so I didn't really know what to expect. But I think I'm just going to get some nails from the store and glue them on. After they finish healing, they are so sore. I will never trust anyone to do my nails again. read more

I Love this salon. Kind staff. amazing service. Lee is very gentle and takes her time. I have had manicures and pedicures. Each with amazing results. I have never been a "walk in" so I am not sure how quickly you get in. I have had scheduled appointments and each were not rushed. I have only had "Gel" so I can not comment on other services. I feel that this salon has a very relaxing vibe to it. It is clean and I smelled no odors. Lee is considerate and pricing is reasonable. I will continue to go to Lee's Nails. Great place to get solar nails. Products are a bit lacking. This salon uses cheap shellac. Your nails are chipped by the end of your first week. Besides solar, I'd give this place a pass. read more

I'm a little confused as to why this place got 4 stars. Not intending to be harsh, however, I don't think I received the best service. I will give this place a half star for promptness. I called and booked an appointment for 3:45pm. I arrived exactly at that time and was shown a chair right away. I will also give this place a half star for its free parking. It is located in a small strip mall so you are free to park anywhere. There is plenty of parking too. Lastly, I will give it its second star for the prices. The services were cheap. They say though, you get what you pay for. What I think this place lacks is sanitation and cleanliness, regular nail polish colors, and nail details. I walked in and the place smelled like pure acrylic nails. I get they can't help all that much with the smell but maybe a few fans could have at least alleviated some of the stench. I also don't think this place was the cleanest. I didn't see liners for the pedicure bowls nor did I think the manicure tables were all that clean. I think (I hope) my nail tech used clean tools on me. While they looked clean, I didn't see her open up the tools from a sanitized bag. Additionally, I'm pretty sure the nail file used for me was not clean. It looked like it had been used on someone else previously. There weren't very many nail colors. They were all within the same shades, dark pinks and reds. Granted, I'm a little picky when it comes to colors, but they definitely needed more options and most of the polishes look like they have been used for years. I'm glad I brought in my own polish, but I usually do this no matter the salon. Lastly, I think my manicure could have been better. There are a few bubbles and it just looks like I painted my own nails. It's not a very clean job. The shaping was fantastic, I'll give it that, but you can still see the gel color that was supposed to be removed under my new polished nails. Needless to say, I probably won't be back. If you want a super cheap mani and truly don't have any other place to go, then maybe this place is for you, but I just don't think I will return. read more

First time visit and I brought my 94 year old mom along. Our nail technicians did a great shellac mani on both of us. Most touching is how sweet they were to Mom. I will definitely return because it's 10 days later and my polish looks new. No chips. No wear showing. read more

I went in for a pedicure 25 mins before closing (I'm a jerk, I know). They took me in as a walk in with no hesitation. They have a decent selection of nail polish colors. Compared to some places, their polish was great. The colors don't look outrageously old and the brands are good. The gentleman who did the pedicure was great! He scrubbed my feet for a very long time! He also massaged my legs and feet for at least 15 minutes. He took the time, even after closing, to do it right. A lady came and took over to paint my toes and she also did a great job. They were both friendly. We didn't speak much, but I actually prefer to be lame and sit on my phone than have a conversation. I will definitely be going back for regular pedicures. It's a good price ($22) for a pedicure, and I believe I got what I paid for. I recommend them! read more

I went to get a pedicure and was disappointed with the man who did my toes and then 3 days later THEIR polish was already coming off. Literally the entire process took 23 minutes. When I pay $45 plus tip -- you need to have the basic customer service to take your headphones off, smile to your customer and at least PRETEND you like what you are doing. Sadly, I was on the east coast on business so I could not return for a redo, but even if I had gone back --- why should I? Do your job! I even tipped!!! Shame on me. I won't go back. This is my go-to nail salon when I visit Omaha. The staff is friendly and thorough. I'm never disappointed with my manicures ($12 for regular polish or $25 for gel) and the pedicure treatment ($22) is delightful (including a soak, scrub, hot towel, lotion massage). The salon is bright and clean with tons of polish or gel colors to choose from. Lee is the best! By far the best nail salon I've been too. Lee is very gentle and precise, and has such a sweet sense of humor. They just moved around the corner to the shopping plaza with Tuesday Morning and Oriental Garden on Cass. The new place is very open and clean and has a great feel to it. By far the thickest nails I have ever seen, with acrylic under my fingernails, cuticles not touched, they are not even shaped correctly. Very much a rush job. Myself & my 2 girls )9&11) in to get our nails done for the oldest s birthday. It was there 1st time ever & wanted an awesome exp & atmosphere, a time to remember. We ended up disappointed & my youngest in tears. We all got full sets. I received wonky/crooked nails that were far longer than I had wanted & when I pointed out concerns I was given replies like it's not, my cuticles are. My 9 year old was super excited most about getting designs on hers & we didn't even get offered any. Instead we got pushed out the door with not even a thank you for our business. We felt unwelcome the entire time & didn't even try to have a conversation with us or make us feel more comfortable. We are not picky, since our nails were crap I would have hoped they could at least given us a good experience to look back on such as simple conversation. Horrible experience. Had an appointment at 3:15, waited until 3:40 to get sat down. No hot water. They couldn't figure out how to get my shellac off for 20 minutes. Hurt my toes as they were trying to scrape it off. When I would ask what was going on no one would even answer me. Now 4:10 shellac still not off. The guy was mean. As a previous reviewer stated; walk-ins will wait around 20-30 minutes. After our wait, my friend and I were seated next to one another and shared the same technician for a pedicure. The pedicure was fine at the time; however, the technician did not paint toenails well and the lady came over and touched up/cleaned up our pedicure. I sat and waited for my friend to finish (additional 30 minutes) and when I got home I noticed my toenails weren't covered completely with polish and started peeling off! I have never had this happen. I have a regular place I frequent and I will not be back to this place - it was the quality time with my friend that was worth this mediocre experience. There were a few people that seemed like regulars getting manicures so I would guess that the manicures are fantastic! read more

i go almost every two weeks to get my acrylic's and i just love it . i always make sure to make an appointment before coming in though because Lees can get really busy, so if your interested i would make an appointment first. But Lee is very friendly and she is very careful to attend to my request, because i can be a super indecisive person when it comes to deciding which color and design i want, but then again what girl isn't. But she is very patient and takes her time. Another one of my favorite things is the pedicure, the guy there he is very rough and painful so make sure to be specific in only using Kim and or Lee for your services. But when Lee and or Kim does my pedicure it is perfect just what a girl needs after a long days work. And if you accidently smudge your nails while your in the shop or you mess them up on your way out they have no problem fixing them for you. i always leave very happy and with super cute nails. read more

On the spur of the moment I went in with my daughter for a pedicure as a treat. They were very busy, and we waited for about an hour, during which time I didn't see them sanitizing the footbaths, which should have been a red flag in itself. Then when our turn came, the man who did my pedicure was so rough with my cuticles - they were sore for several days afterwards. He was also very surly, and muttered the entire time. They did a very brief, may 7-8 minute pedicure for my daughter, who is 11 and asked her if she wanted flowers painted on her big toes. She said yes. When we went to pay, they charged us full price for her very short pedicure, and wanted to charge $5 more for her nail art. I ended up paying for both our pedicures, but not the nail art. It was a very bad experience, though I put a brave face on it since I didn't want my daughter to feel bad. Never again. read more
