In the meantime, she started and knocked my toe with the nail dremmel. Later she was working on the cuticle and got too much and I started bleeding. I've been going to queen pearl nails for years. But Thy keeps me coming back! She does an amazing job is so friendly and easy to schedule with. I always get compliments. I feel so comfortable that I even started bringing my teenage daughter and now she is a regular as well. I have referred many people to Thy and they're always satisfied. I will start by saying I took off a star because I had a 1:00 appointment for a classic pedicure. However, I wasn't taken back to the pedicure chair until 1:25, and my pedicure didn't start until 10 minutes after that. I'm not sure why I wouldn't at least be sat in the chair upon arrival, and the late start was frustrating since I was supposed to be meeting my mom immediately after. The classic pedicure was very good and had everything I would have wanted. Scrub, hot towels, hot stones - it was very all encompassing, and I don't think $33 is an outrageous price for that. However, upon further inspection I noticed the color on some of the nails was still opaque, which is annoying. I also wasn't offered to sit under a dryer and had to wait in the chair for my nails to dry. read more

Been here for a few times, I had 3 good experience out of about 10 times. (I'm hopeful about it just being an off day!) People are nice but overpriced and not great looking unless you get just plain colors or super simple designs. Overall kind of inconsistent and not planning on coming back any time soon. read more

Was absolutely blown away by this nail place!! Every time I have ever gotten my nails done they crack around my finger nails and I end up with a ton of hang nails but this place took good care of my nails! I recommend going during a week day because weekends are jam packed!! I've gotten my feet done once by them and it was an actual foot massage! I definitely recommend!! read more

I was not impressed.First off, it took me over an hour to be seen even though I was told a 10 minute wait.I was charged 85$ for a basic French tip Acrylics.I got them done 5 days ago and I've already had a nail pop off and the rest are starting to come loose.I also had hurt my finger prior to the visit and it was visible.However,She didn't even try to avoid it and used the drill right on the spot of my nail that was visibly damaged so it was an extremely painful experience.I would definitely not recommend coming here. read more

I work close to the nail salon & decided to finally try them out. It was the worst experience ever!!! While trimming my cuticles, he made 2 fingers on one hand & one on the other bleed. I've never had any issues anywhere else. After he was done, and I left, it looked like my 4 year old niece polished my nails. It has only been a week since I went for a shellac manicure & the tips are fading, along with its starting to peel away!! I can say that I won't be back here & wouldn't recommend them. they did not really take into account what I wanted to be done with my nails; they seemed like they were in a rush to get people in and out. I had told her that two of my nails were crooked. She said OK, I'm going to fix them and proceeded not to fix them which resulted in me just having to leave with my nails messed up because no one would listen to my request she also was constantly hitting my nail with the filer. Came in for pedicures and I heard this place was gorgeous and it did not disappoint. My tech was very skilled w the foot and leg massage (almost put me to sleep.). Massage chairs are powerful! This is a new development area and the salon is conveniently located just South of the corner of 168th and 370, close to the Gretna I-80 interstate exit. (Tiburon golf course area, by Lanskys) Everything is new but word of mouth so far has been great things so hoping this becomes a long standing area favorite! read more

I have been here many times for dip nails, but the rotary sanding technique started to wear my nail bed down. I decided to go with the old fashion nail polish technique. What a failed decision that was. Clearly many of their nail polishes & base coats just need to be thrown away due to age. read more

Mine chipped pretty quick though but that's because I had to do something at work. They do have a 7-day guarantee where they will fix your nails if something happens. Andy did amazing on my dip Nails, I had no appointment and I had no problem getting in on a busy Saturday morning.

Terrible service. Made appointments the day before, then was asked to wait upon arrival. Appointment was made for 3:30pm, sat down with a tech at 4:15pm. I went with my mom and we booked appointments together, but we couldn't even be sat next to each other, which negates the whole purpose of booking appointments together. We were asked to sit on complete opposite side of the salon. Neither of our nails turned out how we asked. I normally book with Andy, as he's the only one who does a good job and takes his time, but he's not there on Tuesdays. I will most likely look for a new salon since this is not the first or second time something like this has happened. read more

This was by far the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I had the lady redo my toe nail polish because it was so sloppy it looked like a small child did it. The second time was even worse, I should've just left the mess from the first time. Went on to the next guy who did a shellac French manicure and it looks so bad I almost cried. Now I'm stuck with it until I have time to go somewhere else. They were busy and just trying g to crank through as many people as possible. First time in my life I have ever walked out without giving a tip! I felt awful about it but when you spend that much, I expect it to look better than my 13 year old could've done at home. The location of Queen Pearl Nails is very convenient for me and I have been to this establishment many times. I've had three terrible experiences in a row & feel it's fair to share and warn others to go to a different nail spa! I admit my toes were in bad shape, but that's one of the reasons I go. I had the absolute worst experience today! First, I was never offered any water - in every time prior, I was at least offered. The technician was engaged in a conversation with a co-worker the entire time and did not ask any questions to show any friendliness or interest that I was there. One of my nails was trimmed so short, it was extremely painful when filed. NOT ONCE was I asked if water, stone or towel temperature was too warm. (Yes, in case it was in the back of someone's mind-they clearly spoke English) I felt my service was very rushed and aggressive. I was in the chair next to an individual that was there when I got there & still there when I left, with the SAME SERVICE! (This was the second time that happened). Lastly, the polish looks very poor. I had polish on the top of my foot when they were finished! Even with the very convenient location, I will go out of my way & even pay more at a different Nail Spa! read more

Today was the last day I'll ever attend queen pearl nails, which is unfortunate because I enjoyed my time here. What I witnessed today was so upsetting, unprofessional and made me quite distraught. I sat next to a very nice woman and the man doing her nails (who apparently is a manager) couldn't understand her request, got frustrated and went psychotic on her, yelling at her like she was a child. The woman remained calmed and collective. I couldve cried for her. I then came to find out that they wouldnt refund her for the experience she faced. The manager tried to apologize to me too and was not sincere. I told him I hope he makes it right. Which he didn't. And he made a front desk person do all the talking to her over the phone. I love this place!! It's such a boujee environment I feel like a princess while getting my nails and toes done! Also my pedicures are always fantastic and they give the best leg massages. Even though the environment is so high class and beautiful the prices are very reasonable and comparable to the average nail salon. read more
