I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. Sadly the dip was not picking up and my nails ended up looking super grainy. She was nice enough to offer a coat of shellac to cover up the odd coloring, but it was extremely painful. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. I'm really sad this was my first experience because I've heard great things and I hope this was just a one time occurrence! I didn't want to leave as I still had wet legs and wanted to get the service finished. I planned to say something when I paid. Of course, I had a stomachache again and I told them I wanted to pay and stop the service at that point. The manager seemed confused and I told her it was because I couldn't use their restroom without being made fun of. The manager acted like nobody laughed and made fun of me. She said, I didn't do that. My daughter said oh yes you did. You all laughed at her and humiliated her. This was all in front of the whole salon. Then, I stated my medical condition and repeated that I needed to pay as I was feeling sick and needed to leave. They charged me $35 instead of $42. I feel like they should have discounted more but it is what it is. I was treated so rudely and nobody apologized or acknowledged any wrong doing. I will never go there again. It shouldn't matter why someone has to use the restroom. In a service industry a more professional experience is to be expected. She gets up brings a bowl of acetone and throws a towel very rudely over my nails. I told him I will pay for a take off and the service provided for my daughter. This man called the cops telling them I'm refusing to pay for service. I also forgot to mention I have my 2yr old and 14 year with me ass well sitting by me. I start to cry I can't believe this is happening. He then starts telling me he has been in business for 20yrs and has fired over 250 ppl for making a mistake. He is talking over me so I just decided I'm not going to speak a conversation was getting nowhere and told me to lower my voice I was talking normally. He stated he had cameras everywhere in there.
