I went in for a dip manicure and they had 3 giant books with lots of choices! The nail tech was nice enough to help me pick between a few colors since I could not decide! Sadly the dip was not picking up and my nails ended up looking super grainy. She was nice enough to offer a coat of shellac to cover up the odd coloring, but it was extremely painful. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. I'm really sad this was my first experience because I've heard great things and I hope this was just a one time occurrence! After returning from the restroom, the nail tech continued working on clipping my toenails, doing the massage, all of those services were fine. However, I needed to use the restroom again. When I got up, the nail tech turned to the manager and they began talking in Vietnamese and started laughing along with all of the other employees. I was mortified as I walked into the restroom. My young adult daughter was with me and saw the whole thing first hand. She was very upset for me. When I came back from the bathroom I was of course embarrassed. I could tell everyone was looking at me and had been taking about me . I sat back down and my daughter wanted to leave. Apparently it was worse than I imagined. I didn't want to leave as I still had wet legs and wanted to get the service finished. I planned to say something when I paid. Of course, I had a stomachache again and I told them I wanted to pay and stop the service at that point. The manager seemed confused and I told her it was because I couldn't use their restroom without being made fun of. The manager acted like nobody laughed and made fun of me. She said, I didn't do that. My daughter said oh yes you did. You all laughed at her and humiliated her. This was all in front of the whole salon. Then, I stated my medical condition and repeated that I needed to pay as I was feeling sick and needed to leave. They charged me $35 instead of $42. I feel like they should have discounted more but it is what it is. I was treated so rudely and nobody apologized or acknowledged any wrong doing. I will never go there again. It shouldn't matter why someone has to use the restroom. In a service industry a more professional experience is to be expected. I don't regularly get pedicures and this was something I was doing for a special occasion so now I have to finish the job at home.

I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. We thought based on the reviews that we were sending her to a quality company. She's the kindest, most generous person you'll ever meet. She has four young children and works hard taking great care of them so we wanted to get her a gift where she for once was the one being pampered. That didn't happen! Because of her generous spirit, she used half of her gift certificate on her best friend and they went together on May 9th, 2026 to have pedicures done. They sat side by side and while our DIL received a very short (5-10 min) pedicure and a small fraction of what was supposed to be provided, her friend who sat right next to hers pedicure last nearly one hour which is what was paid for and she should've received. How horrible is that? When my wife called them to discuss - the owner was disinterested, at times rude and showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue or provide satisfactory service. In fact, she actually wanted her to purchase another pedicure and promised good service - WHAT? We DO NOT recommend that you use this company!!
