They are pretty busy on the weekends so I would definitely recommend an appointment especially if you're with multiple people. They do accept walk-ins and have a pretty efficient check in system. They were up front about long wait times. Everything is super clean, they have TVs (no sound captions only) and low level chill music playing so you can still read or chat with a friend but aren't overhearing everyone else's conversations. I got the base pedicure and it was $40 (pre-tip) and lasted about 40 minutes. It was the best base level pedicure I've ever gotten. They were super busy but the technician didn't rush at all. He did a great job! The massage chairs were great and they adjust forward and back (hooray for the tall girlies!!!). Lots of options to upgrade if you're looking for a fancy spa like option. My feet looks and feel great (trust me I'm not posting feet pics).

Later on, the hot towel treatment was too hot, and again everyone looked over. I felt the massage part was lacking, and their chairs weren't very comfortable. When she put on the scrub I feel like I got an old crusty glob, and it was very off putting. I left with a bad feeling, and not how you would imagine after receiving any treatments. It was relatively quiet when we came in on a Saturday around 2:30. We both got manicures with shellac nail polish. The place could have been cleaner, I noticed a lot of nail dust on the table tops where we were seated. Made feel icky and wondered the sanitation of everything else. I should have read the reviews before coming in. But my friend and I we were in the area in search of French pastries next door ( which was closed) and decided to treat ourselves to a manicure instead. The technicians took their time trimming our cuticles and getting the first layers of polish on...but as soon as people came in the door, their focus on our nails went out the window. The tension started rising, I noticed that they started rushing, even got in their feet for the rest of the layers to get us out the door and to their next customers as soon as possible. This just highlights why I dislike getting my nails done. I usually splurge a few time a year going into nails salons but I seem to notice the same level of service anywhere I have gone (and have gotten cut a few times because nails technicians have rushed). Nails look good overall but don't come here in search of relaxation.
