I am a senior citizen and never had nails put on before the gentleman Tom was not very understanding or he couldn't understand me. He said that I was too anxious I did relax and I guess it wasn't good enough for him because he said in a very loud voice again. I asked him for his opinion on the style they do the nails and this was my first time but he refused I asked him what would go good with a forest green color once again he refused he said no he wasn't gonna do that I don't know I work for the public and if they want help they can either take it or say no thank you. So when I have to get them filled I will be going to star nails they did a wonderful job on taking off the old polish and putting on a very nice nail polish that would look better than what I chose. read more

I went with 3 of my friends about 3 months ago for our prom nails i usually go to metro nails but they really wanted to try u.s.a. nails when they started on my nails not only were they cutting my cuticles to the point they were bleeding but i left half way through my service to go somewhere else because they got glue all over my hands and the french tips my friends got were uneven and just didn't look that good i obviously wasn't rude i kind of just said i had to go to work and paid 45$ for my unfinished nails read more

I came in for a gel mani and the gal that provided services rushed through the process and my nails looked awful. The top coat bubbled and was not done evenly. I could have done a better job myself at home. Very disappointing. read more

I went in for an acrylic fill with gel and I had requested to change my nail shape from square to coffin and to shorten the length. To make this short and sweet, none of my nails are the same shape or length, my right thumb nail is square while my left is coffin shaped. The gel polish was hack job. The nail tech spent 25 minutes to do everything from start to finish and rushed me out the door once she was supposedly done. Complete waste of money! I now need to pay to get them removed and redone because I am honestly embarrassed by the way they look. Never returning! Follow up to 3 days later, the fill already started to chip and break off at the cuticle area. This has never happened before with any other nail salon I've been to. read more

Made an appointment today and still waited longer than expected. I had asked for a full acrylic dip set and provided a picture with what i wanted and did not receive it. I had asked for the nude in the picture to be changed to black and she said it was no problem. Any time I expressed I didn't like the length or shape she disregarded said they looked good and the length looked wrong bc I was looking at it differently than her.. Needless to say these aren't the correct length, style, or quality expected. read more

While cheap and accommodating, I am horrified at the quality of the nail fill I received. I have worn pink and white acrylic nails for several years, always using the same technician at my home out of state. Being here for several weeks over the summer, a pink and white nail fill was required. I called ahead and made an appointment but waited quite a while. When I was seen, the technician filled only the pink area and not the white. I asked about it and she said "some people like them like that" (little white left). I said that I intended to get a "pink and white fill". She said, "next time if you come back." It was as if she was holding out giving me what I wanted to get me to come back. Now, two weeks later, I have actually lost 3 full nails which is completely unacceptable--I have in my nail wearing years lost ONE nail when I caught it on a metal clasp and it broke. This fill has resulted in me losing THREE and have another one lifting. The filing or shaping was horrible. My sister and nieces said my nails were both "scary" and "sharp". She did not file back the natural nail growth under the acrylic nails to keep them from separating from the tips. I wondered if there was a general communication problem but I just paid and got out of there. It was HORRIBLE. I am looking forward to going home to have MY nail technician replace this mess. I seriously don't know how they stay in business, unless standards and expectations here are just very low. read more

They don't have the newest chairs, but they are clean, comfy & massage. Always the same 4-5 gals working who know everyone as they come in. They do an excellent job & always smile & chat! Have been getting my pedicures here for years. Thank you ladies! read more
