Rude, not helpful, equipment dirty. Would not recommend to anyone. There are better, cleaner and nicer nail spas in the area. When requesting assistance, staff act like they don't understand but when time to pay no language barrier what do ever. read more

We walked in without an appointment. They were able to take my mom right away and me within 10 min. The space was very clean and the pedicure chairs were new. The owners were very kind and respectful. The pedicures were just fine. I would recommend this business and will return. read more

Bad experience with the person they set me up with today. He was rough, cut me with the cuticle trimmer and overall did a bad job with the shellac. I'm going on vacation so it was pretty disappointing as well as painful. Nothing relaxing about this appointment. :-( read more

Unfortunate experience. I drove past this nearby salon many times, and have been wanting to make it my new pedicure stop. Sadly it fell short of most all expectations, and I am still searching for a good pedicure near home. My friend and I entered and were seated right away in what turned out to be partly broken massage chairs. There were 2 other neighboring chairs available, so I'm not sure why they sat us in these 2, or if all chairs were broken. My chair was then adjusted so I was sitting straight up with the massagers repeatedly digging into one spot on my lower spine. I asked to recline, and she complied, but when I asked to adjust the massagers because it was painful, she said it was broken and tried to return the remote to a pocket behind the seat. I insisted, she insisted, this repeated a few times, and I finally grabbed the remote. I don't know who wouldn't attempt to change something when their client says they are in pain. Anyway, I succeeded at changing the massagers so they were wider and massaged my flesh rather than spine, and traveled the length of my back rather than repeatedly digging into one area. Very glad I took the reigns, since the technician was obviously not interested in helping me make this a pleasant experience. The pedicure was ok, but I look forward to callus-free feet, and not much work was done to pumice them away (I have pretty smooth feet, so it is not a feat of incredible strength and energy to remove calluses). Also, an employees 5yr old child was allowed to run around the salon and would frequently scream for no apparent reason. She just liked the sound, or wanted attention. I do not go to salons to hear children scream and watch them run around undisciplined. I'm not very picky when it comes to my pedicures, I just enjoy relaxing in the chairs and having my feet buffed and painted. Oh well, the search continues. read more

Horrible experience! I went in for a pedicure, the technician was rude and hurried through the pedicure. This resulted in a big bubble of polish on my big toe. I didn't notice until I left so I drove back. Instead of taking the polish off and starting over they just painted over it and sent me on my way. It looks terrible, not to mention my calluses look just as bad as they did when I came in. I wouldn't even return here if it was a free pedicure!! read more

Awful! Horrible customer service and the acrylic nails with colored tips turned out the worst I've EVER had (and I get new nails put on every 2 wks) I know not every set is perfect but the acrylic powder wasn't absorbed by the liquid so they appear cloudy and...dirty. When I asked for a discount since I hated my nails, I was told it was my fault! How is that possible? You can't ever see how the acrylic set has been applied until the gel coat goes on and you see the finish/shine. Not only that, but I was charged 35 dollars, when I asked for the 27 dollar set. When I called after I left to see if they could be fixed in any way, they hung up on me. With so many places to go in Council Bluffs or Omaha, I'd avoid this place AT ALL COST. read more

And they told me to come back because they closed at 7pm mind you there was 4 people working and only 2 busy the guy said he wanted to start cleaning.. Really?!?! I was shocked ...
