I appreciate how she took her time with the mapping process and how detailed is she during the entire process. She made sure that I was happy with my brows before proceeding with ombré. Sarah used some of the latest techniques she recently learned at a continuing education event, and was very informative with color-care. Not only is she fantastic with hair, but there are some incredibly unique details at ONE Salon worth mentioning: they recycle color product, they recycle the hair they've cut to soak up oil spills, and Sarah offers paid maternity leave for all the stylists! I was told it would be close to 5, and I said okay. I sat there until just after 5 not really impatient, as everyone coming in had appts. Well then the receptionist and another girl started laughing and brought me back to a manicurist. Everyone was laughing..I guess they pulled the wrong girl at first so I waited longer than necessary, and EVERYONE thought it was sooooo funny that I was waiting and the mix up. I clearly didn't think it was funny and felt so embarrassed the whole appointment. Overall the color and service was okay, but that left a terrible feeling overall and IDK if I would return. It seems very clique-y. It was also about $10 more than my normal dip service, but when in a pinch it was needed.
