Got pedicures here 2 weeks ago with a friend. It was my first time here. This spot is really large and it looks like they offer a long list of services. Pedicure was great. Friendly staff. Relaxing. 2 weeks later no chipping. I will spare you all the feet pics. Warning: if you use Google maps the entrance was on the opposite side of where it leads you (go near Back Lot Taphouse). This will make the third time I have been here, and the quality/service has gotten progressively worse. Last time, the tech filed down to the nail bed on several nails - causing slight bleeding. This time, tech didn't listen to what I asked for. And upped the price by $2.00 every time he told me about cats eye - yes.. like that comedy sketch. I have and will pay extra for a particular prep/style, but not if you're going to increase the price every time you tell me about it. I am OBSESSED with Ruby's work!! & Liam was very polite and genuinely concerned and dedicated to a pain-free, relaxing, laid-back yet efficient and precise pedicure. Decent pedicure. Moderately priced, so not ridiculous but also definitely still a treat. Did make one of my toes bleed while working on cuticles, so have caution. If you are a diabetic or older or have any skin/bleeding issues I would steer clear. They also tried to have me put my bleeding toe back into the water and I wouldn't let them.... The staff communicated clearly the wait times and they made sure to take their time with services and offered complimentary drinks. Probably the worst, laziest pedicure I've ever had. Kim was so disinterested the entire time. She was FaceTiming a gentleman the entire time, rushed through every step, made me bleed, didn't care to be there. If someone doesn't want to do the job they are hired for, then quit. Had a great experience at Contour Nail Bar this Saturday! I got a dip manicure on natural nails. I appreciate that they didn't cut my cuticles and were gentle on natural nails. I have had acrylic, gel, and dip full set fingernails put on for over 25 years, my nails are a mess! Crystal at Contour Nail Bar did my dip full set while I was in Omaha to help my daughter move and it is the best one of my life! Too bad I don't live here, I'd never go anywhere else again! My experience for full set was bad, I was sitting at the chair for over an hour. One lady started then left didn't say anything. Another girl came I think it's the owner and started doing them. In the middle of the process she leaves to start another full set without saying a word. I was so annoyed I was sitting there for about 15 minutes just waiting and waiting until a man comes in to the salon and just starts finishing my nails, did not even wash his hands. I came for a full set because I loved the pedicure but not coming back for my hands. I got a full set of ombré done for $65 , they were alright but this is one week and two days after (9 days) super disappointing how fast they're falling off. Also one of them was so crooked. Now I need to go somewhere else and pay to get them fixed before going out of town. Like I said over all I won't be coming for full sets. They need to be organized. read more

The manager was extremely rude. Our appointment was at 5:30 and we arrived at 5:15 and instead of saying hi she greeted us by saying you guys finally decided to show up. They also mix up their own prices even though they have a price list. We were given two different prices for the same design and the manager would not let me speak and she was not believing me when I told her I was given two different prices. Eventually after getting nowhere with her I decided to not get my nails done. And one of the nail techs started laughing because of my decision. Bad experience. I got a dipped manicure less than a week ago. My nail chipped off. I walked in today to get the one nail fixed. They told me to come back. I explain to her that I could not come back. The reason I got a manicure last week is because I leave in the morning to go out of town and do not have time to sit for an hour and a half and wait for them to fix one nail. I got acrylic nails today that looked like they were two weeks old. They were French tip with shellac. I wanted square and got squarish round. Even though i said square several times. There is too much of my nail bed showing for day one nails. I can't imagine what they are going to look like in two weeks. While filing my nails the tech got too close to my skin, hurting me more than once. The worst part is, when i spoke with the manager she made excuses. She said i should of gotten dip instead. I told her dip doesn't last for me. She said if i wanted the acrylic to go all the way covering my nail bed i had to request it. Um, excuse me? Since when? So i paid my 58 dollars and left with the ugliest nails for my spring break trip. I won't be returning and will next time go to AKsarben nails and so should you. read more

I've had two manicures and one pedicure and have been equally happy with both services. My nails have looked great each time and I've received many compliments on them. I want this place to be better! I had an appointment just as they opened, but very few people were there. I didn't mind waiting a few minutes, but the man working the front did not seem to know what he was doing. Regardless the first technician they gave to me literally took 10 minutes trying to remove the shellac on my big toe. I finally called someone and said that I needed a different technician. And the woman that took over was great. She gave me a wonderful pedicure and polish. She told me that the dip nail powder they had matched the toe polish, but it did not. You can see that in the picture. And then the nail technician that did my manicure, well, she actually drew blood! This place has all the makings of being really good, but the technicians need more experience. It's right in my neighborhood so I very much want them to do better. I gave it three stars because I did walk out with a pretty decent manicure and pedicure, they actually trim cuticles when a lot of places in town don't, ( which is weird) and they are priced well. When I asked them to fix it and requested someone who could in a calm tone; I was greeted with a loud and rude tone asking "what do you want me fix it" and my nails looked even worse than before after she did. He then decided to go outside and smoke making a start time of doing my nails almost 20 minutes after my appointment. He rushed to get them done and did a horrible job.
