Did brow wax, shellac VIP pedi and match reg french mani. One of the best brow sculpting ever. Depending on services you choose, can be pricey. Katie did my nails, with massage, & I almost fell asleep on her twice. Great location that has everything for a fun day out. read more

Im from Texas ... was looking for a place here in Omaha. And it's safe to say ... this was the best pedicure I've had in my LIFE! Texas could never. The pedicure came with this nice warm steam ... Got pedicures here 2 weeks ago with a friend. It was my first time here. This spot is really large and it looks like they offer a long list of services. Pedicure was great. Friendly staff. Relaxing. 2 weeks later no chipping. I will spare you all the feet pics. Warning: if you use Google maps the entrance was on the opposite side of where it leads you (go near Back Lot Taphouse). There is lots of street parking depending on the time of day. If not there is plenty of free garage parking. read more

Dip powder looks great. They did 3 coats automatically. Nail shape turned out as I had hoped. Only thing is they didn't clean under my nails afterward. $50 total. Ambiance is quiet and relaxed. Beautiful lighting and location. I communicated easily with my nail tech. read more

My 2 granddaughters and I came for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. We walked in with no appointment and got in within 20 minutes . The grands got acrylic and I a shellac French. Sandy , Ken and Alice were our techs and I was thrilled that they were warm, friendly and had a sense of humor. The atmosphere was inviting and I am anxious to go there for a pedi soon read more

Contour Nail Bar - Not only are my cuticles trashed, my nails crooked . - Waxing Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

Had a great experience the other day! We were able to walk in and get right in, they have TONS of colors to choose from, I had a hard time picking! My nail tech, V, was so sweet and talkative and she did a great job on my dip mani! Will be coming back, for sure! Price is comparable to other nail salons around- $45 for dip manicure. Mine was $55 due to the design I got. read more

Contour provided one of the poorest pedicure experiences I have received to date. I was rushed from the second I sat in the chair. I was demanded to roll up my pants and put my feet in the water and choose a color all at once. Then my service was over before I could blink, with a gloopy, messy polish job. I was challenged on not wanting shellac and not wanting a manicure. This was not the relaxing, restorative experience I was looking for. read more

Decent pedicure. Moderately priced, so not ridiculous but also definitely still a treat. Did make one of my toes bleed while working on cuticles, so have caution. If you are a diabetic or older or have any skin/bleeding issues I would steer clear. They also tried to have me put my bleeding toe back into the water and I wouldn't let them.... But the toes looked pretty when they were finished. ‍ read more

Techs don't listen, and blame you for their mistakes. Receptionist was rude and rather disdainful. She snatched the receipt and tip out of my hand. This will make the third time I have been here, and the quality/service has gotten progressively worse. Last time, the tech filed down to the nail bed on several nails - causing slight bleeding. This time, tech didn't listen to what I asked for. And upped the price by $2.00 every time he told me about cats eye - yes.. like that comedy sketch. I have and will pay extra for a particular prep/style, but not if you're going to increase the price every time you tell me about it. Constantly told me to put my hand in a different position than what he just instructed. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years... I know how to remain pliable. Took over an hour for a full and uneven painted French tip. I hate them, but just wanted to be done and get out of there! read more

The staff is very kind and welcoming. A little bit of a wait but my pedicure and manicure were technically perfect. The staff communicated clearly the wait times and they made sure to take their time with services and offered complimentary drinks. I am OBSESSED with Ruby's work!! & Liam was very polite and genuinely concerned and dedicated to a pain-free, relaxing, laid-back yet efficient and precise pedicure. Super kind and friendly atmosphere, normal priced (way underpriced high-quality art they do in my opinion but don't tell them i said that ). Cant wait to go back and can't wait to try some new designs. The most catchy thing about the place is all the employees seem super happy and all were so psyched to chat and help with where to go. read more

Had a great experience at Contour Nail Bar this Saturday! I got a dip manicure on natural nails. I appreciate that they didn't cut my cuticles and were gentle on natural nails. Had a great conversation with my manicurist as well. The salon itself was very clean and everyone was nice. I'll definitely be back! read more

Probably the worst, laziest pedicure I've ever had. Kim was so disinterested the entire time. She was FaceTiming a gentleman the entire time, rushed through every step, made me bleed, didn't care to be there. If someone doesn't want to do the job they are hired for, then quit. Don't sell a service you are absolutely disinterested in doing. read more

The manager was extremely rude. Our appointment was at 5:30 and we arrived at 5:15 and instead of saying hi she greeted us by saying you guys finally decided to show up. They also mix up their own prices even though they have a price list. We were given two different prices for the same design and the manager would not let me speak and she was not believing me when I told her I was given two different prices. Eventually after getting nowhere with her I decided to not get my nails done. And one of the nail techs started laughing because of my decision. Bad experience. Definitely not worth your money or time because of how you will be treated. They do a lousy job and overcharge. read more

My experience for full set was bad, I was sitting at the chair for over an hour. One lady started then left didn't say anything. Another girl came I think it's the owner and started doing them. In the middle of the process she leaves to start another full set without saying a word. I was so annoyed I was sitting there for about 15 minutes just waiting and waiting until a man comes in to the salon and just starts finishing my nails, did not even wash his hands. I came for a full set because I loved the pedicure but not coming back for my hands. I got a full set of ombré done for $65 , they were alright but this is one week and two days after (9 days) super disappointing how fast they're falling off. Also one of them was so crooked. Now I need to go somewhere else and pay to get them fixed before going out of town. Like I said over all I won't be coming for full sets. They need to be organized. read more

Super comfortable pedi chairs and friendly service. Tons of nail color options. Liam is great!!

I got a dipped manicure less than a week ago. My nail chipped off. I walked in today to get the one nail fixed. They told me to come back. I explain to her that I could not come back. The reason I got a manicure last week is because I leave in the morning to go out of town and do not have time to sit for an hour and a half and wait for them to fix one nail. I thought they were very rude. In my last three manicures, I've had to return to have my nails fixed. read more

I got acrylic nails today that looked like they were two weeks old. They were French tip with shellac. I wanted square and got squarish round. Even though i said square several times. There is too much of my nail bed showing for day one nails. I can't imagine what they are going to look like in two weeks. While filing my nails the tech got too close to my skin, hurting me more than once. The worst part is, when i spoke with the manager she made excuses. She said i should of gotten dip instead. I told her dip doesn't last for me. She said if i wanted the acrylic to go all the way covering my nail bed i had to request it. Um, excuse me? Since when? So i paid my 58 dollars and left with the ugliest nails for my spring break trip. I won't be returning and will next time go to AKsarben nails and so should you. read more

I want this place to be better! I had an appointment just as they opened, but very few people were there. I didn't mind waiting a few minutes, but the man working the front did not seem to know what he was doing. Regardless the first technician they gave to me literally took 10 minutes trying to remove the shellac on my big toe. I finally called someone and said that I needed a different technician. And the woman that took over was great. She gave me a wonderful pedicure and polish. She told me that the dip nail powder they had matched the toe polish, but it did not. You can see that in the picture. And then the nail technician that did my manicure, well, she actually drew blood! This place has all the makings of being really good, but the technicians need more experience. It's right in my neighborhood so I very much want them to do better. I gave it three stars because I did walk out with a pretty decent manicure and pedicure, they actually trim cuticles when a lot of places in town don't, ( which is weird) and they are priced well. Plus the people there are very nice. read more

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The costumer service is awful along with the service. When I asked them to fix it and requested someone who could in a calm tone; I was greeted with a loud and rude tone asking "what do you want me fix it" and my nails looked even worse than before after she did. This place does not care about the quality of service but only the quantity that it brings. You would be better off anywhere else. read more
