I went to an event a few weeks back which was the first time I experienced Sandy Pony Donuts. So one day after work I made the visit to their shop in Towne Center. I must say, the shop is very cute and the staff were super friendly and happy to help me while I surveyed the menu which has an enormous selection of donuts which is just mesmerizing . I would have snapped a picture of my fabulous donuts but they were so tasty I ate them quick and have been raving about them ever since! They will see me again soon because I love some good donuts! A+ people! read more

Fresh & delicious!!! So good! I got the mango bubble tea & açaí bowl with granola, strawberries & Nutella & a 6pk of donuts! All the fruit was sweet & FRESH! read more

Fresh donuts made to order! This location is hidden away in a small shopping center in Annapolis. The donuts are really good and pretty reasonable. Many toppings to choose from, fresh and hot. You really cant' beat that. If you've ever been to Duck Donuts, it's very similar. read more

Soooo good! Similar to the Fractured Prune, but WAAAY better! The donuts are light, not heavy or doughy. The most difficult part is not ordering a dozen just for yourself! The options are overwhelming, but so good! read more

I stopped by on a whim while my husband was in the golf store. The donuts are made to order. Fresh, warm and yummy. My husband got the salted caramel and I got chocolate with rainbow sprinkles (jingle shells?)....they were both yummy. The cashier was nice and the bathroom was clean. I would recommend if you're in the area. read more

Woohoo! We finally got to try. My husband and I went here as we saw they had a Veteran's Day special going on (props to them for supporting active duty and vets). I had the Misty Mint and he had the Dirty Banana. They came out and were still warm! Super, super delicious. Although it can get a little bit messy! The only complaint I have is that the donuts aren't a little bit larger. All of the employees were fabulous and helpful. The store was clean and comfortable. Everything was very organized. Definitely will be back!! read more

I visited when they first opened. The donuts were on the smaller side but they were delicious. I can't think of the name of it but my donut had mint icing and chocolate chips. My grandmother wanted sonething lighter side so she had cinnamin and sugar on hers. The donuts are made to order so if you are willing to wait a few moments you are in for a treat. The owners were there and they are extremely friendly. read more

Mmmmmm...Donuts.....pretty good, well worth the trip...they hold up even when they aren't warm. Would be bad news for Krispy Kreme (my current fave) if they moved in the area. Super indulgent.... amazing , fun variety. Recommend the "Porky"...and I'm not a bacon obsessed people, lol... read more

Went here because I was craving bubble tea. I did not try the donuts but they smelled good. Unfortunately the bubble tea was garbage. Neither my daughter nor I took more than a sip. Waste of money. read more

I ordered 6 donuts. Great service. The young lady that took my order forget to tell the lady who was fixing the donuts I had a nut allergy. She re-made the donuts without a problem. Awesome!!!! read more

Best cake donuts around. Not game changing good, but good enough to warrant a 2nd visit.

Sandy Pony is best donut shop in Annapolis hands-down, and the market is saturated with excellent donuts around here so this is saying something. The donuts are made to order and dropped when you order. They come out warm and melty. The staff is awesome and friendly. read more

Heavy dirty oil flavor. Loved they were moist and warm. Hard to taste flavor due to the oil taste.

I ordered the salted caramel donut and was not disappointed. The donuts were hot and fresh. So delicious!!!

Best donuts. Crazy good. I almost walked out when they said only cake donuts cause I usually don't like cake donuts but these are insane. So good. read more

I was worried when I heard about Sandy Pony. Too many places that live on one single specialty item (like cupcakes) end up super-sizing both the size and price, neither of which I enjoy. Instead, the donuts at Sandy Pony were perfect. PERFECT. They're just the right size to enjoy a bit of sugary vice; they don't cost an arm and a leg; and the list of available topping/glaze options was huge. They come out warm and pillowy, the softest, fluffiest donuts I've ever had. The store is clean. There are seats so you can eat in, but the impression I got on the three visits I've made so far is that most of their business is in the form of boxes full of fresh donuts presumably making their way to people's offices, parties, and whatever else. Still, they're really friendly and nice even when you're just getting a donut to eat there. I will absolutely keep going there! read more

Who doesn't love hot donuts? This place is amazing! I wish they were open at night because I would love to have the donuts as dessert. They have so many flavorful options and I love them all. The cinnamon donut and the salted caramel are probably my favorites. My kids love how fun they look too. **My only gripe is the plaza they are in now you can only enter from a right hand turn and exit with a right hand turn. I have not stopped before because I didn't want to waste the extra time dealing with u turns and traffic. read more

Not the healthiest choice, but if you want the BEST bad snack, this is the ONE to save up for! The BEST is when the doughnuts are still warm......Oh the Homer Simpson Drool is SOOO appropriate here! Very nice staff as well. read more

I love this place! The donuts are always freshly made. The toppings are innovative and creative. The actual donut itself has great texture and flavor. read more

Ooh these are good. Theyre warm and fresh to order, w/ quirky flavors. Pretty similar to a "Fractured Prune". My favorite is the cookies N' Cream. These donuts are warm and sweet and fluffy and just the right amount of cake-ness. You just gotta try them for yourself. read more

Mmmmmm hot doughnuts with toppings! Pretty much exactly like the Shattered Prune doughnuts that originated in Ocean City, but less expensive. The staff in Annapolis is friendly and helpful. You can sit there or take your hot tasty treats with you. Highly recommended for doughnut lovers! read more

Amazing doughnuts! We ordered a mud pie, a Charlie Brown, and a cookies and cream. The cookies and cream was decent, but the other two were amazing! The doughnuts were slightly crisp and had a really nice bite to them. I definitely recommend making a mini trip to try these out, they're best when fresh! read more

I really don't get it. Sure it's an interesting concept, but I am not impressed. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. My preference for donuts is to be light and fluffy. That being said, even for cakey donuts, these were way too dense. Honestly, I tried a couple different flavors and they just did not do it for me. If I'm going to spend that money, I'd rather spend it elsewhere. Frankly, I have had better Dunkin' Donuts and boxed Entemann's besides there are many other donut shops that a way better for cheaper. This place has a lot of hoopla but, it is really overpriced and overrated. read more

Such a fun place where they make fresh doughnuts to order. Great dessert to take home.

Husband came up with the brilliant idea of sharing a box of donuts for our family gathering. We stopped by Sandy Pony one weekday morning - not so busy or crowded thank goodness, so parking and ordering were easy. Plenty of flavors on the menu. We decided to do a variety pack of a dozen donuts. The donuts are made to order; they're not sitting on a shelf waiting to be packed up. Freshly made and hand-dipped - can see the entire process happen in the back. The donuts were warm in the box! My husband's favorite donut is "raw" without all the toppings. He let me try some of his "raw" donut in the car - delicious - who knew. Highly recommended donuts! read more

Hot and made to order...yumm! Closes a bit early so get there before 2pm.

The best thing about this donut shop is their batter is high quality (in taste) and each donut's are made to order.

Sandy Pony Donuts are ridiculously fresh and tasty. When I tasted their donuts, I feel like I missed out all these years on what a real donut is supposed to taste like. There are no words to adequately describe how incredible these donuts taste. I will never eat donuts from anywhere else, unless I am starving! Hot, fresh, tasty beyond words! read more
