After waiting and receiving absolutely no acknowledgment, I finally got up and left. I wasn't expecting special treatment--just the basic courtesy and service any customer should receive. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and extremely disappointing. No customer should be made to feel invisible in a restaurant. This has NEVER happened to me in my life!!

I was told that the pork chop is normally served slightly pink, but this was clearly undercooked. I wish I had taken a photo. The kitchen promptly took it back and returned it properly cooked. Despite this mishap, the staff handled the situation professionally, and the overall service was good.
