Not sure why this place says they're open at 7am. I've walked over two days in a row and the doors are locked, nobody to be seen within.

A really nice view, and a nice atmosphere inside. Service was good and the food was fresh and well prepared.

Good food! Went for breakfast, got the Spanish omelette. Patio and small amount of indoor seating available. Will be back.

I've been a Club MuROCK devotee for over ten years now. Back in 2008, I was merely a single…read morelieutenant all alone at my first duty station, but I felt right at home the minute I met Heather, the best bartender next to Florence Lowe "Pancho" Barnes. Heather has met everyone in my family from my dad to my husband to my in-laws. She is absolutely amazing. If I could give her a commendation medal, I would. She is friendly, efficient, and she remembers your drink preference! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Fast forward 10 years and things are still muROCKin' here--the menu has improved and the service is still as great as ever. Zach (hope I spelled that right) is awesome. You'll meet him if you sit in the bar at lunchtime, where he takes your order and doesn't have to write anything down. He's funny and personable and when my inner klutz managed to come out and gloriously rain french fries all over the booth, he was right there to help me! (Yes, I talk with my hands, hahaha. And I swear I was not drinking...yet.) On another occasion, I needed a quiet place to sit for a work project and he graciously hooked me up. He also deserves an award! I was a Club member for a while, but honestly, unless you live on base or come here frequently, there's really no point in spending $15 a month. The occasional perks were nice, but I found I just didn't make it here as much as I would have liked. One perk that was fabulous, however, was when I needed to borrow about 30 wine glasses for a promotion party, I was able to "rent" them for free! Another nice perk is free coffee, which is great after morning PT in the desert. I've been here for Roll Calls, crud tournaments, First Fridays, parties (happy and sad ones), karaoke, game nights, graduations and other special events, and office lunches. Don't believe what anyone says--the Club is still the heart and soul of Edwards and I hope it stays that way forever, particularly to honor Pancho's memory. Cheers, Pancho, wherever you are.

The Morning Griddle!…read more If you're in Lancaster, do yourself a favor and stop by The Morning Griddle on Sierra Hwy. The food was absolutely superb everything came out quickly, fresh, and piping hot. What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly friendly and attentive. Not once did someone pass by our table without checking in to make sure we were doing okay, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and genuine. The biscuits and gravy are a must-try. My son usually doesn't like them at all, but he tried them here and absolutely loved them that says everything. Between the amazing food, the warm and attentive service, and the great music playing in the background, the whole experience was top-notch. Honestly, this place is better than Disneyland! If you're looking for great food and a friendly atmosphere, this is the spot.

This place is special because it feels like home when I come here. Everyone here is super kind, amazing and go above and beyond. The staff has gotten to know my family and I very well and we never are dissapointed. They offer the best meals and the prices are so reasonable. The menudo is the best thing here and I am not too crazy for menudo. The crepes are so flavorful. If you're not a Nutella fan even with the cream and fruit it is the best flavor. They have amazing options for each and every person. Defiantly come here if you want amazing food.

Great service and great food I came here for my anniversary…read morewith my husband and let me Tell you it did not disappoint. We have been seeing ads for this place for a while around town and we decided to finally come here for our anniversary. We were greeted kindly and seated right away. It is in the middle of no where but easy to find Our server Tiffany was so kind and so welcoming that she recommend a few items to us. The Al pastor fries was the best recommendation she had given me. I had the burger and husband had the steak. Both were cooked to perfection and had lots of flavor. Overall we had an amazing time and we will be back. Kuddos to Tiffany for a great time.

The veggies were obviously from frozen and were not very enjoyable. I spent roughly $55 for the entree plus $2 for the sautéed mushrooms which were also disappointing. All in all just not a great tasting meal. After tip and tax $70 was the total and I feel disappointed tricked. I would ask the chef to please put a little more love into your food. If you are going to sauté mushrooms, use some butter, not cooking oil. Get a little flame on your steaks to bring out the flavor and let it acclimate a little bit before you throw it on the grill so it stays juicy. Use fresh vegetables, not frozen or cooked and reheated the next day. The service was great BTW. Only I could tell she knew I wasn't enjoying my meal, which is probably why she didn't ask me how I liked it. On the other hand I had an excellent meal at Broken Bit steakhouse not far from here the day before. The chef should go there and learn something. Oh yeah and my meal was $10 less there.

It is all made to perfection and there is not one thing we don't love. For about $32 dollars you can get Havana Bites, it is a taste of some of their great items. It comes with Beef & Chicken Empanadas, Papas Rellenas, Platanos Fritos and Yuca Frita all served with Rico Sauce, which is so great. All of their empanadas are great and you can get just one or a bunch. We often get some to take home. The Papas Rellenas is so good and so nicely priced. It is two mashed potato balls stuffed with Cuban picadillo, then breaded and fried to perfection. I love potatoes so I love to get this. We also take these home. They heat up so well. The service is great and they are very friendly. Parking is easy and there is not usually a wait. I am not sure if they take reservations, so call them and check. The place is comfortable and pretty.

First time here as part of a car club run in the area. Cuban cuisine is a top choice on my list of…read moredining experiences. I ordered the Mar Y Tierra which is Rabo Encendido and shrimp served with rice, black beans, and plantains. The Rabo Encendido was actually quite spicy with a pronounced chile kick. (I am used to the dish being more on the savory side rather than spicy.) This was definitely a "tail on fire" experience. The oxtails were tender and plentiful in regard to portion size. There was a good mix of oxtail sizes. As the portion size was generous, there was plenty enough for three meals. Shrimp had a crisp, snappy texture which came with careful preparation in an alkaline solution. This was a good shrimp enhancement. There was an ample portion of shrimp in the dish as well. The black beans had a good flavor but the accompanying steamed white rice could have used a bit of seasoning to overcome the inherent blandness. Plantains were ripe and cooked tender with a caramelization on the edges. Mar Y Tierra was pricey at $49 but the generous portion size of the meal made it a good value. The restaurant itself was comfortable and understated in its decor. The outside patio is larger than the interior dining area. It was nice to dine outdoors in the patio. Service was good with friendly staff. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. Parking is plentiful in the lot.
