The only thing that sucked was that we waited 28 minutes for them.. on a Tuesday afternoon . There were like 4 baristas and only 1 guy in the back making food so maybe cross-train everyone to help the kitchen out when they need it? Never coming here again I ordered a strawberry matcha and an Arnold Palmer. When I picked up the Arnold Palmer, it didn't look right. I asked the staff member, who insisted it was correct. After leaving, my husband confirmed it wasn't. I returned, showed a picture from your menu, and only then was I offered a redo. By then, I had waited a long time. Once I confronted her again about the difference, she admitted, "Oh, I forgot to add the tea bag, that was my mistake." I was seeking honesty from the beginning, not a fake apology at the end. I hope future interactions are more transparent and accurate for other customers. She needs to be retrained and she needs to take accountability. SMH! Update: I met the store manager, Karen. She was super nice, very friendly, and attentive to my concerns about my review. She mentioned that the staff is fully trained on how to make an Arnold Palmer. There's been a lot of hype about this new coffee spot in town, so we decided to stop in and check it out. I ordered the Mexican mocha latte, and we also got an iced chocolate milk. Unfortunately, both drinks were very sugary. I'm a bit of a coffee connoisseur and really enjoy tasting the actual coffee itself, not an overly sweet, syrupy flavor, so this was a miss for me. I did go back up to the counter and let the barista know that the drink was too sweet for my taste. To her credit, she was very kind and offered to remake it sugar-free. She made me a sugar-free vanilla iced coffee, which was just okay. The customer service was good, but again, the coffee flavor still didn't come through the way I prefer.It leaned more toward the flavoring than a bold, pungent coffee taste. Overall, while I appreciate the friendly service and the effort to fix my drink, this place just isn't for me. If you enjoy sweeter coffee drinks, this might be right up your alley, but for someone who prefers a stronger coffee-forward flavor, I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

This is a small but lovely spot! I love the decoration and pride they have in their town. I tried the iced cafe de olla and it had a good flavor but needed more of a kick, my second visit I ordered the same with 2 added shots of espresso and that was perfect! I also tried both their breakfast burrito with bacon as well as their chicken burrito. The breakfast burrito was very heavy on the egg and the ingredients weren't dispersed very evenly but the flavor was amazing!! They got the egg so fluffy and perfectly cooked which is truly impressive. The chicken burrito came with arugula which I very much dislike, I do wish the menu called that out but despite that, once I picked out the arugula I also very much enjoyed that. The BLTA was sooo delicious! I still crave it like every week. I did get a strawberry & matcha drink, but it was too bland for me. The matcha taste wasn't as strong, and instead tasted more like milk. I definitely want to try one of their coffee drinks next visit. I 100% recommend the BLTA though. read more

They have a perfect range of milk substitutes that I appreciate because I can only have coconut milk and usually coffee shops only do oat or almond but not here they have all 3 I've had the Horchata Lovers Latte and the Horchata Matcha and both are heavenly. On top of all that the baristas are so sweet! I was in town on vacation and came almost everyday for the week I was here and every time Ana was our cashier she was so helpful and funny and kind and then remembered us from the first visit there. I've been seeing my friends try San Fernando Coffee shop and post about all the cool creative specialty drink they have so I decided to stop by for my birthday breakfast! I loved the breakfast burrito and the flavor really surprised me. The waffles were just regular normal waffles but everything was made fresh fs. My sister said her bagel was really good as well and the coffee was on the stronger side. There's definitely a full house on the weekend but everything moves fairly quickly but I would love to see them expand within the following years. Despite being super busy the cashier was extremely calm, concise, cool, and collected. She has a warm welcoming attitude and I really appreciate that in such a busy place. Thursday is slow compared to the weekend. The monkey matcha tastes mostly like banana milk and overpowers the matcha. All breakfast items, burritos are made fresh. Like the pistachio croissant is $6.25 and breakfast burrito is $10.30. The burritos tastes good though, but are at least 6 inches in length and not over the top full. But better than Skyburger and Starbuck breakfast burritos because its fresh. Lattes that are small are at least $7-$7.25 for 12 oz. When you ask them to warm, 10-15 seconds should be enough so tell them. Otherwise the croissant is too soft. The strawberry cold foam barely has strawberry flavor. read more

This review is only in regards to the quality of the drinks I ordered. The service was great and the place is typically very clean. I ordered a Dirty Vanilla Chai with oatmilk, and it was honestly really bad. A dirty chai is my typical go-to drink at any coffee shop and this is one of the worst I've had. I've also tried a few of their other drinks and they're typically very watered down and taste very artificially sweetened. They use Torani and 183 syrups for everything, not a bad thing for some people but just wanted to point it out.  Last thing I'll say is that their menu is pretty large but they're often out of a lot of things.
