The location is a bit out of the way, but her room is clean and warm. It took about 1.5-2 hours for a full set, but Candy was thorough and gentle. (I nearly fell asleep at some point.) There was mild burning from the glue which I haven't experienced before, but it went away quickly. I appreciated how informative she was. She recommends that your extensions are 3mm longer than your natural lashes to prevent damage. We agreed on 11mm, also a first for me as I was accustomed to longer extensions in the past. Overall, I loved the results - they looked full and luxurious. Candy will also teach you how to maintain them and provide little spoolies for you to comb them out. The one star came off because it's been a little over two weeks now and I only have about 5 lashes left on one eye and 10 on the other. I do make the effort to care for my extensions and they've traditionally lasted about 4-6 weeks for me, so I wish these lasted a bit longer. Overall, would absolutely still recommend Candy for your lash extension needs.

That was the whole reason I booked, and so I went in with high hopes. Let me start by saying Kirsten is a very kind woman. For the facial itself, there seemed to be much more massage (hands, arms, neck) than treatment. Felt nice, but not what I booked. I had a few white heads, her esthetician-modality doesn't believe in traditional extractions, so these were left untouched. Multiple times, she left the treatment room to let people into the boutique, which took away from feeling relaxed. Lastly, when we wrapped up, I saw it was 30 minutes past the allotted time I booked (ended at 3:50 on my appointment booking, saw my watch around 4:18). I had a commitment at 4:30, so this left me in a pinch. Maybe it was an off day, maybe this is standard, but I will likely not be returning.
