went in for a basic pedicure and the service was nice. Had a lovely conversation with the lady doing my feet. The only thing I have to say is that she cut me on both of my big toes, but other then that, it's a decent spot.

I honestly don't know how this place has a good rating. Came here to remove my acrylics and get a manicure, it was one of the most painful acrylic removal i had. I honestly want my money back since it was terrible. He ruined my left pinky nail because of the way he removed the acrylic. I should've removed it on my own. He uses the nail nipper to cut the tip of my nail that blended in with the acrylic (it was painful), and used the artificial nail's tip to pop out the acrylic which was the most painful part. I honestly never encountered that removal method. The manicure was mediocre as well. I didn't get the guy's name who did my nails but he didn't file and shaped my nails properly. I felt scammed, and want my money back. What a waste of 25$.
4/7/18 - still 4/5 stars. made a same day appointment for Henry at 3 & it was easy, there wasn't too much business for a saturday. I needed to get my nails done for the next weekend and needed them to be nice! I got acrylic gel coffin shape w a cute baby pink color (4 coats, #79) for $40 plus $8 too (bc idk how to calculate tip), I wanted them short but i got them a bit longer than i wanted, my left hand nails are shorter than my right so i have to file them myself since they are closed on Sundays.. Always compare nails next to each other before you leave! Watching Henry was like watching an artist work on his masterpiece, it was cool. He was quiet and focused on his work. it was my first time getting acrylic. Henry says that it'll last about three weeks so let's hope they do!
Had a really great experience. Henry wasn't there when I came, but the gentleman who did my nails did an exceptional job! Obsessed w my nails! Most definitely will head back here for future full sets!
Needed a quick gel mani before a concert w/ the girlfriends and decided to give this spot a try since it was close to my house & had good reviews on yelp. Walked in on a random weekday and was greeted by the manager, Henry. He was super friendly and sat me down immediately to get started. My nails were all different lengths and shapes when I came in and Henry managed to make all of them look round and even! I love how he took his time shaping each individual nail to make my hands look longer (my nails are wide lol), even though there were customers coming in. Really enjoyed my experience here thanks to Henry and needless to say, I'll be back!

I went to a few salons in and out of the city to find that "GO-TO" salon, and well, THIS IS THE SPOT - 7 NAIL SPA! I got my nails done TWICE by Henry! He does a clean and THOROUGH job. He also takes his time to make sure your nails look good and that you leave satisfied! He's very friendly and focused as well. The last few times I've been here, he replicates the nails I find and want on Pinterest and it makes me happy that he can achieve it. The price is reasonable and it won't break your wallet. This place is not a super fancy/luxurious spa BUT the quality of work here is SUPERB. I will definitely come back again, and also, recommend this place to my friends and fellow Yelpers! **update!!** been here multiple times already and it's always PERFECTION. The men who work here aren't a talkative bunch but they will do exactly what you ask and TAKE THEIR TIME. The older man gives the best pedicure I've ever had in my life-- and i have gotten a lot of pedicures. He takes his time and pays attention to detail. And of course Henry can work wonders with nails. I am so picky but he makes sure i am happy. I don't go anywhere else for my nails anymore. Just had an awesome experience at 7nails. I'm realizing that it's getting harder to find really good service at nail salons and am soooooo happy I stumbled upon this place!! I got a full set and spa pedicure with gel polish. The pedicure was top notch-- hot stone and wax with a massage, and the older man was very detailed and took his time. Henry did a great job on my nails as well-- literally the best nail job I've had done in at least a few years and I'm super picky when it comes to my Nails. Deffinetly coming back! OH MY GOODNESS! I have lived in the Bay Area little over a year now and had been in dier need of a new nail salon that was as good as mine back home, without charging an arm and a leg!! MANICURE: Firstly, do not be swayed by the small, weathered appearance of this spot: it is 100% worth your time. Secondly, This place is super affordable. I got a full acrylic set with gel polish on top and two accent nails with chrome finish. That was 35$ for the acrylic with gel polish, and an extra 5$ for the two chrome accent nails. I am very picky about the shape and length of my nails because I work on a computer all day. If my nails are too long or too sharp my work day becomes unbearable! Henry took everything I wanted into account, making sure along the way that I was getting exactly what I wanted. My manicure even looks nice today and it's been two weeks. I have to say, I am so impressed by this place, the service, the options, and the finished product that I will definitely make this my new spot. I will post an update when I get my first pedicure from them! UPDATE!!! PEDICURE: I've had several pedicures here now, and they do an excellent job. The cheapest pedicure on their menu is 25$ and that includes a hot stone massage, parafin wax dip, foot scrub, callus removal, calf massage with oil, and the regular cuticle cleanup, polish of your choice, and nail trimming. You can also upgrade to gel polish on your toes for an extra 5$ I think - maybe 8$? I only do traditional polish in my toes so I'm not 100% sure. Either way, still an amazing value!
Very bad job. Lazy, they shape the nails with the machine not a filler. No detail.... if your not book with Henry don't go. It's horrible!!!!!! HENRY HIRED BETTER PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!! Iam so unsatisfied! $20 acrylic nail $3 cut down $5 ugly shape Note I had a fill in which is $17
The guy who did my nails was really friendly and nice. And he did a great job with my nails. I got a full set after a year of not having fake nails on , and while searching for a place near me, i decided to give this place a chance. I got gel full set & pedicure with a wax massage,which was nice, for $62 & I will for sure go back again.

If you're looking for the best nail salon in SF, this is the spot. I'm super picky about my French pedicures, and Donna nails it every single time. She's the only one I trust with my ingrown nails--she gets them out without any pain and makes sure everything is perfect. I went to someone else last time because she was out of town and NEVER again, they gave me so many new ingrowns. You need to ask for Donna when you come here, if you want the best experience. customer service and overall experience are top-notch. honestly, the pictures speak for themselves. Need I say more? I always get GEL pedicure and they last up to 1 month and more. If you're getting regular polish of course they won't last more than 2 weeks that's just standard. Anyone who does their nails often knows this. read more

My nails turned out somewhat nice but the service was pretty terrible. I got acrylic just on top of my real nail bed (no nail tips) and she still charged me $60. $60?!?!? And she hella rushed me at the end bc she had another customer waiting.. she did 1 top coat at the end and didn't even let the UV light finish the whole 60 seconds. So after I got my toes done I demanded a 2nd coat and it turned out ok. I had my toes done too, just regular boring white for $30. Given I worked out 3 times this week in enclosed shoes, they already chipped. Idk if it was from working out of just the shoddy job they did/terrible nail polish/etc. But whenever I go to my other nail lady my toes usually last 2+ weeks without major chipping. read more

I have two nearly broken nails that I've been supergluing for the past two weeks and finally decided to go to a salon to have it done. I usually paint my nails myself. But today I really didn't know what else to do. So I walked-in and came out with pretty nails and I felt so bad because I didn't have cash for tips. When I paid with my debit it didn't give me the option to tip. I am just very thankful and happy with the service. I got gel nails and dip powder to fix the two broken nails. read more

Couldn't have asked for a better place. Clean and Sunny was so thorough with my nails. She cleaned them up and made them look amazing. Definitely found my new place. Recommended by my cousin. No wonder she loves this place so much read more

My go to nail salon! I always ask for Long and he does an amazing job each time. I get full set acrylic and i have a problem with nails chipping or lifting too fast at other salons but this one seems to last the longest. They are able to take me in each time without much of a wait. read more

I've been coming here for a while now! Hot stones during pedicure are always so relaxing. Henry did a great job on my full set, takes his time, and is very kind. Definitely recommend making an appointment. It can get busy in the afternoons so if you don't have the time I recommend coming during the day. read more

I came here for the first time because it's so close to my home, and was very disappointed with the service. The worker told me that the wait was around 30 minutes so I decided to wait. However, after 30 minutes, he gave me some colors to choose from and then continued to work on another client. Finally, after an hour, he helps me with my nails and was finished within 15 minutes. I was getting a gel manicure and although I'm not an expert, I'm pretty sure he did it incorrectly. He applied a clear coat and right after applied a thick coat of color to my nails and told me to put it in the UV light. When I went to wash my hands, almost all of my nails were smudging and one completely came off entirely. When I went back to show him, he told me to let him know which other nails he should fix. Shouldn't he see how much he messed up and just fix them? Instead of restarting the process, he started on a new client and then ran back to me and painted over another nail and told me to wait. After several nails and pointing out that my nails were uneven and chipped, I gave up and decided it wasn't going to get any better. When I went to pay, he said he was sorry that I had to wait this long and for the fact he didn't do a good job. However, he said come back next time and I will do a better job or come back tomorrow if you want me to fix anything. If he knew he did a poor job, why charge me full price and tell me to come back tomorrow for a fix?! I will definitely not be coming back. read more

So I never really post reviews but I think I should write one because this was my third time here and I wanted holo nails, but what I received was not what I wanted at all. And yes y'all can say that I should have said something, but I just kinda wanted to get out of there. It was my first time getting these holo nails so I wasn't really sure what to expect. They also came out to $40 which isn't bad but for the job they did I wouldn't pay more than $20. The guy who did my nails (didn't get the name) was nice but he clearly didn't know what he was doing, he put regular top coat on my acrylic holo nails, which I heard from a friend that that's not how it's supposed to be done. I'll most likely not be returning to this place despite the other two times I've been here have been good. read more

I went here because I had no time... I had cuts around my fingers, shape was bad and I tried to say something. The guy doing my nails was rough and said I wasn't relaxed!!! And almost forced to take a picture and post on here! Never going back!!! read more

Just to clear things up, Kevin is currently the one and only manicurist that does acrylics here. There were previous manicurists that seem to have had some issues with customers, but they no longer work at the establishment. Hopefully this clears it up, since previous and earlier reviews may throw potential consumers off. I called in late afternoon for an emergency fill, color change, and to have the shape of my tips fixed. Kevin squeezed me in-between appointments, which I greatly appreciated. Kevin did a great job at a reasonable price and is extremely friendly, approachable, FUNNY, and good what he does. The rest of staff will do pedis and basic polish; they do a good job too. There's always something on TV to keep customers entertained. Parking is mostly metered; they'll help you fill your meter if needed. Pedi (spa chair) $18 Hot stone and wax +$4 Fill & gel polish $25 Tip: call in advance. book appts if possible. bring quarters for parking. read more

I really needed my nails done before Sunday hit, (napa with my girls) looked on yelp and found this place close to my boyfriend's house. 4 stars okay, good reviews.. amazing. When I came in, the whole vibe of the salon was so cold and dim lighted. Got greeted by the manager Henry who was nice to begin with. I told him I wanted a pedi and a shellac fill. When he started filing down my nails he cut my finger... do you even know how to handle nails with care!? At least he apologized but geeze... and for the pedi care, it was good. I've had better service elsewhere than here. Never coming back to this salon ever again. Period. read more

My friend and I have been coming here a few times now and the manicures we get are always consistent! They're very precise and last a long time. I got my nails done by Henry this past weekend, and he also made sure the skin around my nails were clean and cuticle-free. This place is definitely a good go-to spot. read more
