Malie sent me a professional email to rectify the situation by offering to take a look at my lashes and also offering to pay for a month's supply of Latisse (albeit, this didn't cover the $300+ I paid for the lashes that only lasted less than 2 weeks plus time spent growing back my lashes and time spent having to apply fake lashes daily until my natural lashes grew back to normal, but I took her up on her offer). Malie also reached out to the company of the lash extensions regarding my situation. I didn't feel like she was trying to buy a better review out of me either - it was genuine. And I'm glad to know she didn't cut my lashes.
