And yes i have severe energy limiting disease so its taken me a while to write. The ultimate results were beautiful. Everyone is very nice, easier neighborhood to navigate since it's not chaos. What kind of glue do they use? Am terrified to ask. I could smell it strongly too. There is Clearly zero medical training in eye anatomy & safety. Also noticed there was No air purifier to suck out formaldehyde or VOC fumes. l had to have a discussion for 15 minutes to flush my eyes but that never happened. Was told "not to worry. " Ladies these are your eyes-your vision. If your tear ducts block with glue you are going to damage your eyes . I was also told "we have insurance" - The issue was glue got into my eye and it burned!

Unfortunately, despite being a loyal and respectful customer, my overall experience with the business has become increasingly disappointing. The biggest issue is the customer service outside of the actual appointments. Whoever is responsible for responding to client messages and handling appointment scheduling comes across as unprofessional, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. Booking appointments or communicating with the business often feels frustrating rather than welcoming. A business that depends on repeat clients should treat every interaction with professionalism and courtesy, and that has not been my experience. Another concern is the inconsistency in the quality of the lash technicians. While I have had wonderful experiences with a couple of them, several others have been surprisingly rude and lacked the customer service skills I would expect from a luxury beauty business. On two separate occasions, lash technicians pulled on my natural lashes hard enough that it was painful. Instead of apologizing or checking to make sure I was okay, one technician raised her voice and told me not to move--even though I had not moved at all. That interaction left me feeling blamed for something that wasn't my fault and made an already uncomfortable experience much worse. A simple apology and kindness would have gone a long way. I do want to recognize the technicians who consistently provide exceptional service because they deserve the credit. Sophia and Selina are outstanding. They are professional, gentle, highly skilled, and always make me feel comfortable. They take pride in their work, communicate respectfully, and provide the kind of customer experience that keeps clients coming back. If every technician and staff member reflected their level of professionalism, this would easily be a five-star business. This review is not meant to attack anyone personally. It is honest feedback from someone who has invested a lot of time and money into this business and genuinely wanted to continue supporting it. Excellent technical skills are only one part of running a successful beauty business. Respectful communication, professionalism, accountability, and making clients feel valued are just as important. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously because there is tremendous potential here. Improving client communication, providing additional customer service training, and fostering a culture where clients are treated with respect would make a significant difference.

For payment, they accept payment in cash with 5% off; Venmo, or Zelle (QR codes at the front). The total amount they provide at the end of service is before tip, and there's signage that indicates 15% tip or higher is greatly appreciated. I tipped higher than 15% though because the service is really THAT good. My total before tip for a full set volume + wispy was $229. Can't wait to be back for my fill!

I've gotten lashes done many times before and my eyes were weeping the whole time, it has never ever been like that. The customer before me was also in pain. No discount for the insane delay and I was still pressured to tip as I was pushed out the door for the next person. My eyes weren't even remotely even. I'm so sad I won't be seeing the amazing tech I loved in the past (Mandy--you were the best!) because after today's appointment with someone new I'll be moving on to a new provider. $180 for double booked, rushed, glue torture is not how I like to spend my money.
