I can't recall for sure, but she does speak canto. With my crappy chinese, I can still more or less understand her and speak my chinglish. She is great. Very nice and professional. She remembered how I liked my lashes when she did my fill. Quality wise, the lashes were awesome. My fill is still passable almost a month later. Definitely less shedding than the cheaper SJ locations I've gone to. Pricing above is with tax and tip, so I'm not sure what the actual base price is. I just know for the OG service, I got like 15% or 20% off. If I have time, this is walkable from home, so also very convenient. I wish they sold packages at a cheaper price. I typically pay for the full service and also leave very generous tips--often around 40-45%--because I truly believe in appreciating people who provide excellent service. Unfortunately, despite being a loyal and respectful customer, my overall experience with the business has become increasingly disappointing. The biggest issue is the customer service outside of the actual appointments. Whoever is responsible for responding to client messages and handling appointment scheduling comes across as unprofessional, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. Booking appointments or communicating with the business often feels frustrating rather than welcoming. A business that depends on repeat clients should treat every interaction with professionalism and courtesy, and that has not been my experience. Another concern is the inconsistency in the quality of the lash technicians. While I have had wonderful experiences with a couple of them, several others have been surprisingly rude and lacked the customer service skills I would expect from a luxury beauty business. On two separate occasions, lash technicians pulled on my natural lashes hard enough that it was painful. Instead of apologizing or checking to make sure I was okay, one technician raised her voice and told me not to move--even though I had not moved at all. That interaction left me feeling blamed for something that wasn't my fault and made an already uncomfortable experience much worse. A simple apology and kindness would have gone a long way. I do want to recognize the technicians who consistently provide exceptional service because they deserve the credit. Sophia and Selina are outstanding. They are professional, gentle, highly skilled, and always make me feel comfortable. They take pride in their work, communicate respectfully, and provide the kind of customer experience that keeps clients coming back. If every technician and staff member reflected their level of professionalism, this would easily be a five-star business. This review is not meant to attack anyone personally. It is honest feedback from someone who has invested a lot of time and money into this business and genuinely wanted to continue supporting it. Excellent technical skills are only one part of running a successful beauty business. Respectful communication, professionalism, accountability, and making clients feel valued are just as important. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously because there is tremendous potential here. Improving client communication, providing additional customer service training, and fostering a culture where clients are treated with respect would make a significant difference.

We went for holiday to Florida and I just said why not? Beach, sea, snorkeling etc and still my lashes survived every day for 19 days up and I lost till today like maybe 10 clusters/lashes. So it's 5 very super think lashes put on one mine. It's weird to explain but trust me it works! So after all crazy days I decided to come back today to do more subtle look.
