But even when you make appointment with her sometimes you don't get her anyways. After a few times getting fills I notice it's very inconsistent, heavy on glue that makes them feel uncomfortable but they have a ton of fall out. Both of them are always so gentle with my lashes while also working so quickly. I always fall asleep during application and wake up to perfect lashes! The retention was best with my first full set; I got a fill after three weeks but still could've gone longer. My second fill was after two weeks, and this retention has lasted me another three weeks. I called the place today. Finally had the time to follow up with the groupon which expired during the pandemic. I bought it 2 months in 2020 before the lockdown - I called the shop to ask them for a refund but they said they would honor the groupon regardless at a later date. Out of the thought to support local business, I agreed to it. The groupon expired on 5/12/2021.The groupon clearly states 'The amount you paid never expires and can be used at any time'. Today the number I called 415-282-5866 and the lady refused to honor it and asked me to call groupon for a refund. I was a customer with them before the pandemic. I had been unwell for a while and had not taken care of this groupon. The lady was rude. I sent an email to groupon asking for advice and for a refund. I would not recommend this shop. Bad customer service and their lash service is not that exception when i was a customer. I am fine looking for another more friendly shop. read more
