I usually get hybrid lashes and my lash tech always gives me what I'm looking for! I like my lashes longer and cat eye shape. They also give a discount when you get fills within a month time frame. The customer service I received from Sophia was very aggressive and unprofessional. The employee I dealt with spoke to me in a hostile tone and made the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary stressful. There was no patience, respect, or willingness to help. No customer should be spoken to that way. Regardless of the situation, professionalism should always come first. This experience completely ruined what should have been a simple visit. Please read till the end... fyi money/price is not the problem here... First... when I saw the Groupon ad for this place the price was dicently cheap and Groupon have additional coupon which made it $67... I thought it would be good to try when I don't have to risk so much money. Before I bought the Groupon it said to call before buy the Groupon so I did... they told me Groupon take a lot from them so please come and we will honor the Groupon price include the additional coupon... when I got to my appointment I told her about the Groupon price to make sure since I talk to a man on the phone and he said he will honor it. She ask me about when the price was offer and if it was yesterday and If it isn't today's price then it is expired... ... I told her right away that if I bought the Groupon that day... the expiration usually 90 days so it would not be expired. She still try to make sure the price is not right... and she told me if I want my lash to look like the picture I have then it will be $20 more which is $87 and i said that is perfectly fine... then during the session... she told me that btw the price is $30 more and not $20 so the price is $97... honestly I do not mind paying even $150 (if the result and I know the place is good) I just hate the fact they all full of s*** (make up your mind) and do not say you will honor it when you won't. My appointment (The whole process) took 45 minutes which is crazy... because usually it will take 1.5 to 2 hours to get your lashes done. I ended up giving her $120 total cash because I really liked the result.... (that day, right after the appointment) But then..... After 2 days my lashes already start to fall out.. I did not get water on it.. I been using facial wipes to wash my face.. and not even a week lots of lashes fall off... I realized that each lashes that fall out have 5 hairs. This is not the first time I got my lashes. The other 2 times I got it done they literally add one hair at a time. Each lash is only 1 hair. This is probably why it fall out too easily because it is very bulky and too heavy. And probably why the appointment only took 45 minutes. I am not a lash pro but from my experience the lash doesn't start falling out that soon And in total they usually last for 6 weeks ish... I don't think my lash will last more than 3 weeks. Lied to me about what kind of lash they'd use. It was nice at first and I liked how much guidance I was given on choosing the lash style, but I double checked that it would be 1-to-1 lashes and now I see many falling out (two days after) and they're like two in one. Also there's already a big gap in one area because they don't actually do a full set- it should be one fake lash on every real lash. So it was too easy for them to fall out. Also it doesn't look like the picture I showed as a goal (Audrey Hepburn lashes). I might go see if I can get it refilled for free if I have time, because I think they offer that in the first few days, but what about next week? My one concession is I cried that evening from a foot injury and I tried to gently sop up the tears with a tissue under the lashes but maybe that loosened the glue because they shouldn't be wet in the first 24 hours. But hardly any fell out and yet it's so sparse now, because they applied just a few lashes that fan out instead of lots of single lashes. I have lots of lashes and got the same service done in sacramento for the same time and lower price but with better results. I even tipped them around 20% and while they were applying the lashes I said I'll take a photo and review for them because I thought it'd be nice. I wanted to try a cheap SF spot but they lied about the lashes... Picture in the car is immediately after which already looked not quite how I wanted but I figured I'd just need to specify better next time. Closeup shows the gap in my left eye less than 48 hours later. Photo of the lashes shows that they're not the one to one type. I think they do that as a shortcut during application to not have to apply one to every real lash, because they didn't get all of my lashes either. read more

Rachel was super delicate and careful, which made me super comfortable. It took about an hour, and i went to lisas after seeing their promotion on groupon. It ended up being normal price because I upgraded to the silk lashes +$30 and i got the full set natural lashes +$80. Total $110 plus tip ended up being around the same as if you went to any salon. I've have gotten my lashes done here twice now by the same lady, Bing. The first time was my very first try at extensions and I did the groupon special with natural set using silk lashes. It took about an hour - thought it'd take longer. They came out looking amazingly natural half the time people didn't even notice I had extensions they looked so natural and long. Only complaint was one side looked a little more full than the other - AND a couple lashes fell out after the first night. I was careful not to wash my lashes or get them wet for over 48 hours - just to be safe. Literally showered holding a dive mask over my eyes the first couple days. I noticed the more I press on my eyes when I do get them wet, the more likely a lash will fall out. Be GENTLE is what I'm saying. Extra gentle. Don't rub or dab too hard with a towel. My second appointment I went in and switched to the mink lashes and they are BEAUTIFUL. I love having the mink - they are more noticeable like I have mascara on which I like. I haven't been getting them wet hardly at all and I don't dab them with a towel anymore (just lightly brush to separate and lightly blow dry) and I've had maybe 1 lash fall out in the last two weeks that I've noticed. These babies definitely last better or maybe I've just been taking better care the second time around haha. (This photo is actually at my two week mark of having the mink lashes!
