I am visiting SF for a month from Washington, DC, and discovered this gem through other customer reviews. I started with a mani/pedi and found the pedicure to be the most thorough I've ever had. Then I went in and tried Neva's facial/ hydrating serum. My face has never looked so clean and fresh. I had never allowed anyone outside my regular salon to to my brows as I like a thick , full brow bloom and again Neva outperformed my regular with eyebrow tinting and laminating. I then went back and had her to an eyelash - superb! Needless to say I fully endorse all of her services at this wonderful place. I called and was able to get in for a same-day appointment for multiple services-huge plus. They offer everything in one place, so I was able to get my nails, eyelashes, eyebrows, and toes done all in a single visit. The team worked efficiently, doing multiple services at once without making anything feel rushed. There were tons of nail color options, and they were super patient, even testing a few shades on my nail to make sure I liked the look. Everyone was professional and respectful-chatting quietly amongst themselves so I could relax and do my own thing. At one point, someone even helped me unbutton my pants so I could use the restroom without messing up my freshly painted nails! Great experience overall. The ambiance is nice and all and they have red ropes for you to munch on however the service smh. One lady did my pedicure the other did my manicure. My pedi came out nice however a week later, never have this happened at regular salon my polish chipped. My nails were peeling bu the end of the night "no hands in water". The next day it was do to come off. I only wore the polish for less the. 48hrs. Never again for the price I paid. As well as them nit allowing me to walk to Walgreens to give a tip. She suggested me PayPal, venom, or zelle and would not let me leave once again until it cleared. My family gets there lashes done here that's about all they can do to me. Other things they need to go back to school to learn or maybe they just don't care. However they still demand their 18% regardless of the mess up job they did with bubbling nail polish. read more

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Neva's for eyelash extensions since 2012 (!!!) with no break in between. My lashes are still full and intact thanks to the care they take in their work, and most importantly, my lashes always look amazing. I call this my happy place because the team that works at Neva's is really the reason we love it so much. Heather and Carrie are magicians at lashes and wonderful people, and their precision and skill in lash application are best of the best. Thuy and the rest of the team are also fantastic and it's always a pleasure to visit Neva's for lashes or a mani/pedi. As far as my lashes specifically, I go every 2-3 weeks (and sometimes have had to wait even longer due to work/travel), and these lashes look great even during the home stretch because they look so full to begin with. I go with 12s to get a very full, slightly curled look but not too dramatic for everyday, and it's been perfect for me. I've never had any reactions and they seem to fall out in the way that any natural lashes would shed. The facilities are always clean and relaxing, and I've recommended many friends here that now are multi-year clients of Neva's. read more

Best nail salon in the city IMO! I luckily stumbled in my first time on a Sunday when they had openings and have been a loyal customer ever since. Every other client I've spoken to while getting a mani-pedi has been coming to Neva for 8+ years, which tells you enough. They do an excellent gel manicure that lasts 3 weeks, excellent pedicure with massage, and I just recently got my eyelashes done here after hearing such great things from other people who go to Neva. I came in for a gel manicure, and Neva said she had some time if I wanted to do lashes. I was blown away by how quick, efficient, and gentle she was. They did my gel manicure while I was getting my lashes done, and I was in and out in an hour. They are so personable here and treat you like family. Great massages too! I am trying a hydra facial today with Neva and will report back on my results. I am usually very selective about where I get facials and would NEVER go to a nail salon, but Neva does it all so we will see! I was walking down Lombard St. the other and thinking to myself that I could use a pedicure when Neva's Beauty appeared! Just kidding...I live nearby and found this place on Yelp. :) They were able to accommodate me no problem and I was the only one getting my nails done. My nail technician was a sweet lady and had been working at Neva's for quite some time. We chatted about this and that and she informed me that that location had been open for more than a decade. Crazy. Anyway, I had a great pedicure and the massage chair was a nice touch. The equipment is slightly dated but, the service and cleanliness make up for any shortcomings. I've been regularly coming to Neva's for eyelash extensions for a while now. All the ladies that have done my eyelashes have been amazing and they always ensure that I'm happy with their work before I pay. They have always been very welcoming and ensure that I am comfortable the entire time I'm there. They tuck me in with a blanket, I take a nap, and an hour later I wake up refreshed and with amazing eyelashes! I could not ask for more! Neva's also has the newly sought-after Hydrafacial, which I tried recently. Neva, herself, does this service and she explained everything to me before she started, as well as inform me of each step as she goes. First off, she has over a decade of extensive eyelash experience and was one of the first places to open before lashes become popular. Secondly, she knows how to custom lashes to your preference. For me, I like the mega lash since I prefer density over length. At the same token, we switch up the style periodically for events. I have super thin Asian lashes and I have tried Latisse, but nothing beats the look that Neva provides. I am a working mom and loves working out so having lashes for me means more TIME. This review is for Carrie who does my lash extensions. I get so many compliments on how natural my lashes look and it's all because of Carrie! She did my extensions for my wedding. I was really not happy with how dramatic my lashes looked the first time around and she agreed to take everything off and redo it to look more natural. It look a total of 4 hours for both sets, but she only charged me for one set. I realize that not everyone would've done this, so I really appreciate Carrie for putting my satisfaction above her own time. Since then, I've gone to her for lash refills every 3-4 weeks (which costs $110). She is the sweetest, most patient person. I would highly recommend her for last extensions in SF! read more

1) Mink fur eyelash extensions for $150-- and they are PERFECTION. I will never again live without eyelash extensions, which, ok, is going to change my budget a little, but I can eat out less to look as great as I do with these eyelashes. I decided on a whim that I wanted them before I went to NYC for my birthday, and I wanted them done soon. On Saturday night, I took to Yelp!, scouring for a place that was not only well recommended, but would be open on Sunday, which was the only day I had available before my trip to get them done. I called Neva, made an appointment for Sunday morning, and boom, I look stunnnnnning. Seriously. The eyelashes completely reshape my face. I feel beautiful, and I wake up feeling beautiful!! I went in and was treated so kindly. I went upstairs with Oan (I think that's how you spell her name... pronounced won) and she was just the sweetest, most adorable woman I had ever met. She was so kind and sweet. She had BEAUTIFUL lashes herself. She wears the synthetic ones, and they made her eyes sultry and pretty. She was already pretty, but they just so complimented her face that it took her whole look up a notch. Which is what they inevitable did for me. I laid down on a very comfortable piece of furniture they have set up, closed my eyes, and fell asleep. She encouraged me to nap should I feel like it, and nap I did. She individually placed each eyelash on my lids.... with precision, with detail, with care, with professionalism, with perfectionism. She was perfect. And every single eyelash was perfect. For my first time, I'd say it took between 90 minutes and 2 hours. For a full set, definitely leave yourself enough time for the full 2 hours. When she was finished, my eyes looked STUNNING. I can't even explain. I've gotten so many compliments! Ok, here's my words of advice: follow their advice to the T! I didn't. I ended up wearing mascara and eyeliner on them that I wasn't sure if they were oil-based or water-based while I was in NYC, and some of them came out. This was totally my fault. I didn't take care of them like I should have, and I'm going back in for a fill soon and I will play by ALL the rules so they can still in and fabulous for as long as possible. They seriously look so real, no one even knew I had extensions.... I just looked extra put together to people lol I watched other gals get manicures and pedicures while I was in the shop, and I loved the outcomes. When I go in for my fill, I'm definitely getting a gel mani. I would trust the women in this shop with everything.... eyelashes, nails, feet, the sugar scrub, anything. They are total professionals, sweet women, and a clean salon that I will keep coming back to over and over again. I am a HUGE fan of Neva's, recommend them to anyone, and am now a faithful. To the Yelpers out there who might not be sure about the eyelash extensions, feel free to message me if you have any reservations. I was a little nervous going into it. But you truly have nothing to worry about, they don't pull your own eyelashes out, and they are just beautiful for the price. Clearly I'm just raving about them. That's how great my experience was.
