Malie sent me a professional email to rectify the situation by offering to take a look at my lashes and also offering to pay for a month's supply of Latisse (albeit, this didn't cover the $300+ I paid for the lashes that only lasted less than 2 weeks plus time spent growing back my lashes and time spent having to apply fake lashes daily until my natural lashes grew back to normal, but I took her up on her offer). Malie also reached out to the company of the lash extensions regarding my situation. I didn't feel like she was trying to buy a better review out of me either - it was genuine. And I'm glad to know she didn't cut my lashes. To be fair, my lash hairs were pretty fine (more fine than anyone I've seen) so the extensions could have just been too much for my lashes and now I know. The Latisse has worked phenomenally. It's been almost 1 month and my lashes have definitely grown longer and I think they are a tad thicker.
