I did not get what I asked for. I showed the tech these images (see screen shot) and I got the last 2 pictures. It was super thick. I asked to get them fixed and she told me to come back in the evening and I did. She only took 18 minutes to take some off but it's still super thick (see more orange image) and I asked her to remove more but she said no I'll do it more natural next time. Next time? TLDR: go to black owned businesses for lash extensions. I went to this place in Atlanta a few years ago and they always did a great job and I left feeling amazing with lashes that rivaled my glue ons. It was a relaxing experience and honestly very comfortable. This time around I tried an Asian salon and maybe it's the way they do lashes is different or who knows but I came out of it with these kind of messy lashes that looked like the ones my mom got once that looked kind of cringe? Like obvious that you got something done but not good enough to justify having had something done? My philosophy is that if you are going to get your lashes professionally done, they better look really really good. I've included comparison pictures of what I asked for vs what I received, you can see they're nothing alike. At that point I would rather spend 5 minutes applying my glue ons. Anyways, a few complaints about my experience. First, the owner scheduled appointments back to back with no time between. This means that the next customer has already arrived before your lashes are done, and you feel obligated to get out of their way as soon as you can without spending time to marinate on whether you actually like the result or if you want to make any changes, there's just not any time for that. I'm also not sure if this is a valid complaint but it hurt, which it didn't really before. I left feeling like my eyes were really puffy and rashy which was not the case at the other place I used to go to and I couldn't relax during my appointment because I constantly felt like I was being pricked and poked. As soon as I got into my car without even having touched my lashes a fake lash had already fallen off, and the two more by the time I got home. This felt like a quality control problem really and I can tell you is not normal especially within a few minutes of the appointment. When I reached out to the business to let them know I wasn't happy with the result, there was no concern expressed on their end or any urgency to get me in again to fix things. The closest time I was quoted for a revision or removal was 3 days from now. So I just picked off my lashes in the sink which you're not supposed to do but I was that upset with the result. read more

You don't do good service. My daughter has graduation and she has eyes swollen because you used cheap glue and lashes. We were easy and called you to remove it. You could have honor half money back. We didn't ask full refund but you said no. My daughter paid $150 for one day of lashes and eyes swollen. What do you think? You don't know how to do business. They also asked about what "number" length lashes I got in the past, and I didn't know since my past technicians were not as detailed. The staff were helpful in the consultation to understand my style and length. I wear glasses the majority of the time, and they knew what length I should do because of that. I trusted their opinion and was right in doing so.
