Multiple times, she left the treatment room to let people into the boutique, which took away from feeling relaxed. Lastly, when we wrapped up, I saw it was 30 minutes past the allotted time I booked (ended at 3:50 on my appointment booking, saw my watch around 4:18). I had a commitment at 4:30, so this left me in a pinch. Maybe it was an off day, maybe this is standard, but I will likely not be returning.
