We went for holiday to Florida and I just said why not? Beach, sea, snorkeling etc and still my lashes survived every day for 19 days up and I lost till today like maybe 10 clusters/lashes. Over time they've been quietly chipping away at the value, first lumping Swedish and deep tissue massages into the same price point, effectively raising prices for Swedish clients without adding anything new. Now they've cut massage times across the board while raising prices again. Going from 90 to 80 minutes might not sound like much but you really feel it on the table. 90 minutes was enough time for a thorough full-body massage and now it just feels rushed. And cutting the 60 minute massage down to 50 is almost pointless, that's barely enough time to get through the basics. If they had just raised prices a bit I could have lived with that, but cutting the actual time changes the experience in a way you can't make up for. It feels like the people making these decisions have lost sight of why customers actually come here. You're paying more for less, which feels like a disrespectful move toward customers who have been coming here consistently. The therapists are great, but these business decisions have me reconsidering whether I'll keep coming back
