They did offer to keep trying different polishes but I didn't have time and honestly they should have you choose the bottle rather than the sample nail that looks nothing like what the polish in the bottle is like. When I expressed disappointment prior to leaving, the technician later explained there had been a language barrier. However, this was never communicated during the time of service. Instead, I was repeatedly told "no" to the options I asked about. Afterward, I reviewed the salon's website and realized they actually did offer the exact style I wanted. What made me especially uncomfortable, though, was that the technician put their hands in my hair without asking first. That completely crossed a personal boundary and felt very disrespectful. Overall, I think this salon is fine for simple services, but if you're looking for detailed nail art or a more attentive customer experience, you may leave feeling frustrated.

Booked a last minute appointment at this place because I saw they do nail art! I decided to opt for a really basic gel manicure and pedicure, as I didn't want to immediately jump in. Thank God I did! Things started out fine, until I started looking at the tools she was using for my pedicure. I'm not a nail tech, but I have eyes, and those eyes told me that those tools didn't look clean! She was using porous tools that also looked used, which is especially gross IMO. I was skeeved out by this, so asked her to just take the polish off my nails and not give me a manicure. She took the unsanitized tools that she used on my feet to my hands and took the polish off, charged me 70 bucks, and sent me on my way. Talk about a chop shop! I wish I had pictures of the tools, but she had my nails soaking in the acetone cotton/ foil combo for 45 minutes while she did my pedicure. Just trust that this place does not look or feel clean at ALL.
