8-20-24 Truly disappointed with the work they have done. I used to go to this place all the time. I knew the owner and used to be known here. Haven't been here in ages but decided to come back since I moved back to SF. Called to make sure they did GelX and I got it done but omg the worst thing ever. The guy wasn't applying them correctly and I knew he was gonna let at least 2-3 nails lifted and easy to pull off. A week later you can see under my nail beds the skin lifting off and the tip of all my fingers numbing so bad that I can't feel my fingers. The guy let the gel run down to my skin and didn't remove before curating it and it caused a chemical burn on my fingers. Two weeks now and I have hangnails and all damaged fingers. I went here Saturday 28 th 2026 to get my manicure henry did it and today 3/1/26 my nail polish coming off nancy charged me $130.00 that's way to much money to have charged me for a fucked/rushed job I'll never go back over there for a service. I've tried and given this place years of chances when im in the city. I'm done! There uncleanliness is unacceptable there stations their nail polishes there nail utensils are always dusty and dirty. I watched them go from one customer to another getting a basic manicure and the gentleman did not even clean off the utensils from the previous customer! The room where one goes to do their eyelashes and eyebrows are filthy! I don't know how people could go in there to get those two procedures done. I'm very disappointed in the owner Nancy she has had plenty of years to fix this salon up.She chooses not to is sad. I highly recommend that if you suffer from any health conditions, skin conditions, diabetes not to take the chance going to this place cause it definitely is a chance game. The one star is because they made me. This is the worse nail shop I've ever been to. The guy kept trying to make me get a new set when my set was only 3 weeks old. He filed my nails so short when I told them I wanted my length to stay and then tells me he didn't cut them, and I said right! You filed them. One star is because I have to. I never in my life coming to a nail shop and employee drop my phone and my screen crack. I told the manager (wife Nancy) that your employee drop my phone and crack it. And Nancy told me I need to talk to Henry. I told Nancy I will be going on vacation, she say come back when I come back from vacation. When I return from my vacation and I call and told them the time I coming in. When I got there I was few min late and he was working on someone. Made me waited 30 min. When Henry was done he ask me to read his sign on top of this door, saying, lost, stolen and damage they are not responsible for anything. And ask me to step into the hallway so he can talk to me. He look at my phone and he told me he saw the video and he say is half/half with me and his employee. I was like it shouldn't be my fault at all. I was not the one who drop my phone. It started from the arm rest place on the massage chair. If I drop my phone myself, yes it would of been my fault, but the employee was trying to reach for something behind my area, and can not reach for it, she drop the arm rest when my phone with a bright color case cover was sitting on. And it drop to the floor. And when I look at the screen, it doesn't seem to see there was a scratch, than I look at my phone again.. I see a scratch's. Big long scratch. You have to see in a different angle to see that scratch. When Henry the owner saw it and was telling that the employee only been here one year, and don't know English. I told him it doesn't matter how long she has been here. And he don't want me to have a disagreement anymore and told me go get it fix and he will pay for it. It took me one week to take the phone to apple to get an diagnosis, and I came back on last Monday and gave the diagnosis paper to Henry, he say he want to talk to me and say he might not even pay me. For an owner of the shop did not honor what he said. this was not the customer at fault's when the employee close the arm rest and the phone dropped to the ground. I can take ownership if I drop my own phone, but I wasn't the one who drop the phone. When I handed Henry the paper, he read it and say my phone is 4 years old. It doesn't matter how old my phone should be. It matters what his employee did. I am very disappointed how this owner don't take responsibility of what he say! Very bad and poor services. read more

Wait time was 40 minutes but so well worth it... We were greeted by one of the workers, signed in and waited for the next available nail tech. My daughter's gel mani turned out cute and the color she chose matched perfectly with her skin tone complexion. I on the other hand had to wait to be seen for an acrylic fill-in. Once my turn was up, the male nail technician started his work on my nails. Mind you it has been 3 wks since getting my new set along with one nail missing, which meant extra work. This place is the spot! Especially if you live in Bayview, the owner Lo Ann is an expert at doing eyelashes and eyebrows. Sometimes there will be a line of about three girls before you to get their eyes done, but it's worth the wait, and at $25 why not.. If you're going to get your nails done, they have a whole bunch of full nail designs, even offer glitter tips and mynx if you wanna be fancy. Avoid. Unsanitary. They reuse tools between clients without cleaning. I had to ask 3 times before she went to get a "new" pair of clippers, and even that pair looked questionable as to its cleanliness. I hopefully won't get an infection from this. Called in advance and told to come in 20 minutes, which we did. We were getting 3 manis (one gel). They only work on gels first, others came in after us and got serviced right away without appointment bc they were gels. We waited a good 45 mins before speaking up about getting service and then they finally came over...only to pull a dirty tray of tools from the shelf under the table. Blech. read more

I don't think I'll ever be coming back here! I've been coming here for the past 4 years simply because it's the only nail shop on San Bruno Ave that I trust. There's a woman here who always wears platform flip flops and every single time she touches my toe nails, she f*cks them up. I came in with long toe nails and she still managed to cut them so short to where you can see the two folds of meat/skin that border each nail. I warned her that she had cut the nail crooked and she smiled at me and cut it again, even shorter... still crooked. I am so irritated because I literally grew my nails out so this wouldn't happen but low and behold, it happened. I feel like a jerk for writing this review but it's the truth. How the f*ck can my nails look like they've been cut and painted by a f*cking toddler at a "professional" nail salon? Giving 2 stars because there are some nice ladies who work her, however, all the others just talk sh*t about you in Vietnamese and cut your nails crooked. read more

I said ohh no, that's fine. I asked for a regular pedicure instead. These prices are not okay, the quality isn't okay either. I am also here with my stepdad who is getting a pedicure and they cut his toenail and it started bleeding. I don't know what exactly happened. However, the moral of today is.... NEVER AGAIN! i got my eyebrows done today & i'm very very very unhappy. they completely took the shape off of my eyebrows and made them totally different. when i expressed my concern they handed me the tweezers so i can fix it myself & she kept telling me its really nice because it looks like hers. when i went out of the dirty room, someone else offered to fix it, but you can't fix hair that you have taken out! on top off all that, they kept telling me how nice it looked and how she would've done them just like that... that made me really upset! The quality of work has gone down tremendously over the years but for the price you can't complain even though the customers who go in there seem to think the prices are negotiable and yelling at the workers will get them a discount. I do want more people to go here but I won't be going back myself. They do great gel sets but it really depends on who you get and what mood they're in. I had a very good experience here with a young guy who did my acrylics a long timw ago but he either quit or was let go cus I never saw him again. Anyway, I came here yesterday to get a mani pedi. Mani was cool but pedi-not so much. My right big toe is swelling either because its irritated or infected because this skinny lady with a boy cut styled hair digged into my meat and she kept digging and digging like she swore she found gold. WTF. I was whatever about it hoping the pain will go away by the next day. It got worse and a lot more redder and puffier. I seriously HOPE its just irritated and the swelling will go down. It's hard to find a place that is affordable while also providing great nail quality. I've been to many nail shops in the Bay but this may be my favorite so far. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. Passed by this place today and decided to walk in to do a full set acrylic. No waiting-- and I was immediately sat down at a station once I chose my colors. I requested for coffin nails, nothing too complicated. The guy that did my nails really took his time and file my nails, making sure everything was good and in shape! Everything turned out as expected and what I imagined them to be! Also,staff were nice and pricing was reasonable. I get my nails, toes, and eyebrows all done here!! :) I am honestly very picky with how a salon does my nails and also their customer service! Second visit here and the last. Appointments are scheduled but they don't make them a priority. You are left sitting there waiting for quite a while before you are treated. All the nail people that work there are not all experienced and do good work. 1st visit was better than the second. The only one who knows how to do 3D nail design is the owner and she's running all over the place. My fill was done horribly and very uneven and shaped crooked. I wanted 3D flowers and asked how much for all the nails, she told me $40, that didn't include my hell fill price. She said it would be $70, no thanks not worth that price. I will go back to my original 3D nail salon in Hayward where she does an awesome job and is by appointment only and you get seen at the time of your appointment.
