I've tried places like the nail salons at Serramonte, I've tired threading somewhere in Milpitas but it never turned out the way I wanted to and plus, they were kind of far from me. I found out about this little place about a year or two ago while looking for places near where I live and this place is seriously my GO-TO place every time I come back from college for a weekend. The owner is SUPER nice and she takes so much time to do my eyebrows. She always converses with me and asks about my parents and tell me about her family, it's a good experience! And I guess I go there enough for her to remember me every time I come back because she recalls what school I go to and everything. Recently, my friends did my eyebrows for a wedding and she messed up my eyebrows and it's been a month and they haven't grown back out and it looks so weird. Thank goodness, I just finished my summer session so I came here right when I got back and she fixed it right up! My eyebrows look the same and though they are thinner (but not to the point where it's just a line), they look good and my friends have been complimenting it. Plus, it's only $8 which is cheaper than regular waxing places. I have yet to try getting nails done and whatnot but the prices are not bad at all! The only problem I see the possibly parking but it's waxing takes about 10 minutes wax depending on how much effort is needed so putting some spare change in the meters are fine.

I went in to have my eyebrows tinted and my stylist waxed my upper brow, even though I said I was using retinol. They should never wax in that case. The woman tore my skin badly. Of course the management didn't charge me for that service and bought me some aloe and vitamin E. I'm writing now because I still have a big scar over my eyebrow. I notice it every time I look in the mirror. Others should know this story before making an appointment.
