I've had Brazilian waxing for five years now, and I was new to the area and found this spot nearby. First of all, I just want to say I was kind of sketched out because I've never gone to a nail salon to get waxed, but Alison really made my experience awesome. I've never had sugaring done before, and I was kind of scared, but she talked to me throughout the entire thing. She told me that she's had 18+ years of experience in waxing and recommended that we mix both waxing methods for my first time. So she did the hard wax on the bottom and she did the sugaring on top. Sugaring was definitely a little more painful but I've noticed that the hair is growing back way slower than the hard wax part. Anyway, Alison is hilarious and a major trip! I'm shocked to see a few bad reviews here and am convinced that those few customers have never been waxed before or have hair as thick as my arm because anyone who has ever gotten waxed knows that Ali does the cleanest, fastest, least painful job by far.
