Decided to go here with a group for an evening dinner near Ashburn. The service was friendly, but a little on the slow side, and we had some slight mix-ups/miscommunications that ended up causing some confusion. The presentation of the sushi we received was definitely nice! Taste-wise it was just alright, not many things stood out to me due to the overreliance on sauce, and the sushi is a bit on the pricey side. My favorite roll to usually get at sushi places in the US: the spider roll with fried soft-shell crab, didn't really have me feeling any kind of way, perhaps it could use more crab meat and less veggies as filler. One thing I wish they did was clarify which rolls were what, it led to a lot of confusion because someone in our group ordered 2 more rolls after our initial order, and they came out at a weird pace; 1 of the rolls came with our large plate and the 2nd roll came way later. This caused some confusion as that member assumed he only received 1 roll while the other members ate off the larger plate. All in all it was just an unfortunate mix-up, but better communication from the staff would've been nice to alleviate it.

We love our new sushi place. We enjoyed our valentine dinner at Samaria Sushi, our favorite place. It is best sushi place in town. Service was amazing and food was great and atmosphere was perfect. Everything was perfect!!! I totally recommend Samaria Sushi especially tuna hand roll. Tuna was fresh, freshly caught tuna.

Best Sushi place in VA! The food is delicious, I saw some reviews about the new management but the food quality is still the same. They made some updates to the place, it feels warmer and more welcoming. Give it a try you will not regret. Our favorite family place to eat!

Food and service are amazing. Has one of the freshest fish in nova. Lots of care in their ingredients.

This is a solid sushi spot. All the rolls were tasty and fresh and there was an extensive list to choose from. The restaurant itself is very calm and clean. We got there before the big dinner rush so we were seated rather quickly. The waitstaff was also kind and quick to bring us food and refills. I would definitely recommend if you are in Ashburn!

Best sushi in town! We love sushi and this place is our favorite sushi by far especially if you like spicy like us! Go for it! They are not kidding when they said spicy! We ordered to-go a lot during the pandemic and they never did us wrong, sushi chef there are always makes it perfect! And the best thing is the price are very reasonable definitely not a Cashburn price!

Wanted to try a new sushi restaurant before going grocery shopping at a nearby grocery store. Came in well after dinner hour on a Saturday evening, so the restaurant was empty. Sat down, ordered some water and a miso soup while deciding on what sushi to order. Placed an initial order of a spicy shrimp roll, yellowtail and avocado roll and a soft shell crab hand roll. Never like to over order what I think I can eat in one sitting. After finishing these three delicious rolls, I was still hungry. The spicy shrimp roll had quite a kick to it, didn't even need the wasabi I ate with the rest of the rolls. So I then ordered two additional rolls -- another yellowtail with avocado and a shrimp with avocado. They were also both delicious and now I was getting completely full. Didn't order dessert, nor was asked, but the service was excellent. Waitress kept checking with me throughout whether I needed anything and gave me plenty of time to look at the menu and make decisions. All around a very good meal and a place that I will go back to again in the future. Recommend giving it a try.

I cant not begin to tell you how great this place is! The food and the customer service is amazing! My wife and I are here once a week. Our top favourite is the Las Vegas roll. Always consistent and most flavourful sushi menu in the Loudoun area. Comforting food with so much flavour at a great price. Highly recommend!

A very decent sushi restaurant in Ashburn! I give props to my sister on this one. This is one of my sister's favorite sushi restaurants and she took me out here for dinner. The best time coming here is when the aren't many customers. You don't have to wait long for the food and the sushi tastes so fresh! For starters, we both ordered Miso Soup ($1.50 x 2), my sister ordered the Salmon Cream roll ($6.75) and Super Philly roll ($8.25) while I ordered the Spicy Tuna roll ($4.95) and Spicy Salmon roll ($4.75). The total was close to $30 and that's not bad for the two of us. The sushi tasted fresh and well prepared. Each roll is 6 pieces and it was filling for the both of us sharing. The rolls weren't too big so it was easy to eat in every bite. I believe this restaurant has lunch and dinner specials that I'll try next time! If you are craving sushi and are in the area, come swing by!

It was the first time my young kids had been to a hibachi, and they loved it. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. They had it decorated beautifully. We were seated quickly and had our orders taken shortly after. The servers were friendly and entertaining. The food was delicious, reasonably priced with good sized portions. We got edamame and spring rolls for appetizers, which were yummy, and the chicken with vegetables, fried rice and noodles. Everything was great! I have a feeling we will be back again!

The waitress came to check on us twice in the beginning and after our food arrived we never saw her again. It was not until 20 or 25minutes later that another waitress came by to check on us. Not sure what the hang up was as the restaurant was mostly empty. The side of noodles was weird. I was expecting asian flavors, but we got spaghetti dunked in soy sauce and covered with black pepper. This was also on the kids menu as well, my son could barely eat it due to how spicy it was. My other kid got a Ramen bowl and that was essentially the same noodles as above in a pool of chicken broth that tasted like it was dumped out of a box. It was very bad. Usually when we go to Noku in the Village, my kid devours the Ramen bowl, but this one was left untouched. The maki rolls were OK, but pricy and not worth their value. The rainbow roll, I believe, only had 4 pieces. Also, the pieces of fish on top of the rainbow were very small and underwhelming. The fact that it cost more than our usual sushi places added insult to injury. The Philli roll was more cream cheese than salmon. Finally, some minor issues that demonstrate that the staff doesnt really care: the waitress poured the beer so fast that it was 90%head, and she just moved on; and, when our sushi tray came out the wasabi and ginger were missing. In my 15+ years of eating sushi in all types of places, all over America i have never had a situation where the ginger and wasabi were left out. This was not a major issue for me as mistake happen, no big deal. However, given the poor experience this did not help the matter.

The blueberry mojito was DELICIOUS! The appetizers were pretty tasty too. However, I was not overly impressed with my main meal. I ordered a hibachi combo, the filet mignon and chicken. I was honestly disappointed, the flavors were lacking in my opinion. Service was attentive and portions were decent. Sad to say it, but I do think there are better Hibachi restaurants in the area with comparable pricing.

Spicy Chicken Miso Ramen Dinner as I came at 3 PM which was a little after the dinner hours. It was pretty good. Came with bamboo shoots, seaweed, and boiled egg and the spicy chili sauce on the side. I asked for it on side as I wanted to experience the taste w/o spice and then add it myself if needed. Overall, it was pretty tasty. Nothing outstanding, but maybe my taste buds weren't functioning. It was not bad overall, and was filling as I hadn't a proper breakfast even. I would rate it 7/10. Not bad, and the cost for dine-in was a little over $20, which wasn't bad but not cheap either. For the service, I'll give it a pass. Overall, impressed with this Japanese restaurant and hopefully will be back to try something else on the menu, if I find myself in the One Loudoun area again.

However, they do a good takeout business, as we noticed several people come in to pick up their orders. Before coming here, we looked at their menu. Thus, we knew what we wanted when we got here. Service was great. The staff here is friendly and efficient. Our server checked on us more than once during our meal. To drink, my husband ordered a Kirin Light beer while I ordered a glass of plum wine. Some Japanese places fill the glass too high, but here, the portion size was reasonable. I ordered "the poke bowl". I chose salmon for my fish. This bowl consists of "Sushi-grade fish topped with vegetables, mixed with poke sauce over a choice of mixed greens or rice". I chose the rice. Before coming here, I looked up "poke sauce." I found a website called "pokebowlny.com." This is the description they gave: "traditional poke sauce blends soy sauce, sesame oil, and often rice vinegar, along with aromatics like garlic and ginger. This classic combination makes the fish taste fresher, the vegetables more vibrant, and the rice more flavorful." The vegetables in the bowl were kernel corn, seaweed salad, and cucumbers. I really enjoyed having this meal! All the flavors worked well together. I look forward to having it again. Along with the poke bowl, a bowl of miso soup is included. That, too, was quite good, and it came to the table quite warm. My husband ordered "Tuna Don," which consists of "fresh tuna sashimi over rice & vegetables. His entrée came with both miso soup and a small side salad. The bowl had a big slice of radish, some seaweed salad, and the usual shredded daikon. The wasabi was really spicy - he could feel it in his nose and sinus cavity - it'll take your head off. The generous portion of tuna was large with thicker slices than he'd ever seen before.

The menu was very extensive serving Japanese and Korean dishes. I started off with the Yellow Tail Collar for my appetizer. I was excited when I saw the size of the portion being served to me. Thankfully the bowl was a generous amount of food. Sadly, it was just a bit one dimensional and I got tired of eating it after awhile. Also, I felt like the bones were a little more pronounced than what I am use to when eating eel. Therefore, my experience was average. I may give it another shot if I am in the area again.

The end pieces of the roll (that didn't have the tail) were all avocado and not even a little shrimp, I know that skimping out on the ends is normal but no shrimp at all is ridiculous. After eating two pieces my stomach has been hurting for the last 7 hours. The last time we got lunch from here the rolls we normally love did not taste the same, but at least they didn't get us sick so we thought maybe it was unlucky.
