The management at the front desk exhibit hospitality and friendliness which makes me want to come back. Edward and Tina go out of their way to give good customer service. Unfortunately, there is 1 employee who continues to be rude to me because she judges my appearance, despite my numerous attempts to be friendly to her. All the staff at Century knows i prefer to use their service during non busy hours as i enjoy quiet times. Yet, this employee PURPOSELY groups lockers next to me when it is not busy there. This creates discomfort and sometimes even conflict amongst patrons -- when it is completely avoidable. This happened on 3/16/26 at 1:30 pm . Also, i remember having conversations with other customers on Saturdays at 9am where another person says to me, "What are the chances of all our lockers being right next to each other?" I said "she's doing it on purpose to be spiteful and vindictive." This needs to stop! (it can escalate if customers argue with each other over space and turn into a liability for Century Spa.) Last but not least, This spa has a gym which i enjoy using and other amenities that help me reduce stress and feel relaxed, which is the reason i recommend this place!
