I really enjoyed my private infrared sauna & cold plunge session at pure recovery. The staff were friendly, the room clean and the amenities, lovely. They provide towels, towel warmer, make-up remover wipes and soap in the shower to rinse off post sauna/plunge. You can also plug in your phone to control the music in the room. I'm looking forward to being able to visit here again. Definitely book the 60 minute session for some serious r&r or multiple rounds of sauna/soak. Minus 1 star for now, as unfortunately the infrared lights were not working in my sauna when I visited. The sauna was still perfectly hot, just no lights. If you're looking for an amazing experience to help with recovery and your overall health Pure Recovery has it all. I was able to experience the contrast therapy with the sauna and ice bath for 60 minutes, 20 minutes in light therapy, and 15 minutes with the leg compressor. This was my first experience with almost everything, excluding the sauna. The ice bath can be intimidating but giving it a few tries really helps. I went from my first time only being 10 seconds to my final time in the ice bath which lasted over 5 minutes. It really made me feel awake and was really exhilarating. The sauna was nice and helped make me feel relaxed before testing the ice bath out. The light therapy was new to me and I didn't know much about it but it was fun and i tried the restore and calm settings. I fell asleep during the calm setting so it must really work. The leg compressions were really nice especially because I did leg day before coming here. I could really use the leg compressors on the daily lol. Overall the staff were super nice and informative, the services were amazing and everything was so clean and welcoming. I would definitely come back to use each service again 100%. read more

This is a very nice spot if you ever need a recovery day. My girlfriend and I did 60 minutes in the Sauna/Ice bath room and it was very relaxing. I booked a glutathione shot via class pass and when I arrived they said their system wasn't linking with class pass and the dates and hours were wrong for their drip services. This review is long overdue. To say I love this business would be an understatement. Lin the manager is absolute amazing. I got my first experience with cold plunges a few years ago at a Wim Hof seminar and absolutely loved it. I tried both plunges here and saunas, but what I love most is the contrast therapy. I'll do 20 minutes of hot sauna followed by a cold plunge. The first thing I noticed was that my mood was greatly improving. And just an overall sense of well being. Another thing I'd like to mention is, in March 2024, I had a freak accident and hurt my back. This place saved me. I started coming several times a week, which my doc actually recommended, my sleep improved greatly and my back healed quickly. I'm convinced it was the contrast therapy. I'm also a musician and the next day after a show, I come here for my sauna/cold plunge and heal up. It's amazing! Went for the first time and I'm an instant fan for life. The staff is just so wildly friendly, it felt like they already knew me and my girlfriend. We did the Contrast therapy with the sauna and cold plunge. The space is pristine. When we walked it in felt like the space had just been built for us. The sauna was roomy and did its job very well with a water ladle to put on the hot stones for a great steam. Going between the sauna and cold plunge has my body feeling amazing hours afterwards. Theres a beautiful shower in the room for washing up when you're done, not to mention a phone plugin so you can play your music while you decompress. I'm usually a massage every other week kinda guy, but I think this place will be replacing that trend. I can't wait to try all their other services, highly recommend! read more

The contrast room is always go to for me just to relax my body and reduced inflammation. Just recently I twisted my ankle pretty bad after one visit from pure recovery a lot of the swelling came down. The combination of cold plunge which is around 40-46 degrees and the sauna that can keep climbing in temperature the more water you put on the rocks.
