She told me to sign up for Aspire for the first-time Dysport reward, but when it didn't work, instead of helping, she basically brushed me off with, "Well idk, it's not working." No effort, no professionalism, no customer service. I've been a customer for years, and being treated so poorly honestly made me angry enough to not want to come back.
