Not only was there no one in the office, but I also never received a courtesy call, text, or email letting me know my appointment couldn't be honored. I don't live nearby, so I made a long drive and wasted both my time and gas for nothing. What made the experience even worse was how it was handled afterward. I reached out multiple times by phone and email requesting a refund, and my calls and emails were repeatedly ignored. It was incredibly frustrating to be met with complete silence instead of a simple acknowledgment or apology. When someone finally addressed the situation, I was offered a free session as if that would make up for everything. It felt like they viewed this as a minor inconvenience, when in reality they completely wasted my time, failed to communicate, and then ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. My biggest issue isn't just the missed appointment--it's the complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If a business can't be bothered to notify clients that no one will be there, and then ignores multiple requests afterward, why would anyone trust them with their time or money? This experience was handled poorly from beginning to end. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend a business that shows so little respect for its customers.

This was my first experience with colon hydrotherapy. I had previously tried detox programs based on liquids and supplements, but personally, I had never experienced anything quite like this. What impressed me most was actually being able to see what was being eliminated from my intestines. It can be embarrassing to talk about, but it is simply part of our body's natural digestive process. I also learned more about *Candida*, a fungus that naturally inhabits our bodies but can cause problems if it overgrows. There is much debate regarding *Candida*, toxins, and their relationship to our overall health; this made me realize the importance of paying attention to digestive health. Of course, I am referring to the colon hydrotherapy sessions, where I could clearly see the elimination of *Candida* and parasites. During my visit, the doctor quoted me $795 for one syringe of Restylane Regular, which is about 60% higher than the $495 price advertised on the clinic's website for the filler I needed (I attached a screenshot from their site). When I pointed this out, he checked the website and admitted the prices were different, but then claimed the website was "under maintenance", even though it was working fine. He also mentioned that he doesn't really pay much attention to the website, which I found surprising and confusing. At that point, I already felt uncomfortable with the lack of transparency and decided not to move forward with the service. Be sure to verify pricing information in advance for dermal fillers, because what you see online may not match what you're told in person.

I have been a client for several years at Blue Medi Spa, and over the years they have employed some…read moreSTELLAR Nurse Practioners/Injectors. However, almost without fail, these wonderful employees leave the spa and I must trust someone new. Unfortunately, my latest visit was a giant waste of money with very poor results. I spent a total of $660 on Dysport, and still have static lines on my forward and glabellar area (between the brows). The product NEVER worked, as I was able to make all the same facial movements I did on the initial day of service. (They document with photos, so this is easily verifiable). Specifically, I saw Miranda on July 18th for Dysport to my forehead, glabellar lines, and chin. I usually get 90 units, but this time I got 100 units, as the injector recommended. Well, it failed to work and I still had lines on my forehead and a big line at the left glabella (which I thought the extra 10 units would have addressed, as the right side had no starting static line). I waited the proper amount of time and came back on August 25th for re-evaluation. They approved 4 units of "Complimentary" Dysport to address my concerns, and made me pay for an additional 10 units to fix the left glabellar line. So, now I've received a total of 114 units of Dysport, and it is STILL NOT WORKING!! I can make full "surprise" and "angry" faces. I am a reasonable person and thought that MAYBE the 90 units wasn't enough, but even with the additional 10 units, and now an additional 14 units, I'm still not seeing results!!! So, this tells me it is not a "me" problem, but rather a "Blue Spa" problem. What an insane waste of time and effort (as I followed after care instructions to the tee), and before you say it must be my "metabolism" or that I am "immune" to neuromodulators or neurotoxins, know that it is unequivocally neither of these things. I am deeply, deeply disappointed in this business and cannot in good faith recommend them any longer.
