It was an encounter with the body, which I had long since gotten out of the habit of. I felt warmth, current, a slight shudder, a response in the lower abdomen. Parking is not too tough to find on the streets nearby, and there is a small waiting room with some chairs. She has been in this location for about a year and a half, so pretty recently. Since I was a walk-in, the only Masseuse that was available was Hannah and I was hoping it would turn out great. And boy did it! Hannah was incredible!! So sweet and lovely as well! She went into all the deep nooks and crannies of all my pain and best part was that she didn't rush my massage. She really took her time to address all my issues. And I have a lot of areas that need to be addressed because of my surgeries! I will say it was not completely relaxing all the time because I have a lot of trigger points. But walking out, my body felt refreshed and recharged. So if you want someone who will really address all your areas that need extra help, ask for Hannah and you will not be disappointed!

He contacted squeeze and he was told the price went up and the card on file had been charged, but they said they would refund the charge this one time. After 10 business days, he calls back after not getting the refund and he was told they would not refund the $30 to his credit card but that MY account would receive a $30 credit. I was in town visiting family and my close friend and I book massages before our girls day brunch!! I forgot my therapists name but he was amazing I want to say his name started with a D??. Also the lobby smells so good! A week or so after my vacation I wanted to get another massage after the travel back to Cali and my first week of work. I got the membership and went to their Studio City location. The front desk team Patrick and Cassie were so kind to me during check in and after my session. I was offered water and go to chat it up. I was informed that Studio City was the first location?? Well take my word that across CA to Mi the experience at NOW is amazing. Now I know my coast to coast go to locations. My Therapist Jonathan really helped with my upper back. I appreciate him checking in during the session about the pressure level. She did some great deep tissue work and listened to my needs. It was an incredibly relaxing experience, and I was able to rest and be present the entire time, which is an anomaly. The space is stunning, the aromatherapy is on point, and the sound of waves transports you. I'm pretty sure this massage solved all my problems, and I'm a whole new woman. I can't wait to treat myself to a membership in the future! P.S. A little pro tip: leave yourself a little extra time for parking, as it can be hit or miss on Ventura Blvd.
