Came here for lunch around noon. Only 1 person working but it wasn't very busy. Was greeted right away by the waitress, who i think is also the owner. They were out of decaf coffee and their regular coffee was too strong so she filled half with water and half with coffee to dilute it. I got the cheeseburger with home fries instead of fries. The home fries are great but they're more like roasted potatoes. The burger was a bit greasy and the bun was too small for the burger. They don't toast the buns either so they can fall apart pretty easily. I ended up using a fork and knife. My mom got the blueberry pancake (they used Wild Maine blueberries), which she said was good and an English muffin grilled. Waitress was very nice and friendly. She did inform us that they will be closed all of July and reopen in August. read more

All you could ask for in a breakfast place. The coffee was excellent -- that's always No. 1 with us. I had the eggs benedict and my wife had a Greek omelet. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The hollandaise sauce was rich, not watery. We were especially pleased with the home fries -- flavorful, not spicy, and not burned. My family and I had brunch at Salt & Pepper. The restaurant is located right off 290 and there was plenty of street parking. Our server was super friendly and attentive. My daughter asked for a Mickey Mouse pancake, which was not on the menu, and she had the kitchen make one for her. My son also had a pancake. Delicious food and quick service! We got our food so fast and it was well cooked and yummy. I got the western omelette (it was packed with veggies and ham), my H got the 3 eggs breakfast with bacon and sausage, and the kids got pancakes. We stopped here on our way from NH to CT. because of the reviews. The food was really good. We had a veggie omelet, steak & cheese omelet and a side of corned beef hash. The corned beef hash was amazing, one of the best we've had in a long time, mostly meat, not filled with lots of potatoes or other fillers. The omelets came with 2 pieces of toast and red skin potatoes. We were served quickly, it wasn't busy when we first got there, but then it started filling up and it took a while for a coffee refill, but besides that I would recommend this place. Great place for breakfast in the area. Their omelette was just perfect. Soft and creamy with the veggies done just right. It was done like one of those in a 5 star restaurant. The strawberry pancake was nice and crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. Strawberries were fresh. We also got a classic Benedict. Prices are reasonable and the service was great. Place is nice and open with a lot of natural light. We often visit Lou Rocs but this may be our other favorite for breakfast. read more

Looks like a decent place when you first walk in, but they are amazing! We went on a weekday morning and our food was out within 10 minutes of ordering. The food was delicious too. Went about 11am on Sunday morning (after realizing Denny's was closed). There were lots of empty tables and we seated ourselves. Decor was nice, modern and clean. Coffee was pretty good, strong and hot and refilled quite quickly. Hubby had his usual Eggs Benedict. He said his eggs were poached to perfection so 5 stars for that. He wasn't blown away by the hollandaise sauce though. My usual egg muffin sandwich was just ok, flat thin egg and small English muffin, not all that hot, served on a small plate. My side of home fries with mushrooms and peppers came on it's own separate small plate - I would've preferred my meal to be all on one plate. Home fries were a nice mix but were too greasy. Plates were not lightweight, not proper china, and knives and forks were cheap. On street parking was fine on this Sunday. Overall I'll try somewhere else next time. read more

Ordered the Greek omelet, the tomatoes were cut a little bit too large but overall the veggies were all fresh and it was delish. The "corned beef hash" is not really a hash, but more like corned beef chunks mixed together with home fries. It tasted great but not exactly what I thought it would be. Great little roadside diner. Get the pancakes!! Fresh blueberry pancakes cooked to a crispy perfection-Love them !! Bacon was thin and crispy and the potatoes seasoned nicely with rosemary. I would recommend. I'd give 5 stars but for breakfast it's in high end for a diner. read more

I often pass this place and think it's closed. It's your typical neighborhood diner. I came here with a friend for breakfast and the food is pretty good. The menu has your typical breakfast/diner food. The restaurant is clean, the staff are nice, and the food is good and inexpensive. I actually found out about this place from Yelp. There's nothing in particular that stood out to me on the menu, but the next time I stop by I'll check and see what a customer favorite is (if they have one). This is our go to breakfast place in Worcester. The food is fresh, delicious and always quickly and graciously served. The accommodations are comfortable and there is ample parking.
