The food was some of the best we had on our entire vacation, and we found it on the way home of all places! I ordered the breakfast poutine, which I genuinely didn't know I was missing in my life until I tried it. My boyfriend got the buratta chicken sandwich from the specials list, and he said it was a 10/10. The vibe of the restaurant is really fun and welcoming, too. They have a great cocktail menu with options like espresso martinis and Bloody Marys, which Ive gotta come back and try. Such a great little spot if you're in the Worcester area. This place is a wonderland of fresh food and fine service…read more I was driving from Maine to NYC and stopped for lunch. The menu is filled with fresh salads, healthy juices, and Brazilian dishes. The decor is lovely, with plenty of room between tables. My waiter, Philipe B., couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. I had a spinach and cheese wrap and a detox juice, both delish. I wish I lived nearby because I'd be a regular. As it is, I will stop whenever I am driving by. Highly recommend.

However my meal was served way before the rest of the table and it was cold. I sent it back and was told it wasn't cold. I argued the point not to mention it wasn't what I had ordered. I asked for it to redone so that it was hot and served with the rest of my table. They took it back replaced the part that was incorrect but heated my original cold eggs and reserved it. Poor form. It was one egg and a pancake. The rest of the food was fine but we won't be back. Cold food and arrogant chef.... If someone asks for the food to be hot and served together with their table it shouldn't be an argument it should be done that way to start with. The place it self is fine as far as decor.

My wife had a steak dish, I believe. She enjoyed that too. Those three items are the only reason we're still at three stars. I had an asparagus risotto dish. Highly disappointing. Seemed like (a) they used regular rice instead of arborio and (b) they pureed all the asparagus. And the flavor was underwhelming. I make risotto, myself. I always have big chunks of things in it. This was certainly not that. At best it was an average side dish. Certainly not the entree it was put forward as. The service was also a bit lackluster. We were waiting for a lot.

Cool higher end culinary items for purchase and some other weird but welcome items like handmade soap! Good community posting board! Chill vibes and surly baristas that make you feel like you're in a bigger city! What I don't love: there are never signs telling what the baked items are, so you literally have to ask one by one at every visit- as does every single person in line. It makes me feel guilty for the people behind me and I often rush before fully exploring my options. This is made worse when I bring my small indecisive child, so I go elsewhere when I have him with me. Also- 90% of the time that I have asked, the attending barista isn't certain what the baked items are and says something like "I think that one is an apricot and cheese danish. Or cheese and some fruit. I'm not positive." At Crust's prices, I'd like to know what I'm buying and I would appreciate time to make a decision. Why won't you tell us what your yummy pastries are?? Lastly- the automatic tipping options are so high (this is coming from someone who never tips below 20%) that it makes me wonder if you're paying your employees appropriately, or expecting tips to make up the difference. If you were to change one thing and one thing only from this feedback, PLEASE consider labeling your baked goods! I truly cannot think of a good reason why not to.
