As I told my story to the hairdresser, he was so kind and understanding. He helped me get through my first haircut in over 10 years. I was so nervous and scared because my hair was so long, but after seeing the results, I was so happy. It felt like a big weight was lifted off my shoulders, my hair was so light and bouncy. Went in today to have my daughter's hair cut by Arlen. I called them at 5:15 and asked for a 5:30 appointment and he was able to take me in! Her hair was very long and she wanted to donate it to Locks of Love. Arlen was very knowledgeable about their requirements for length, and made sure that my daughter was comfortable with cutting it shorter than she thought she would so she could donate it. She was, and we were very happy with the results! To top it all off, when we went to pay, Arlen said it was on the house since we were donating it to help others! A win-win situation! read more

Then when we went in they were extremely rude to us. They told us that they do only appointments. I went to a place in azusa called rosas hair design. I walked I'm and asked for a cut with layers, long story short, the lady gave me a cut that resembled A MULLET. When i told my mom now they messed up my hair she recommended this place and I love it!
