Dr Yu is not just a Dr, he's an artist and takes so much pride in doing a job well done. It's nice knowing he won't let a single person leave without them feeling totally satisfied and beautiful. The store is bright and clean, and all the TV commercials are in Japanese, which adds to its charm. The brand selection is mostly mid range, with high end products being rare. Designer cosmetics are very limited. The staff here was helpful, and every time I asked for assistance finding a product, they do a great job. The store is in a busy plaza, so parking can be challenging, but there is underground parking available, which makes it easier to find a spot .

There were a couple times when I check out, the promo codes don't work properly or I can't check out, period. Their marketing material is also not accurate. Very recently, the poster had $79 for one of the products, but it was $89 in the check out. So I followed up with the customer support. They said there's an error. Without providing me with any more information, they changed the price of the item to $100. I asked them if they would honor the previous price, they said they cant and offered to cancel my order. I mean, if I want to ended up not buying anything, why would I waste my time to check out, and contact customer support for correction? As mentioned by many other reviews, their support is not helpful at all. You really need to be careful when shopping on this site, I would probably not realize the price was off if I checked out a bunch of the products.
