I got the original and they were so flavorful and crispy. The pita bread that came with my bowl was delicious too. The price was fair for everything I got. I wanted to add some avocados but you know how avocados get when the air hits them and unfortunately makes them unappealing to the eyes. On the service side the staff was pleasant but when I mentioned it was my first visit, I was a disappointed that no one offered to walk me through how everything worked. I didn't want to assume. Nor did they ask what I might enjoy in order to make recommendations. They missed that opportunity. At one point I felt a bit rushed to make my selections even though my husband and I were the only ones in line. A little patience and guidance for first-timers would go a long way.

It comes with nitrate free smoked turkey (the main reason I get it), bacon, pepper Jack cheese, Roma tomatoes, and guacamole on sour dough bread. It also comes with thousand island dressing but I leave that off. The app allows you to easily delete or add items to your sandwich. The sandwich is served warm, as it is put on a panini press. I generally really like this sandwich. Ordering through the app is a quick and easy way to order something relatively healthy and decent tasting, especially when you're on the move. My constructive feedback for this restaurant is the need for quality consistency. Sometimes the sandwich is better than other times, but is overall generally good.

The house noodle soup was nice and comforting, not being super heavy but still carrying good flavor (I would ask for the regular version and add in spice after tasting the broth). Both the fish and chicken dishes that we got were very interesting and I especially enjoyed the lightness of the fish dish. The soup dumplings we got were very flavorful, well balanced, and had a very bouncy yet soft wrapper texture. The cream baos, though admittedly lacking some vanilla and texture consistency across each bao, were still really good and comparable to ones you'd find in Bellaire. Overall, my experience was fairly good and I would go here again if I find myself in the Pearland area.

The food was always delicious. It was my first time hearing about, and tasting charro beans, and they had the most flavorful taste; and Gringos was never skimpy with the chips and salsa. I like how the chips came in sealed bags to keep the crisp and freshness for to-go-orders. This location in Pearland is near a shopping center and has plenty of parking all around. The inside is well decorated and has high ceilings and well-made furniture, plus there is quite a bit of seating so even when it is busy there is a good bit of room. We went shortly before 5pm on a weekend and only had to wait a few minutes to get a table. You can tell by how busy it stays that this is a popular place. I opted for the Plato Soldado (soldier plate) since they were running a Memorial Day/July 4th deal where a small donation was made for every order. It included a steak fajita taco, cheese enchilada, and pork tamale. All were excellent and there was plenty of steak inside. The sides were also great. My wife got the El Dorado (chicken smothered with sauce and other toppings) and really enjoyed hers. We also got some cheese dip and enjoyed plenty of chips, plus they give you some other sauces besides just salsa. All of their prices are quite reasonable and service was very quick, so I get why this place is so popular. Definitely check them out if you are in the Houston area, as they have many locations.

First, I've always avoided this business because it was a child of P.F. Chang's, which isn't terrible, but got on my nerves. They divorced a few years ago. We happened to be driving home from picking up a new cell phone, and my wife mentioned the other major Asian chain. Pei Wei, however, was a left turn away. We were there well after the 5-7 p.m. typical dinner hours, and our order was quickly taken at the counter and cooked within our view. The Orange Chicken and Firecracker Shrimp were pretty damn good. Fresh and crispy with appealing sauces. The Firecracker sauce is what General Tso's should be -- some sweet and heat. The Orange Chicken sauce, has a little bite, but I could also taste the orange. I get it that some mom & pop restaurants might serve five-star recipes on one night, and single-star recipes the next, because of issues involving product procurement and a lack of consistency when it comes to employee training. While I mostly go with the mom & pop joints, consistency on occasion can be my friend. Bottom line: The food here was good (to-go) on our visit. And almost as good the next day when we warmed everything up in the microwave. Employees here are friendly, and the place was spic and span. I'll be back.

Service: cool front office staff for a first time visit. They actually navigate things for you as a first timer. That's so cool. Generous with sauce but should not be compared to canes or anyone's.
