There are many other choices though, including harissa aiolii, tomato chermoula, mint avo yogurt, cilantro lime vinaigrette, lemon olive oil, mango vinaigrette, or Zoa green. Quite tasty with tons of toppings that go well with the whole shebang. I also enjoy the fatima bread due to its soft interior and sturdy exterior, a good job holding all the filling together.
