Great food made with quality fresh ingredients! We ate the chicken Caesar salad and ceviche.

I couldn't believe I finally got to try HS Green Restaurant. I always miss it because I workout at 24hr Fitness at the same mall at night. This time, I ordered Seasonal Vegetables Quinoa Bowl. It's completely vegan. I felt so good after eating it. I will be back trying other dishes during the day on my day off. read more

A wonderful, bright spot to eat! We stumbled upon this place on the way out of town. The open air kitchen gives it a lively atmosphere and the staff was friendly. I had a breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and potatoes. A bit bland without the cheese (I'm dairy free), but tasty nonetheless. My friends had oatmeal made with cream and avocado toast. Plus some fresh fruit. All in all I'd definitely recommend it and come back! read more

My experience at HS Green was just okay. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and when I tried it, it was somewhere between cold and lukewarm... I was expecting it to be piping hot. It was wrapped tightly, but due to its thick size it was a bit hard to take a proper bite. The buffalo flavor was there, as well as a decent amount of vegetables. The sauce on the side was good but it definitely wasn't enough for the entire wrap. I'm sure I would've enjoyed the wrap more had it been served fresh and warm. read more

I haven't been here in a while and my friend never tried it. So she came with me to check it out. I ordered the rotisserie chicken with the mashed potatoes instead of the potatoes that it came with. She got the salmon with spinach. The chicken was okay to me. Not too bland or dry, just okay. The mashed potatoes did taste like instant potatoes but they weren't bad. They had a good flavor to them. My friend said hers was just okay as well. She didn't finish her coffee so I don't think she liked it either. read more

I have gone twice here. Both times they have messed up my order. Last time, they forgot my sweet potato fries that I paid extra for!!! Today, I ordered 1 steak wrap and 1 buffalo chicken wrap... guess what they gave me? 2 steak wraps. This is ridiculous, what kind of people run this place where they can't even get an order right! read more

I have taken several friends and they all loved it. Great food and they really have wonderful healthy choices - all of them are really good and cooked perfectly! Today Christian had my order ready and brought it to my car right away. Like I said, Great service! And the prices are REALLY reasonable. You CAN eat well and healthy without breaking the bank here! HS Green is starting to become a regular take out spot for me. It's conveniently located a few doors down from 24 hour Fitness, so I can pop in and pick up an order after class. Since they offer healthy options, I don't feel guilty eating take out after a workout. I've only placed orders online and most of the time, my food is ready when I pick it up. It is a bit pricey, but everything is fresh and/or made from scratch so it's to be expected. Menu items that I have tried: Salmon Ginger Salad - This salad is unique. It had a good variety of textures and flavors. I really like the Japanese Ginger dressing and edamame. Strawberry lemonade - It was slightly tart, but refreshing. Grilled Salmon - This entree is so tasty and flavorful! I love the lemon butter sauce and the spinach and garlic mashed potatoes compliment the chicken well. It's a balanced meal that is satisfying. Kale Chicken Caesar Salad - I love the Caesar dressing. The chicken is always tender and flavorful! This has become one of my favorites to order. Hummus and Flatbread - The hummus is really good and creamy. The "flatbread" was more like crispy pita chips. They weren't bad, but I was expecting slices of soft pita bread. Steak Wrap with Seasonal Fruit - The steak is very flavorful, but the tortilla was a bit soggy from the dressing since I had it tossed in the salad that was inside the wrap. It probably didn't help that I didn't eat it until I got home which allowed the dressing to soak into the tortilla longer. The fruit bowl was comprised mostly of grapes with a couple of pieces of pineapple and strawberry. The quality of the food and the service from the friendly staff is always consistent. I'm a fan! read more

HS Green - Grilled Salmon Side of Spinach Roasted or Mashed potatoes - Salad Near Me - Houston, Texas

Okay food, okay service, but I can't say it was worth the price. We got some Guacamame, some bowls, the kids got some chicken tender meals. Both of the kids meals were sad. They got a huge portion of chicken, but it was incredibly dry with no sauces to make it edible. One kid ordered crispy and the other ordered grilled, yet both were dry, dry, dry. I actually quite enjoyed my Thai Shrimp Quinoa Bowl though. There was far more quinoa than I needed. The guacamame and iced tea were also good. Id try this place again, but maybe as take out and definitely not with my kids. read more

Truffle roasted mushroom pizza - 10/10 - Soo flavorful and delicious Grilled salmon - 8/10 - Crispy but a bit too fishy Strawberry salad - 9/10 - Had a lot of flavor for a salad, one of the best salads ive ever had Shrimp taco - 8/10 - Tasty but it was a bit dry so could use more sauce Guacamame - 9.5/10 - So fresh, creamy, lemony, and flavorful. It was just a bit too salty Mashed potatoes - 10/10 - Creamy and delicious Immunity - 9/10 - Carroty and gingery, really fresh Healthy skin - 9/10 - Tastes like pineapple juice, very fresh This spot has become my favorite spot for some healthy eats. Ive found many healthy food spots to be bland but this spot blends flavor with clean eats perfectly. Definitely recommend, especially their December's limited time pizza! read more

Great food and service. Did not disappoint with the quality of food. Super clean and big space to eat with friends and family'.

Best salads in Houston! The grilled chicken salad is amazing! HS Green is in a weird little strip center but totally worth the drive.

Food was very decent considering it being a healthy option spot. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap which was 760 calories (99 of those calories being the jalapeño sauce). Although I didn't eat there the interior of the location was pleasing to be in. $13 for the wrap which comes with either fruit or chips. If they had an option to buy the wrap only and bring down the cost that would be awesome. I shall be back soon to explore other things on the menu as they do have a breakfast menu that I will be trying out the breakfast burrito and breakfast taco. Love yours, ExquisiteTasteBuds read more

No hate to the Galleria food court, but if you're in the area, and want a quick, fresh meal, I'd recommend this over food court food any day. I've noticed the food takes a bit of time to arrive to the table, but they have an excuse- they make it fresh! Overall, they're more like a 3.5 star joint. They offer a nice selection of salads (even a crispy duck salad), wraps, pizza, a soup or two and tons of drink options including smoothies, (delicious) lemonade, tea, beer & wine. The food is simple & straightforward, a bit more laid back compared to True Foods, but sometimes I find my selection to be a bit lacking in flavor - for example - their chicken tacos definitely make me feel healthy, but are not indulgent. The chicken itself lacks salt & the included veggie are raw. The tacos are great to go as the corn tortillas keep their form without the residue of butter or oils from the chicken or veggies, but they may not be everyone's jam. On the other hand the lemonade, black currant tea & sweet potato fries are always winners. The staff is usually friendly & the restaurant is never crowded & always clean, so if you need a break from your holiday returns, remember to check in when you check them out! read more

Updated review: It is evident that the owners at this establishment have taken to heart the constructive criticisms they received. The change in staff and procedures has clearly made a positive impact. Everything is clean and well stocked, and the freshness shows in the food brought out. The new food options are flavorful and filling. I recommend the Sonoma Roasted Turkey Bowl and the Spiced Pumpkin Oat Cookie. Finally, the manager, Leslie, has taken a hands-on approach to interacting with customers, and her positive energy adds an extra nice touch to the visit. Previous review: I was, unfortunately, really disappointed with this place. The food is pricey because it it supposed to be "fresh" food, but the food I was given showed otherwise. I ordered the southwest wrap, and the greens that were inside looked as though they came from a bag that was about to expire. They also put a vinaigrette on my wrap, which was not listed as an ingredient. I also ordered a side of fruit, and the strawberries were browning and tasted like mold would sprout in the next day or so. The drink options are very limited and overpriced. The only thing I liked about this place was the staff member that helped us place our order. She was kind and helpful. I understand why this place is always virtually empty. read more

I recently went to the restaurant for a takeout salad. Due to the fact that I do not eat mango, I asked the cashier if I could substitute another item. She asked what I would like; I responded avocado. She was lovely and indicated that she would have to check. The manager provided a negative response. I said to just leave the mango off the order. The salad was mediocre with a plethora of lettuce and fairly dry chicken. There was a dollop of avocado chopped into little pieces. The bottom line is I will not return and the additional avocado would have been worth about $.50. read more

I'm so upset. I just purchased two soups to go and they placed it in a small white bag. Well when I got out of the car, the soup was so hot that it broke through the paper bag and fell right onto the concrete! I'm tempted to drive back to buy it again but honestly it's a drive now. read more

HS Green has to be one of the biggest scams and disappointments I've come across. I can't believe I paid over $50 for a salad, a wrap, and two juices. My Southwest Spicy chicken wrap was offensively bland and not even remotely close to being spicy. I ended up throwing half away because it was so bad. They forgot most of the ingredients in the kale chicken salad and it ended up being literally a bowl of kale and bland chicken. The worst part of this visit was the absolute robbery they committed when charging $10.50 for bottled juice. I wholeheartedly support paying a premium for high quality food, but nothing about this was high quality. Never again. read more

Vibe- This is a super crisp, clean health food restaurant near the Galleria area. They offer salads, bowls, wraps, pizzas, soups, and more! What I like about their menu is that you can veganize a lot of the menu items. They also have a wine menu and beer as well. There's some tables outside and PLENTY of seating inside. I counted about 2 small booths, 1 long booth (fits 4 parties comfortably), 11 tables with 2 chairs, 5 tables with 4 high chairs, 1 long table with 12 high chairs, and a bar across the front wall with 6 seats. Customer service- Amazing! The lady that helped me went into great depth about the menu items and was very kind. Food/drinks- I got a glass of Pinot noir; I really wish they would've had a moscato. To eat, I got the Shanghai soy ginger bowl with tofu (instead of chicken, I was able to swap it) Parking- There's plenty of spots in the lot. read more

Maybe I missed something but my experience was far from 4 and 5 stars like many of the post. I came here at 7pm for dinner and there were only 4 people working with no division of labor and everyone running in different directions. There were only 3 customers one another couple and the other a homeless man just taking up space and not ordering anything. I had the duck salad that looked nothing like the picture there were maybe 3 or four bites that had duck and the rest was a boring bland salad. I should have known not to order duck at a fast food plastic and cardboard only restaurant. My husband had the ginger salmon salad and pretty much just ate the salmon filet. The salad was huge chucks of Kale that could not be cut by just a plastic fork as they were our of plastic knives. I was hoping for a new go to place for fresh soup and salads but this place was a once and done and runaway and never come back place for me. Don't waste your time or money.... read more

Once again I did not take a picture. The picture would not have done this place justice. This spot is a new go to place for me. My family and I purchased the SHANGHAI SOY GINGER CHICKEN BOWL, chicken taco, steak taco, and buffalo chicken wrap. Everything was really yummy and flavorful. The best item was the chicken bowl. We got our food through doordash but I cant wait to visit the actual restaurant. Definitely good eats for a good price. read more

OMG!!! The food here is so amazing that I ordered from here two nights in a row while in Houston on business. Both times I ordered the salmon, spinach and mashed potatoes. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the wine sauce was divine. I'm not even a fan of spinach, but they make it so flavorful that your begging for more. The mashed potatoes are obviously homemade with red potatoes and they were also cooked to perfection. Had I discovered this place 3 weeks ago when I arrived in Houston, I would have treated my palate several times a week for sure. I hope they have a location in Dallas read more

It is always good to have places that serve vegan options on the menu. While HS Green hits on it, and the fact that there are many healthy options too, it misses on the biggest requirement for any food to be appealing - it's taste. Butternut squash soups was okay but very watered down. Pizza was pretty average to taste and the chicken tacos were just horrible. The driest chicken on can ever eat! The only item we ate that was good enough were the sweet potato fries. read more

It was my first time here. I decided to stop in after my workout. The establishment of self is very clean. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese w arugula on a "toasted" bagel. My bagel was just warmed up tho not toasted at all very soft which was disappointing. The egg was cooked perfectly and bacon was nice and crispy but adding leafy greens to a hot sandwich just is never a good idea I ended up taking the arugula out halfway through eating it. I probably would not return for breakfast. I felt like their breakfast options were pretty limited, but I'm willing to try again for lunch. read more

Food is pretty good, service is meh. Generally overpriced, but falls within what you'd expect from a greenery type of restaurant. My go-to dishes are the grilled chicken avocado sandwich and southwest chicken wrap. The sandwich buns are so crisp and good! They are quite tall with all the contents in between though, so kind of hard to eat without destroying the aesthetic. The Vietnamese wrap was an interesting concept...kind of like a spring roll in a wrap with peanut sauce on the side. Was not bad in taste but not my favorite. Cashier overcharged me for my meal, and then forgot to bring my drink over...so like I said: food is pretty good, service is meh. read more

ok I forgot a photo because I was starving but let me tell you... This is the place. You want something good. I had a chicken Cesar wrap from here with the dried cranberries on the side. I don't think I could have handled the cranberries in it but they were good. Side options are chips and salsa or fruit. Because of an allergy, I opted out of the fruit and went with the chips and salsa. As a chips and salsa connoisseur ... the tomatillo salsa here is too good and so are the chips. I'll be back to try something different. I'm very interested in trying one of the pizza. Next time, I may sit and eat at the wine bar they have in the center of the restaurant. read more

I've been a frequent customer of HS Green for the past 2 years and my go to meal is the Southwest Chicken Wrap with tortillas chips (it's sooo good.) The food is always fresh and the price is affordable. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I feel like the level of customer service need to improve. The manger I dealt with there was unprofessional/rude that I actually completed the survey that was sent to me after my purchase to express my disappointment with the level of service. I really wish the customer service was better so I can go there more often. I also attached a picture of the delicious Nutella fruit pizza I like to order as well. read more

Decent lunch place if you want something quick and healthy. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap during lunch yesterday and it was pretty good. It has a little too much sauce and onions, but overall it was tasty. The honey lavender latte I ordered was disgusting though. Never ordering that again. I love this place. Delicious, fast and convenient healthy food. Came in on a Saturday afternoon, no line, no wait, in and out 5 minutes, got my delicious Salmon Ginger Salad. Portion is huge and the salad is very filling. Salmon ginger salad has: well-seasoned juicy salmon (about 3oz), spring mix, purple cabbage, kale, edamame, jicama, mango, cilantro, toasted sesame seeds, the combination of the ingredients makes the salad superb. All the ingredients taste very fresh and refreshing. The Japanese ginger dressing is very flavorful, I would buy a bottle if they sell one.
