I ordered a lemonade with no ice. The lady gave me lemonade with full of ice, barely any lemonade is in the cup at all, and when I told her she told me she needs the cup back to give it to a different customer. I told her that she should not be giving cups of any type of liquid when it was in someone's car, someone could've done something to it, and I asked for the lemonade without ice. She insisted to give her back the lemonade with the ice in it so I dumped it out and handed her the empty cup because I don't trust that she wouldn't give it to the next client. I really hope somebody has a word with this girl with a bunch of piercings in her nose and her face not that that has anything to do with this, but she should really not try to take any liquid or food back and give it to someone else read more

I ordered a BBQ Ranch Salad to go. When I arrived home and opened it, I discovered that the avocado was in unacceptable condition--approximately 75% of it was dark brown, spoiled, and clearly not safe to eat. This should never have been included in a customer order. Serving food in this condition is not just a quality issue, but a serious health concern. Consuming spoiled ingredients can lead to food poisoning, which puts customers at risk. It is extremely concerning that the staff member who prepared or packed this order failed to recognize and remove visibly spoiled food. I have noticed a significant decline in your product quality. When your location first opened, the food was consistently fresh and well-prepared. Now, the standard has dropped to a level that is unacceptable and potentially unsafe. This situation raises serious questions about your food safety practices and quality control procedures. Yesterday was my first, and last, time visiting Salad and Go at 22nd & Kolb in Tucson, AZ. I was so excited to give it a try, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I ordered a Cobb salad with extra avocado and extra bacon. The worker at the window when I picked up my order was super nice, but that is where the excitement ended. The avocado was brown (see photo), the cherry tomatoes were squishy and spoiled. The bleu cheese dressing was watery and had an off taste. The amount of the extras I paid for was minuscule. Anyway, I gave it a shot and it was a failure. It is SO important for all restaurants to check the quality of product being served. If you wouldn't eat it yourself, or you wouldn't serve it to a friend or family member, please do not send it out to a paying customer. QC in food prep/quality is critical for customer retention. There is no need for comment from management to my review. I will not contact a company rep to discuss. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and am not entirely disappointed I finally did. I went to the Kolb location and found the staff friendly and a fresh salad. My disappointment was that for the "build you own salad" there is no list of what they ingredients you can pick, how many, etc. This made the ordering process not as smooth or quick as I was hoping. So hopefully at some point they add this information to the menu. read more

This place is wack. Their wraps are dry they never give you dressing on the side claiming it doesn't come that way when THEIR OWN promotional photos show it that way. Apparently the sauce is on the wrap which I've never seen. I've been here 4 times now really hoping to have a good experience because I was giving them leeway for being new but after the rude ass employee told me the dressing was on my wrap only for me to get home and it has no dressing on it... I'll never be back. A major component of salad is the dressing and without it, it's inedible. I know this location is new and they definitely have some kinks to work out. I've been a couple times to give it more than one try. My first try they opened about 30 min late on a Saturday morning and once you're in the drive through with other cars you're kind of stuck waiting, another try they didn't have any strawberry lemonade, and this trip my burrito was cokd and had barley any egg in it. My daughter has a severe peanut allergy and they even bagged the peanut free salad in its own bag away from everything else. Great job! I got the Cobb salad and it was very large salad! I ordered it with ranch dressing, which I wasn't a fan of. The ranch had a bitter taste to it. My daughter liked it though. The chicken pot pie soup was OK. It had a lot of herb aftertaste. And I got a breakfast burrito with eggs and bacon. Unfortunately, the bacon was just bacon bits and not actual bacon. So two salads, soup and a burrito only cost us 20 bucks. When this company first opened I was very impressed with the size and price of the salad. Also, I am a person that really knows a good dressing and they had a good, thick ranch and blue cheese. My go to meal if I'm eating out of the house. Extremely well priced with large portions! Service is always friendly and very good with taking the time to make recommendations for first time eaters. I was surprised how big the salads are! They will definitely fill you up. It's a pretty simple menu, breakfast burritos, salads and wraps. They also have cold brews, ice teas and Lemonades. I ordered the Cobb salad and a frozen strawberry lemonade slushy. Both were really good. The price here is very good. About 6$ a salad and wraps. And drinks are $1.24!! Can't beat that. The only down side is I waited in line for 20mins . This location opened up about a week ago so I'm assuming that's why it was so busy plus it was lunchtime when I went. So very good. My go to salad is the Caesar with chicken, no tomatoes add blue cheese and bacon crumbles. Excellent, and price is perfect $7 for a huge salad and not only that. You can get the same salad in a wrap. I was hesitant at first but wow, the wrap was delicious. So far everything has been excellent. I would recommend this place. Healthy, fast and cheap. I love this location! I go here in the morning after I get off my graveyard shift at the Fry's and the people at the window are always so kind considering its early in the morning. They have helped me multiple times to make unusual accommodations to my order and they are always so friendly about it. My favorite food to get on my way home from a long shift! read more

Poor service. We waited in line in the drive up since they opened at 7:05am and waited over 20 min. No one even helped us in the drive thru. There was 5 cars stacked with no help in drive thru. We visited this restaurant yesterday for the first time. The app made ordering a snap and so easy and the food was ready when we got there! The check out was easy and the staff was so very nice. The salad was HUGE, fresh, crunchy and delicious! The wrap was also HUGE, fresh, crunchy and delicious. Our plan was to cut them both in half and share them for lunch. They were both so large we could easily have shared them with a third person....but we have leftovers now! We will definitely be going back....this will be our "go to for a quick takeout lunch". They have a drive though ordering process....but, they also have a pickup windoe if you order on line. I absolutely do not understand the negative reviews.
