I've been to this location many times without issue. stopped there tonight (12/3/2024) at about 8:20pm to get quick dinner for my family and I. Initially tried to order 2 pot pie soups, and was told they were completely out of soup. I got a Cobb salad with chicken. it was literally half full. My wife ordered a Caesar salad wrap with extra dressing inside. She received a wrap that again was half full and mainly filled with croutons, with the extra dressing placed on the side and not in the wrap as instructed. My daughter ordered the kids salad with chicken. There was no chicken in her salad at all, yet I was charged for it. I get it, closing time is in 40 minutes and you're anxious to close when the clock hits 9pm...but this is just pure laziness. Come on do better. read more

I wish I would have discovered Salad and Go sooner! I absolutely love this concept: fresh, healthy food at affordable prices. They have an assortment of salads that you can choose to include either chicken or tofu. The salads are huge and very reasonably priced. I usually can't eat the entire salad in one sitting. And the ingredients are fresh. Delicious teas and flavored teas (Prickly Pear Lemonade is our fave) are only $1. I think this concept is so on-point and I go out of my way to visit Salad and Go for my occasional meal out! This is walk-up take-out or drive-through, no dining in. Finally, they just have fun with it all: bright, orange and green utensils and bowls to reflect the freshness of their ingredients. If you haven't tried them yet, what are you waiting for? read more

This is the fastest place to grab a healthy salad! I have never had to wait very long at all and the salad is made fresh for me. The prices are very reasonable too. I recall last year they actually did a marketing initiative where they would drop prices if customers chose to conserve and not take napkins and forks unless they needed them, and it worked! They actually dropped prices on their salads! So awesome. I actually make a point to not take napkins or forks because I am always grabbing the food and heading home. Makes me feel good knowing that I am helping the planet a little too :) Cobb salad was delicious! Caprese salad was delicious! This place is amazing! read more

salad and go should not have changed their chicken!!!! shredded chicken very dry and seems they are adding more lettuce and less toppings!

Food is good, and for the price it's pretty amazing. Service is alright, they seem snotty but at the window they are decent. Haven't seen the inside or anything but the drive thru has enough room for plenty, and it's usually full. read more

First time visit to Salad & Go. It was conveniently located near the hotel we were staying. The sausage soup was tasty and so was the Caesar salad. Prices were reasonable and service was friendly. Give it a try if you need a quick healthy drive thru option. read more

Salad and Go - Chicken Caesar salad - Salad Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

We like Salad and Go but I feel like this location has tanked in the last year or so. Our out of town family that visits loves this concept and the food. But Al several months ago with family here, we ordered 6 caprese salads and not one of them had the mozzarella. Didn't visit for a few months. But the last three visits I have online ordered and waited forever lay the walk up window just to have them answer my doorbell. Then forever to get my order together. Today my order was to be ready at 5:20, I received it at 5:40. I'm pretty sure the 4 cats in the drive thru all ordered and got their food before I left. What is the point of online ordering. I don't get it. read more

I walked here after dropping my car off at the Safelite down the street for service. You will not find a better deal for breakfast or lunch than Salad and Go! Highlights: - Drive thru! And they prepare your food so quickly - The mobile app makes ordering ahead and customizing your order so easy - Had a breakfast burrito and iced tea - Super affordable!! - Most produce/toppings are organic Tip: the app doesn't have black beans as a breakfast option but you can add them if you order via the drive thru. read more

I love salad and go but this is the SLOWEST location I have ever been too and they mess up my order almost every single time.. How can you take so long and still mess up a salad? If you are near the area I would just drive the extra 7 minutes and go to the next closest location. read more

I have had a very good experience overall. Every time I've gone to salad to go tonight, the lady who was reading back my order had a bit of an attitude. I asked for two dressings, got charged for that and got no dressing. Make sure you check for your dressings before you leave lower buckeye and 75th location read more

Bought the bbq ranch salad & I added chicken. This salad is delicious it has mixed greens, black beans, corn, pico, avocado & tortilla strips. So good and it's a big portion. I couldn't even eat it all. Also this one has a bit of a spice to it. My sister got the ceaser salad with chicken. She liked it. It comes with tomatoes, croutons & cheese. I asked for an extra packet of dressing but didn't really need the 2nd pack. There's a drive thru or walk up. They also have coffee, breakfast & soup. read more

Love how inexpensive and healthy I can be when going here. Quick and friendly service.

Always great, affordable, and the salads are amazing. They don't nickel and dime you here at all. Not your typical rip off salad place.

Awful service and product was very disappointing. I ordered 4 salads and did not get what I purchased. All of the salads was missing some of the toppings and one does s not have chicken at all. When this was brought to the manager's attention I was told I had to pay extra.. I will not be going back since this is the third time something like this happened. However this is the first time I shared my experience at this establishment read more

I love Salad and Go! The only suggestion I have is to change the Ranch dressing and the Blue Cheese dressing. I have to take my salad home and use store bought dressing. The dressing they use is just so thinned out... needs more flavor. read more

I have only ordered online here twice. Ordering online and picking it up at the window is probably the way to go because every time I come here there is a line at the drive thru. I have had a positive experience at the mobile pick up counter. The pricing of all their food is reasonable. The food itself is decent. I have gotten the Chicken Caesar wrap and the Thai wrap. Both of these wraps were decent portions. I wasn't a big fan of the Thai wrap because I felt it was dry. They did put the Thai dressing on the side, which was very tasty. The chicken Caesar wrap was good, I did not like that the tomatoes were a whole baby tomato, I wish it was cut up. I didn't like bitting into a whole baby tomato Service was great. Super friendly. read more

I ordered a Caesar salad at the Southern and Alma School (Arizona) on 4/16/25. I opened the wrong salad, which looked old. I saved it for after my morning workout. I sit here upset with no receipt. I am disappointed and will not leave without checking if I ever go back next time. read more

Solid location. Staff is super friendly! Only thing holding them back is they are a little more stingy with their meat portions compared to other locations, but still great value. Would definitely return. read more

Love the chicken Cobb salad without the avocados. The cucumber mint lemonade is refreshing. Great price also.

Just picked up dinner. The young lady taking my money was so rude! When she gave me my card back I said thank you! She said ya and slammed the window! No offer of receipt or even thank you back! First time that I had tried a salad and we had good results with these salads. Both had nice chunks of white meat chicken and the dressing was on the side. They were big and pretty filling as well. My seasonal Thai Chicken salad was excellent and loaded with cabbage, carrots, cucumbers and more. The dressing was a nice tasting version of the peanut variety. The BBQ ranch salad also received good reviews. Only $5.74. read more

A co-worker told me about salad and go amazing breakfast burrito. I just had to try this out. Usually the lines are out into the street so I never stop. These lines move so fast so it takes no time to get your tasty meal from them, take it to work or back home and start enjoying it. They are large so it took me all day to nibble on it. So for $3.90 it ended up going both breakfast and lunch. What a smoking deal this is. I will be back to try their salads and soups too. If you have not tried them yet come on over to see how great they are. You can customize your salads, wraps and burritos on their website which is such a plus. read more

+This is an update to my review dated 25 JAN 2020 AD.+ Wow - not sure if they have new employees - but what a difference! My experience with this location is completely positive! They still have a fantastic menu, friendly people, excellent pricing, efficient service AND my orders have been 100% correct with each visit since my last review! Usually I order 3 or 4 of the salads named on their menu, but alter each one to fit my diet. Thankfully, I don't have any food allergies, but I'm trying to keep things as tight as possible. (So I can enjoy other food options during the day). My current job is 50% in an office, with the rest out and about. I want to make sure I eat healthy, so I can enjoy as much of my life as possible. I'm no, "health nut" by far, but I figure if I can limit carbs, sugars, salt and fat - I'm ahead of the game! I +LOVE+ to cheat on my daily diet with great pizza & beer! So, I "Salad & Go" during the week, and usually have a, "cheat night" on the weekend. So far, so good! Whoever decided to invent this, "Drive-through salad concept", give this person a SOLID "RIGHT ON BROTHER/SISTER/HOWEVER YOU IDENTIFY!" I'm a loyal customer - keep up the great work! And thank you for participating in the Great American Free-Market Capitalist system!!! Yea Moral Capitalism! Serving others for a profit, and if you suck, you go out of business! (It's like a self-cleaning oven people!) Normally, on restaurant reviews, I don't express my religion. But on this occasion, I'm going to issue the following Christian blessing from the book of Numbers: Numbers 6:24-26 (NRSVCE): The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace. A solid 5 stars! Keep on Rocking in the Free World!!! read more

Salad and go is amazing. The organic cold brew coffee might be the deal of the century. $1 for 24oz, are you kidding me? The breakfast burritos are amazing. I highly recommend them. The line at salad and go is always long but it moves fast. I have the urge to pick up a cold brew coffee every time I drive by. read more

Salad and go is my absolute favorite and the employees working the drive thru window are always so courteous and pleasant. Reason for the three stars is they have now messed up our order for the third time in less than a month. This location is so close to our house but I think we will have to start going to a further location which is a bummer. read more

The fourth time there was no Avocado in Cobb salad! Three times no bacon! How safe is a food product from a company with no effective quality control and very poor management. The California food snob in me is gobsmacked that this chain started in Arizona when it seems like such a cliched Californian concept. Salad served up in a drive-thru window sounds like a joke Woody Allen would have made up in "Annie Hall". There are at least a dozen of these places in the Phoenix area, and when I passed by the first one I had ever seen, I became puzzled as to how good and fresh the salad could be in a fast food operation like that. The answer turned out to be 'Pretty good and darn fresh'. I didn't actually drive through but walked up, so I could study the ten salad bowls and four additional wraps they offered. No surprise that I went with the reasonably priced $5.74 Asian Salad. It consisted of organic spinach, romaine lettuce, organic carrots, red cabbage, edamame, pineapple chunks, crushed peanuts, and green onions. I went for adding teriyaki chicken pieces for an extra $1.44. With a generous container of Asian vinaigrette on the side, it amounted to just 370 calories (photo: http://bit.ly/2DObyPo). It was all quite fresh, nothing like those plastic packaged salads McDonalds used to carry from days of yore for yo mama. Here's hoping Salad and Go makes it to Northern California next year. FOOD - 4 stars...big fresh salads that are vegan & gluten-free AMBIANCE - 3 stars...looks like a cleaned-up Jack in the Box with open tables at a premium SERVICE - 4 stars...pretty darn fast TOTAL - 4 stars...great concept, much needed read more

I hate they ask for your name when you place an order. They are more concerned with your name than getting your food in time. Last time I was in line for 45 minutes. I was late back to work and didn't eat lunch. At this rate might as well call it Salad and not go. I called again on a different occasion and I was told the same thing that the wait will be 45 minutes. Also this time the app ordering was down. Do better Salad and Go. This is not acceptable. If I could give zero stars I would. Disappointed read more

This place is great, good healthy food very fast service and Jack helped us very professional and helpful thank you salad and go

I absolutely love this place! The salads are abundant and top quality. So fresh! I crave their salads a few times a week. I love that they have creative seasonal soups and drinks. It's fun to try them when they roll out a new one for the season. Service is always quick and friendly. I can always get a salad quickly. My favorite salad is the BBQ ranch with double chicken. It always hits the salad craving. read more

I've been here two times and I've gotten food poisoning twice. Don't go here the food isn't even that good

This was my first time going to this healthy restaurant. As I reached the drive thru, I immediately saw a sign with their seasonal specials. Ahead of me there was the drive thru menu with salads, wraps, soups and smoothies listed with bright, colorful pictures, descriptions and prices. I ordered the Cesar salad and a protein to go on it. I ordered the shrimp and they don't scrimp here--there was plenty of shrimp on my salad and the Cesar dressing was fresh and not overwhelming when I ate it at work. The young man at the drive thru window was friendly, efficient and I didn't have to wait he already had my order ready to hand to me once I paid for it. I will definitely be returning to try some of their other salads, etc. I love fresh salads/food and this fast restaurant has a lot going for it. read more
