On my lunch break today I ordered a Caesar wrap with buffalo chicken. When I got back to work and bit into the wrap, I noticed it was the wrong order. I opened the wrap up to find that they gave me a Mediterranean wrap instead. Use to the travel time, I wasn't able to go back and have my order corrected.

I normally love this Salad & Go. The employees are always friendly and quick to serve. Today I ordered a BBQ ranch salad with no protein, and after eating a few bites I noticed there was a pretty big piece of plastic in my salad. It's just disappointing. It definitely wasn't from my dressing because I always make sure no ripped piece falls in. It just ruined my lunch honestly. :( it makes me question whether it's actually fresh and if I even want to go back. I was thinking of ordering it in a wrap, and if I would've had plastic in my wrap, I could've had this plastic in my mouth which is disturbing.

Perfect winter drink for Phoenix!

Third time they have forgotten the salsas for the breakfast burritos. Waste of my time again, everyone loves a dry burrito. Do yourself a favor and go to Angie's across the street

Searching for the Avocado

My avocado toast Caesar salad came with Zero avocado! So disappointed. We ordered 3 salads and a wrap, got one fork to share and of course my salad did not have the main thing I wanted AVOCADO!

Chicken and what appeared to be ham

Hmmm....this Salad and Go is one of my go-to for lunch when I'm at work, never had any issues with the food until today. I ordered a salad a drink and the hummus. Came back to the office and started to eat the hummus and bit into something that wasn't hummus....there was 3 pieces of chicken and I found two pieces of what looked like ham. I wouldn't mind but...I don't eat any meat, I'm vegetarian. This made me very nauseous and I didn't finish it (obviously). I'm extremely disappointed that it seemed like it was actually mixed in with the hummus. I won't ever try it again.

Mediterranean bowl and Southwest bowl with bacon. The Southwest bowl didn't have much substance.

I work close to this location and visit it a few times a month. Almost every order has had an issue of some sort. Whether it be substituting crappy turkey sausage with bacon, or missing an item. This time I ordered two burrito bowls instead of burritos. Save some calories. Well I did as my bowl was minuscule. They got the substitution correct this time though. My wife's Mediterranean bowl looked a lot better but the majority of the bowl was spinach. The last time I had issues with the food, I channeled my inner Karen and emailed them about the 2 failed burritos. I received a $5 credit. Didn't even cover the 2 burritos. Obviously nothing is being done about their issues and there is no reason to patronize this establishment anymore.

Greek Salad with chicken and steak

Salad and Go is a fast growing Phoenix based chain of salad drive threw restaurants. The salads are large and fresh and low cost. My only gripe is that the service at this particular location has gone down from the beginning of order till trying to leave. My husband wanted to know if the buffalo chicken was fried. The person taking the order didn't know and didn't bother to find out so we ordered something else. Then the person at the window tried to give us a drink that we didn't order. Then the person at the window didn't know what bag of salads were ours. They are lucky that we were honest and didn't take the bag with three salads. The food is still good but good luck with service at this location.

Always great, affordable, and the salads are amazing. They don't nickel and dime you here at all. Not your typical rip off salad place.

This review is for the Baseline Rd location. First, I want to say that I've been patronizing this…read morelocation for a couple of years and the food is fantastic (except the fries). Unfortunately during my recent visit, as I placed my order, I had to bite my tongue to stop from asking, "Am I bothering you??" Then, when I pulled ahead to get my food, I saw the sign in the window. People, if you have to put up a sign telling your customers that you're not deliberately trying to be rude, you have a problem. I will continue to recommend Angie's food, but I will now let people know to ignore that the person taking your order may seem to hate you.

Time to update my review! I've checked in here 31 (!) times according to Yelp and its been 3 years…read moresince my initial review. I love Angie's and glad that they are around, and my only wish is that they open more locations, especially around the Scottsdale area. This location was initially Angie's Lobster, but they are also Angie's Prime Grill, so they have salads, wraps, bowls, etc. Depending on what time I visit is what affects my ordering style. If I'm stopping by after work and am not rushed, I will order via the drive-thru. If I'm coming before work, I'll order online and use the walk-up window. Thankfully, haven't had to wait too long either way. Their walk-up window is right past the drive-thru on the left, basically the back side of the building. I park in the spots near the apartments and cross the rock barrier to get to it (just watch out for the cars exiting). I mostly order their salads, especially since they are only $5 with grilled chicken or falafel. I prefer the chicken but sometimes I'm in the mood for something different, so I'll do the falafel (though it can be on the dry side). My personal favorite is the Asian salad, can't get enough of the combination and the teriyaki sauce is so good. I've tried their other salads like the spicy honey ranch and that one is solid as well. Breakfast is okay here, not my favorite but it's a good deal if I'm around in the morning. I do miss their french toast! I'd always order that with no meat, and they would give me eggs instead which was cool. Since I'm not a lobster fan, I don't order that BUT their fried shrimp is super good, especially with the spicy honey. And their fries are pretty solid, sometimes I'll just order them by themselves for a snack. Haven't tried the warm bowls or wraps yet but I'm not a fan of brown rice so not sure if I'll like the bowls. I love that they add new items pretty regularly. I've tried their quesadilla, snack wrap, and crunchwrap supreme, all of which are pretty good and cheap. Today, I saw that they have a new salad deal, which is a salad (chicken/falafel/avocado), cheese quesadilla or garlic flatbread, and a drink for only $6.99! Such a good deal, I had to order it. No one is doing it like Angie's these days and I hope they keep it up. Wishing them much success and more stores in the future!

He was welcoming even to the only Asians who dined in on Good Friday. Ambiance BUSY! There was a line for drive thru so we opted to dine in. There was still a line, but it gave me enough time to check out the whole menu without being rushed. The seating area was nearly full, which tells me Fridays are generally a busy night. The table we chose was clean, as the general area towards the far end of the restaurant seemed to be maintained well. The condiments and drink area were admirably kept in order. Service Maybe I'm old, or maybe I came from a state where manners are forgotten, but I thought it was customary to greet and welcome patrons as they come up to order their food. Maybe "J" was exhausted and assumed our familiarity to fast food ordering, or maybe she was in shock to see two out-of-place customers who regretably greeted her first. I must say, she would be a fine executive someday considering she sold me on the pot roast sandwich on a Friday, plus she didn't think of the potential satisfactory experience we thought to have. (Culver's culture is foreign to transplanted Californians, and it's unfortunate to have this interaction as part of our first dine-in experience.) Food Speaking of being foreign to Culver's, I'm not familiar with the menu except for the cod sandwich. Honestly, Friday is a bad night to try other things. The pot roast sandwich was incredibly dry- regardless of J's suggestion to pair it with BBQ sauce. Just lifting the bun and seeing the pile of beef I could tell that roast must've been around the last two Sundays. My husband said the deluxe burger had a dry bun and the patty was overdone and hard. The fries were great - crispy, hot, and enough to share. Overall stars: 2 I'm unsure if I want to try anything else except for the cod for me and the butter burger for my husband. I'm unsure if I want to ever dine in at Culver's again. I do know to sit furthest from the front door and to order the fries. I also know the young man who delivered our food was cordial, professional and did not seem like he was having a particularly long day despite the rush hour on a Friday night.
