Grab and go!!!! Two options you can order on the app or it's a drive-through, so you can order through the drive-through . Very straightforward, very simple. If you go to the drive-through, go all the way around and pay and all can do your food and your drink for the app. They have a different drive-through and it's quick and easy when you show them your name, and I'll give it to you right away. The staff are super nice, and they make sure that you have the correct salad . It is one of my favourite salad spots of all times. If I don't need a big salad or anything. Was in town for the weekend and staying with my girlfriend. We were just driving in from Austin and wanted something cheap, healthy and good. She recommended salad and go and I am glad she did. Service was great, people were extremely nice even directing us to the drive through kindly after pulling into the mobile order line. The food came out in less than a minute, SO FAST!!! They are kidding about salad and go, you get your salad and you are out of there. As for food the bowls they provide are fantastic and designed well for shaking and mixing the salad. Due to the buffalo sauce my dressing packet was a little hard to open but besides that everything else impressed me. Food was high quality and ingredients tasted fresh. That was my main worry but luckily I was pleased with how everything tasted. A did order extra chicken which made it pretty hearty but I was quite satisfied after eating the whole thing. Dressing was very good once shaken and mixed with everything and overall each bite was flavorful and crunchy. Some highlights for me were the croutons and banana peppers as well as the chicken. Overall, I give this place 5 stars because I received a very good salad for around 9 bucks almost instantly through a drive through. As far as salads go and fast food, what more can you ask for? Save your time and your money and avoid this place. I made a mobile order and picked it up last week on the way to work. My salad was missing several ingredients so I reached out to customer support because they do not answer the phone number listed. I obviously couldn't go back to that location at the time. It took 2 days for someone to get back to me through email and they want to give me a $5 coupon that must be used in a short period of time. I have absolutely no desire to go back to this restaurant so obviously this is of no use to me. They refused a partial refund. They did not offer to remake my salad. read more

This is our goto place for salads as the salads are fresh and value for money! This time however it was disappointing! First their online order process was down. No issues. We got a Chicken Pot Pie Soup and Jalapeño Ranch Wrap. The soup was good the wrap looked more like a brick than a wrap and there was no jalapeño flavor. The flavor of pickled onions was the overpowering flavor. The biggest issue was that we found a hair in our wrap. Food at Salad and Go is good but experience at the Allen(Custer and McDermott) location was horrible. Very bad service that requires lot of improvement . I had placed my order using the app and even paid for it. I even showed up 5 mins later than scheduled. But little did I know, I had to wait there for 25 mins before being told they ran out of eggs and they were making more. Things like that happens especially after 6 other cars comes to the drive thru, places their orders, picks them up and leaves within that 25 min of waiting . I had a drink, which usually people give first especially when they know that it might take some time, but not here, in fact they didn't even make the drink( maybe they ran out of that or cups). I have tried SAG twice. You get a large fresh salad for a very good price. My problem is the dressings, they are not good. They are very runny, I understand this is so you can shake the salad to mix it , but this just dilutes the flavor.
