The seasoning in the batter was spot on, and they were piping hot and perfectly crispy. I ordered the Maurice salad, something I had never heard of. It was a very busy salad, lots of different flavors going on, but I am here to tell you it was one of the best salads I have ever had in my life. I am already trying to figure out when I can go back and order it again. Hubs got pizza, half Texas sweet heat and half mobster. The restaurant was clean with a fun, authentic NOLA energy (New Orleans native here, so I've grown up with that energy). The food was so good, and the variety on the menu was extensive compared to our experience with other Cajun places. The hurricane drink was really good and was strong enough to feel relaxed after one. I was the driver, so I only got a taste. Finally, no New Orleans restaurant menu is complete without bread pudding. Razoo's bread pudding was supreme! We were still talking about it this morning. It won't be 20 years before our next visit!
