Give this canes location some time to get settled before coming to to eat here. I'm sure they'll have it together in a couple months after additional training. I came around 7:30 PM on a Thursday night so not the most peak dinner time. There was only 3 cars in front of me when I ordered at the drive through, including already at the window and it took about 15-20 minutes to get my order. My order was missing items. The bread was cold, the fries weren't fully cooked & the chicken was over cooked. From what I could see most of the employees were high school kids having a good time & not really focused on work. I hope they learn how to keep having fun while also providing good food & service. The location is NICE! I'm once they figure out the food it'll be a great place to come with friends & family. read more

Went there during friends and family day and the new restaurant looks pretty dope. Clean and unique in the decor. There is even three disco balls in the ceiling. Their chicken fingers are rightly fried and the dipping sauce goes well with it. Fries are impressive since they weren't seasoned with too much salt and there's a bit of crunchyness to them. Best part is the toast, very soft and buttery. Definitely check out this new location if you're nearby. read more

Orders are never right. You ask for a Box Combo, and we all know what that is (4 chicken, coleslaw, etc) and I always get the 3 Finger Combo. You ask for extra sauce or ketchup.... Never given. Are these people paying attention? Is it the speaker? Are they trying to scam you? Since that place opened near me, my orders have been wrong 7 out of 10 orders. This is first-world problems... I've been here multiple times and every time without fail something is wrong with my order. If this is the only canes you can access then go but expect your order to be wrong. They almost always forget extra canes sauce in your order but will still charge you for it. If you ask for extra crispy do not get your hopes up, 9/10 your food will be cold and soggy. She gives such a nasty attitude, she'll close the window before you can even respond to her, let's not even mention when you try to get her attention she'll act like she doesn't see you. The food was horrible, i found two long hairs and a bone in my tender. so unappetizing how does that even occur ?? um.. hello?? hairnets please!!!! I only give this location 1 star because it is not possible to give zero stars. I tried this location out last night. It is a hot-mess disaster. First issue is the design on the drive-thru. There are 2 order windows that merge into a single line. It is an outdated design, but McDonalds seems to manage it ok. But during my visit, there was an issue at the first window where you pay before you can drive forward in a single lane to the pick-up window. I was stuck in the line behind, as was everyone else, not moving. When I finally got to the pay window, they didn't have my order pulled up and the girl couldn't find it. She panicked and kept closing the window so I couldn't hear her as she presumably called for help in her handset, while intermittently opening the window to ask about my order. She eventually froze, and a manager arrived and take my entire order again. She said my original order "got lost". I fussed at her a little because they needed to do better. She agreed and then spoke into her headset loudly saying to "make sure I got fresh chicken and fries for my inconvenience". Huh? That's her service recovery plan? What were they going to serve me if I hadn't had an issue? All this time, nobody behind me is moving. Evidently they didn't learn anything from the best in class service at Chick-Fil-A who operated next door until they moved recently. When I got to the pick-up window, I had to wait for them to prepare my entire order. Again, nobody behind me was moving. I asked how they lose a electronic order and the response was, "It is because we have 2 order windows" as if that explained everything. Raising Cane's literally built this location 6 months ago with a design that doesn't work? I bet Chick-Fil-A could have moved 25 customers or more during the time it took me to get my order. My advice? Drive a little further down the road to the new Chick-Fil-A location and experience state-of-the art design and service from a friendly staff. Their manager rocks. read more

I orders a big family pack when I picked up the order I asked the cashier if the cane's sauce was there she said yes, got home and there was no sauce with the 25 piece of chicken tenders. we were very disappointe, how can you sell the tenders without the cane's sauce. when I called the store the manager was rude, never apologized for their mistake, refused to give me her name and hang up the phone on me. I went to the store to get my money back, I will not be coming back again. read more
