I ordered the 4 piece tenders (~$7.50) and was greeted with some pretty sizable, crispy, and heavily breaded chicken strips. Overall I was pretty happy with the size of them and the value for the price. I found they were a little lightly sauced and the teriyaki seemed a bit light on the classic flavor and tasted more sweet like honey to me. It was fine but didn't really scratch the itch I was hoping for. If you are looking to get away from the madness that is basically every Wingstop dining room and enjoy a quieter place to catch part of a game while you eat then you might want to check out wingtown. This was a HORRIBLE experience, I have never ever had a bad experience before tonight dealing with Wing Town, I had a delivery order but this was NOT the first time, it has never been as horrible as tonight, my guess is that they have new staff or owners, my problem began with the delivery time itself, at first the app said that my food would be delivered at 7:32, then 7:34, 7:42, 7:51, 7:56 then 7:59, I got my food AFTER 8:00, I ordered a burger and wing combo and with the delivery charge my total came up to $32, when I got the food I opened up the bag to eat, my burger was simply a bun and a Pattie with nothing on it, never once did I add in my order online that I wanted a burger with nothing on it, I called and spoke with one of the workers, he told me that he could put the toppings on the side, I was trying to explain to him what I wanted but the entire complaint went unheard, I told the worker that I would simply come up there, once I got there, there were two workers, the worker Ram was in charge (so I was told), I did receive a new burger with everything on it and fresh fries, the burger had welted, soggy lettuce on it, the fries were hard, and over cooked, because I had to put the chicken in the microwave once I got home, it was horrible and dry, not to mention that the meal cost $16.89 in the store but I paid $32 because it was delivered, but because I was soooo inconvenienced and I had to get dressed and go to the stor myself, I asked if I could get my delivery fee returned to my card, he told my that he didn't have an option to do that, he never offered a solution at all, I said to him "so I can't have my delivery fee returned even tho I had to come here to get my order correct, he simply said NO", the manager Ram told me that because I didn't ask for any toppings on my burger, he wasn't going to put anything on it because he didn't want to get into trouble, but again, the menu in the store clearly states that the burger comes with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, katsup, mustard and mayo, I am LIVID right now and this food was put together HORRIBLY, I did not eat this entire meal at all (I TRIED to) but it just couldn't happen, however, I did drink the soda and I ate the carrot cake but that's about it FOR ANYBODY THAT MAY EAT HERE, EITHER GO INSIDE TO EAT, OR CALL IN AN ORDER FOR PICK UP SO THAT YOU CAN CHECK YOUR ORDER, OH AND THE WINGS HAVE GOTTEN SUPER SMALL SO BEWARE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE WILL NOT WANT TO FIX IT, I WILL NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN, AND I AM ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! read more

This has been our go-to place for wings for the last 10+ years because they've always been very good. This has not been true for the last two times we've been there (this last time especially). The fries tasted both burnt and/or like the oil was very old. Same with some of the wings. We had BBQ, garlic Parmesan, and lemon pepper (my favorite). The bbq sauce was good but the wings tasted burnt/bitter. The lemon pepper were soooo salty I had to wipe them off with a napkin (and they were still salty). Ordered the lemon pepper and original hot and then ordered the Caribbean hot flavor. The original hot was decent. Definitely not great but not horrible. The skin wasn't as crispy on these because of the sauce and the sauce was just ok. I prefer a bit more heat on it. The Caribbean hot had a good flavor and the chicken was well cooked, not dry. These were decent about a 7.5 out of 10. The star of the show were the lemon peppers though. They had a great flavor and were crispy and cooked well. Not dry. Some wings were a bit small but overall they were about average size. Great lemon pepper buttery flavor! I loved them. The only sad and unfortunate part about this meal was the ranch. I personally didn't like the ranch and didn't think the flavor went well with their wings. It was disappointing because I am a ranch head lol. The fries were also just ok. Needed more salt but were hot and fresh and cooked well. Dipped in ketchup not bad. Just basic. They are thicker cut fries as well so it was needing the salt badly. Honestly I would give it a 2.5 if possible, and that's only because the fries were seasoned decently and the tarter sauce was good. I ordered the 2 filet catfish basket. When I first moved to Dallas back in 2018, I actually lived down the street from this place but never really noticed it. I just so happen to be in the area Sunday night & wanted to check it out. I have literally been driving past this place for over 5 years and never tried it before, but I'm glad my family decided to check it out today. They have a good menu with wings, burgers, and salads. We decided to go with the 35 piece family wing pack and it came with a large order of fries, two sides of ranch, 1 large drink, celery and carrots. With the 35 piece combo you get to choose between 2-3 flavors and we went with lemon pepper, honey mustard and honey BBQ. The total price for all of this food was only $30, great price for so much food! Lemon pepper was by far my favorite flavor but the other two were good as well. Wings only took about 10 minutes and the fries were freshly fried (yay no soggy fries). We came on a Friday night and they were having happy hour so my dad got a beer for about $2. But another plus about this place is that their non-wing items are also amazing. I love a solid burger that has no ambition about hopping on the gourmet burger train, and this place nails it.
